it was the last day of school before winter break so all the teachers gave out no work for the kids to do. all six of the friends were in fourth period, sitting at the table the always sit at by the window.

jaelin, jasmine, and alexandra were all taking photos of them together or of eachother. whilst dd, notti, and ddot were just scrolling through instagram and replying to fans group chats. "oh nah," dd laughed, showing notti and ddot what he saw.

their mouths dropped and started laughing themselves. the girls stopped what they were doing and all looked at the boys infront of them. "what?" they asked in unison. the boys looked up from dd's phone and stopped laughing. "nah, nah, nothing. just something about k gunna," dd sighed.

jaelin shared a mugged look with jasmine and sighed. "the fuck." she mumbled. dd mugged the girl and smacked his lips. "hm?" he questioned. "nothin, bro." jaelin said, going back to her phone. ddot, notti, jasmine, and alexandra all shared looks and went back to what they were doing.

the rest of the time before lunch, it was silent at the table. the only sounds playing was their phones, other people's phones, and the teachers music he had on the background. after twenty minutes, the bell finally rang for the kids to go to lunch.

the group all sat at the table they always sit at, talking about random stuff. jasmine was messing with her food, her mac n cheese specifically. she picked it up with her fork, letting the liquid fall back down.

"this shit gross as fuck worda bro," she yelled. everyone brought their attention to the girl who was mugging her tray. "the thing is i would fuck it up everytime." she sighed, pushing her tray away. they all laughed at the girl, notti pulling her close and giving her a kiss on her forehead.

they all got back into a conversation as jaelin sighed and layed her head on dd's shoulder. he snaked his arm around her waist and looked down at the girl. "why ain't you eatin?" he asked. she lifted her head up and looked at him like it was obvious why she wasn't.

"i know you seen dat food. i ain't eatin allat," she said, putting her head back on his shoulder. he laughed and nodded his head. "well yeah but you ain't even eat breakfast this morning and i was with you all yesterday and you barely ate." he stated.

she shrugged her shoulders and sat up from her position, scooting closer to him. "i'm just not hungry as much as ddot." she said pretty loud. ddot clearly heard her and smacked his lips whilst deadpanning her. they all laughed at the boy as jaelin looked up at dd.

"we'll get food after school, ight my heart?" he whispered to the girl. she smiled and nodded her head, going on her phone and taking a photo of her and dd together. she posted it on her instagram story, closing out the app and made her way back to fourth period since the bell had rang.

jaelin, jasmine, and alexandra were all walking ahead of the boys, talking about random stuff. the boys were walking behind them, a few ways back. "you and jaelin doin' good?" notti asked his brother. dd smiled and shrugged. "yeah," he said. "we been good for a good like two months."

"that's wassuppp," ddot said, dapping him up. dd licked his lips and smiled, dapping ddot up as well. "we just fake dating though," dd said. "gettin back at crystal for cheating. jaelin don't know that she cheated though." he said, looking between the boys.

ddot and notti both smacked their lips and gave eachother that look which dd clearly saw. "you a cappin ass nigga." ddot said. "how, bro?" dd asked. "it's so obvious you gained feelings for her during this whole fake dating shit," notti said.

"not true. you a lie," dd said. "it is true!" notti yelled. the girls all looked behind them, giving the boys weird looks. dd sighed and rubbed his eyes. "y'all make y'all's whole relationship seem so real to the point where even you forget y'all fake dating. everyone can see it, dd. you for real like her."

dd just sighed and looked at the ground smiling. ddot looked at the boy and started laughing. "ayee, he ain't denying it." he said. dd just pushed the boys away and started walking faster towards jawline who was now walking by herself since alexandra and jasmine went to jasmines house.

"where you goin?" ddot asked. "told jaelin i'd get her food," he said. "ouuu he's whipped." notti said whilst laughing. "suck my dick bro." dd said, catching up to jaelin leaving his brothers behind him, laughing.

for the next five hours, jaelin and dd hung out at her house with trilly and sam. it was currently seven pm and there were finally at jasmines house, hanging out. notti and ddot were currently playing the game that they connected to the girls tv as dd and jaelin layed together on the couch.

