Chapter 15

I begin plotting down how exactly I am going to make this work. By the end of the night Normani and Dinah will kiss, if my plans go correctly.

No one can resist a good dare, especially when you get to kiss someone attractive out of it.

"Lauren that's no fair!" I look at my pouting girlfriend and smile. I like that word. Girlfriend.

"Camz baby no one else wants to watch Harry Potter." I kiss her forehead softly and she just mumbles a 'fine' and lay her head on my shoulder.

"Okay so we are going to watch a scary movie right?" Mani comes in the room with a handful of scary movie collections I have.

"NO!" Camz screams and snatches the movies away.

"If I can't watch Harry Potter you can't watch scary movies."

"Mila all of us want to watch the scary movie, we win." Dinah takes the movies back and I can't help but smile at how incredibly cute Camila's pout is.

"How about I'll cuddle you so that when you get scared you can just bury your head in my chest?" I offer.

"Okay!" Camz smiles and wraps her arms around my waist.

"You would love her head in your chest wouldn't you?" Normani giggles and I playfully punch her shoulder.

"My innocent ears do not understand what you are implying." I joke.

"They won't be innocent for long." I hear Dinah whisper and my eyes go wide.

"CHEECHEE!" Camz throws a bag of chips at Dinah's head but she catches them.

"How'd you know I was hungry?" She teases the tan girl.

"I would've thrown something else but that was the closest to reach. Ignore her Lern Jergi. We won't do anything until you're ready. You're worth the wait." Camila leans to and kisses my nose and the girls let out a low "aww".

"Maybe we can just watch the two of them instead of a movie." Dinah laughs.

"D, I do NOT want to watch lesbian pornography." Normani counters and once again my eyes practically jump out of the socket.

"Stop teasing my Lern." Camz wraps her arms protectively over me and I smile and hug back.

"If you two would stop being so nauseatingly cute, we wouldn't have to." Normani sighed feigning annoyance.

"Okay so we can watch scary movies later right now we watch the notebook." Camz jumps up and puts the movie in before we can even disagree.

We all sit through the notebook and Dinah sobbed almost more than Camila.

"Dinah I thought you hated this movie." I laugh as she blows her nose for the umpteenth time.

"I do hate it because it always makes me cry. I do not cry." she wipes her eyes dry.

"But it's so cute when you cry." Normani counters.

"Yeah well it's even cuter when you hold me while I cry." Dinah continues.

"It's more cute.." I mumble.

"Actually it could be cuter or more cute Lauren." Normani 'corrects me'.

I go to correct her but Camila covers my mouth.

"Interrupt them and you get no more kisses for an hour." She threatens and I make a motion to zip my lips closed.

"Good girl." she pats my legs as Normani and Dinah continue to flirtatiously bicker.

After two more movies I decide it's time to put my plan into motion.

"Okay time for Truth or Dare get ready for a fun night ladies and.. well ladies." I would've said ladies and gents but there are no guys here.

"I love this game.. last time I played I got dared to prank call my principle.. I ended up getting suspended but it was fun while it lasted." Camz sits on the floor beside me.

"Did you get into trouble?" I ask.

"Hell yeah but like I said it was fun while it lasted." she laughs.

I can never understand how someone that goes through so much can always wear a smile on their face. I have to ask her how she does it.

"Remember you only get one pass and if I were you I wouldn't use it unless it was absolutely necessary. Dares get a lot worse after you use it." I warn.

"Who starts?" Dinah asks as she takes a seat next to Normani.

"I will. Lauren truth or dare?" Normani starts. "Mani you know me by now.. Dare." I smirk. I'm a bit of a daredevil and I love it.

"I dare you to eat a raw egg."

"Mani that's disgusting! I'm in." I hop up and get an egg.

"Cheers to Salmonella I guess." I crack the egg and swallow.

I gag a few times but finally I get it all down.

"Dinah truth or dare." I continue the game.

"I'm going to be safe this time and go with truth." she laughs nervously.

I debate on which question to ask but I know I have to find out some way if she is into girls, specifically Mani.

"Would you ever date a girl?" I ask.

"I'm pretty sure you asked me this Laur. I'm sorry but you're dating my sister there's no way we're happening." she winks and I toss a pillow at her.

"Keep dreaming Hansen. Answer the question." I retort.

"Yes I would. Honestly I don't go for what's outside I judge a person by their heart and personality." she answers and I can practically see hearts shooting from Normani's eyes.

Girl got it bad.

"Normani truth or dare?" Dinah asks.

"Dare."

"I dare you to... call up a random number and if a guy answers tell him you're pregnant with his child and if a girl answers say her boyfriend got you pregnant."

"Dinah! Fuck you!" Normani pouts but takes her phone out.

I thought I heard Dinah mumble something but I couldn't hear.

"Hello?" a deep voice answers Normani's call.

"Uhm.. hey.. who's this?" Normani asks nervously.

"This is Justin, who is this?"

"Hey Justin you might not remember me but I'm the girl from a few weeks ago. We had a one night stand and recently I've been getting sick.. I'm pregnant. You're the only guy I've been with." Normani gives Dinah the evil eye and we all cover our mouths to keep from laughing out loud.

"No shit.. Fuck which girl were you? Jessica? Or was it Jennifer? I knew I should've used protection you told me you can't get pregnant from anal!" he shouts panicky and Camila has to run out the room to keep from laughing and blowing Mani's cover.

"I googled it and it said you couldn't! I guess your little fellas were really eager to get to mine." Normani starts to get more into the joke and it's hilarious.

