Delilah's POV:

I look at him confused and shock.

“What are you doing here?! ”

“I have to clear things out with you! ”

Suddenly the yacht's engine started and starts to move. Surprisingly Jake took off his button up shirt, his jacket and jumps in the water.

He's getting closer. But this is my chance to sell my music in Paris. I can hear his voice calling me.

“I might be the biggest jerk you've ever known but please I beg you just listen to me” He said

Why am I holding back?

“Please Lilah... Just listen to me”

I don't know what I'm thinking but I jumped in the water too. Woah yeah it's cold.

I swim to Jake and he kissed me. I pulled out. “We're about to drown Jake ” I chuckle

“Well dying with you is a great way to die ” He chuckles back and we swim back to the wooden path way.

We then sit there and look at the night sky. He then put his jacket around my shoulder and look back at the moon.

“I can tell Austin really likes you” he started the conversation but I don't know what to say so I kept silent.

“He planned it all, the bet, he manipulated me to doing the fake date in order for Prescilla to be jealous and I'll break up with you then Austin can make his move to you, but that doesn't happen. At first I wanted to be with Prescilla again. I got a lot of attention when I'm with her. She's great really, she knows what boys wants and needs. But I didn't expect I'll fell for you. In the beginning you're nothing and I never thought I ever lay my eyes on you, but you... You changed me entirely... I usually focus on the physical appearance but wow.. I admire you from your imperfections and flaws to the best versions of yourself.” Jake look at me like he can see through my soul

I look at him in disbelief. “Do you have any Idea how cynical I am to you? Every night i overthink about you, do you love me or not but all the time I've always been inlove with you. ” those words come out from my mouth and I cannot believe I said that

He then slowly lift my chin with his index finger and kisses me passionately. I felt the butterflies on my stomach go crazy but it's somehow quiet and peaceful. We pulled out slowly and I put my head to his shoulder while we admire the moon.