"nah nigga you dayroom," ddot said. notti laughed as he made yet another three pointer against ddot. "what the fuck!" ddot yelled. everyone bursted out into laughter as he death glared all of them.

"dd take over for me," ddot said, taking the headset off and handing it and the controller to dd. dd laughed as jaelin removed herself from his chest, allowing him to get up and sit next to notti on the ground.

jaelin moved closer to jasmine and alexandra who were on the couch, he resting her head on alexandra's lap. "tired?" she asked. jawline sighed and nodded. alexandra nodded back and started playing with her sisters straight hair. jaelin layed on her sister, watching her boyfriend play 2k against notti.

"bro no fucking way," dd said, standing up. "you a fucking cheater my heart." he laughed. "nah i'm just too good, nigga!" notti laughed and made his way over to jasmine, causing alexandra scoot over so he could sit next to her.

dd went back to the spot he was in twenty minutes ago, making jaelin go back over to him and lay back on his chest. he wrapped his arms around her as she scrolled through tiktok on dd's phone. jasmine was now laying on nottis lap and alexandra on ddots shoulder.

the boys were all talking about something the girls weren't interested in. they didn't wanna interrupt their conversation so jaelin gave dd's phone back and started texting the girls about something as well.

after almost fifteen minutes, notti and ddot were in their own conversation as dd was staring off, thinking about something. she looked up from her phone and up at the boy who was clearly thinking about something. she tapped his hand, making him snap his attention to her.

"you good?" she asked. one of the boys behind her coughed, making her turn her head to see notti and ddot staring at them. she mugged them and turned back her head to dd who was death glaring the two. he looked back down at jaelin and put on a smile.

"yeah i'm good," he said. "mmm." jaelin said, side eyeing him. "i amm." he said, dragging out the word. she just sighed and went back to her phone. ddot and notti side eyed each other, knowing dd was lying.

JAELIN MARIE PAIGE12.19.228:10 pm － jasmines crib .

jaelin was still sitting on the couch as alexandra and jasmine were going through different apps, finding out what movie to watch. dd and jaelin were making a stop motion on tiktok waiting for them to find a movie.

as they were still searching, ddot sighed and stood up. "jaelin come help me and notti with popcorn," he said, dragging notti up with him. she furrowed her brows and stood up and followed them to the kitchen. "do y'all niggas not know how to make popcorn, bro?" she questioned.

they both nodded their head no as she sighed dramatically. she grabbed the popcorn out of the cabinet, took the plastic off and put it in the microwave. she deadpanned the boys and tried walking away until notti pulled her back. "wait, my heart," he said.

"what, notti?" she asked, annoyed. "me, ddot, and dd were talking earlier and we need to tell you something," he said hesitantly. jaelin crossed her arms and nodded her head, indicating for them to continue.

"nah we opps bro," ddot laughed. notti laughed too and hit his arm and cleared his throat. "he got real feelings for you bro." he whispered. jaelin mugged them and started quietly laughing. "lyin asses," she said, grabbing the popcorn out the microwave and putting another one in.

"he's the one who wanted to start fake dating. ion believe that he actually likes me." she said. the both smacked their lips. "it's true, man!" ddot said. "you ain't gotta believe us but trust we tellin the truth." he said. jaelin rolled her eyes and turned her head to the living room and looked at dd.

"hurry up. we got the movie." jasmine called out. "bring bowls for the popcorn too." alexandra said. jawline brought the second popcorn out of the micro wave and put them in two different bowls. she walked out of the kitchen, shrugging at the boys.

from behind her, she could hear the boys groan and smack their lips. jaelin gave jasmine and alexandra a popcorn and her and dd one. she sat down next to dd with her knees up to her chest. "what was they talkin' about?" dd whispered to her as the movie started.

"oh," she said. "just how y'all going on tour soon." she lied. she felt bad but she couldn't tell her fake boyfriend that his bestfriends told her that he might actually like her. he nodded his head and went back to the movie.

the rest of the night, jaelin barely said anything and just messed with her fingers until her and dd left and he dropped her off at her house. does dd actually like her?