"Damn.. I only lasted like 10 seconds that's not enough time!" He freaks out.

"My mom is going to kill me! Are you keeping it? Fuck man she's going to kill me!" it sounds like he's crying and I would say I feel bad but I don't.

"I know but I'm definitely pregnant. You have to take responsibility Justin. This is our baby. We have to get married and raise it together. We will be a family." Normani sounds so convincing.

"ARE YOU CRAZY!?! I'm not marrying you! Your vagina smelled like fish that's why I only had butt sex with you! I'm only 19! I can't be a dad! I don't even have a job!"

"You better find one Justin. I can't take care of a baby all by myself."

"I have to tell my mom.. I can't believe this happened.. MOM!" the guy starts calling for his mom.

"Justin man.. I'm just fucking with you. I don't even know who you are I just randomly dialed your number. Sorry bro." Mani hung up and we all die laughing. I seriously have tears falling out my eyes.

"That was not cool." Normani laughs and Camila comes back still laughing.

"Okay Dinah you're the queen of dares." I laugh.

"Okay Mila truth or dare?" Mani asks my girlfriend.

"Uhm.. I'm scared.. Truth." Camz answers.

"Aww baby you're no risk taker." I kiss her cheek.

"Okay but you should've chosen dare. When was the last time you've masturbated?" Mani asks and Camila's eyes go wide.

"I.. that's not fair!" Camz hides her face in my neck.

"Aww Camz baby you have to answer." I kiss her head.

"Wait please pass this question Mila I do not need to know this at all." Dinah covers her ears and I can't help but laugh.

Camz mumbles something but none of us can hear her.

"What baby?" I ask so she can repeat herself.

"Tuesday..." she answers and this time it's my eyes that go wide.

That was the day we had our first kiss.

"When?" I ask again.

"After you left. Don't judge me though, it was a really heated make out session babe." Camz blushes and the thought of her touching herself because of me turns me on.

"Okay we're changing topics." I cough out.

"Okay baby truth or dare?" Camz asks me and I'm going on the safe side this time.

"Truth definitely truth." I answer.

"How are you feeling right now? After my answer?" she asks and both Normani and Dinah stares intensely at me waiting for my answer.

"Dare. I meant dare." I change my answer.

"No you can't do that Lolo." Mani says and I give her the most evilest eyes I can pull off.

"Why do you want to hear how I'm feeling at the moment?" I ask my best friend.

"Because I find this funny." she counters and I just sigh.

"Fine. I may be a little aroused at the moment. Dinah truth or dare." I switch topics as soon as my answer is out.

Camz puts her hand on my upper lap and I can't believe she's really trying to do this right now.

"Dare." Dinah answers and I know this is the time that I have to put my plans into motion.

"I dare you to kiss Normani." I say with a smirk and everyone's eyes nearly pop out their sockets.

Camz moves her hand and stares at Dinah who stares at Normani who's staring at me.

"I.. uhm.. pass." Dinah looks down and I look over at Normani who looks like she's going to cry.

"I'm tired. Goodnight." Mani gets up and walks to one of the guest room.

"Seriously Lauren what the fuck!" Dinah gets up and goes after Mani.

"What were you thinking?" Camz asks me and honestly I don't think I was.

"It was just a dare.." I sigh and hide my head in my hands.

"Babe go check on Mani and I'll check on Dinah okay?" she kisses my cheek and I just nod and get up.

This was not supposed to happen.

When we get to the guest room Dinah is trying to get Normani to open the door but I know she won't.

"Dinah let me talk to her please?" Dinah just looks sadly at me and nods. She walks away and Camz follows her.

"Mani she's gone. Open up." I knock.

The door opens and then Normani goes back on the bed.

"I can't believe you did that." she wipes her eyes.

"I know I'm so stupid. I'm sorry I didn't think it through." I apologize and pull her into my arms as she cries.

"I feel so stupid for even having hope. She wouldn't even kiss me.. Gosh our concert tomorrow is going to be so awkward!"

"Mani you two are close. You can make it work I swear. I'm sorry though, I shouldn't have done that." I feel so bad.

"You shouldn't have but at least now I know how she really feels. I just feel so stupid for thinking someone like her could like someone like me." Mani sniffles and I feel like my heart is breaking.

The mere thought of my best friend not feeling good enough kills me.

I look at the clock and it's 2 in the morning. "I'm gonna stay in here today okay?" I state more than ask and Mani just nods and lays down.

I wrap the covers around her and lay down.

"You're spooning me now." she mumbles and I laugh. We spoon a lot but now that I'm with Camz it'll be a little awkward.

"Of course." I laugh and pull the darker girl into me until she falls asleep.

Once she falls asleep I text Camz.

Me- Is Dinah sleep?

C- Yes. Meet me in your room. We need to talk.

I check on my best friend again and then sneak out to my room.

"Camz I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to make things awkward.." I say as soon as we get in the room.

"It's okay Lern Jergi. I just wanted to check on you. I saw how upset you were over what happened between them." Camz sits on the bed and pulls me into her lap.

"I'm okay I just feel bad. I ruined it for them.. I just thought maybe if they kissed they can see that they belong together." I sigh and rest my head in the crook of her neck.

"Just give them time babe. They'll figure it out. Are you tired?" my girlfriend asks me and I mumble a yes.

She lays back and I stay on top of her resting my head in her neck.

"Goodnight beautiful." I say.

"Goodnight princess." she replies and I fall asleep to the rise and fall of my girlfriends chest.
