"Stop squirming around, hyung", the younger sighed seeing how the older seems in pain when he put the alcohol on his arm as he applied an iodine before wrapping it with a bandage. "Thank God, it's just a scratch", he said to him. "What if you've been bitten then?", The words from his brother's lips really made him cringe. He realizes that his actions almost made him turn into a dead walker but he can't stop himself from continuing to look for his brother who is still missing from the radar. Although they believe that he is no longer alive, yet his heart still believes that the maknae is still hiding somewhere and he needs to bring him back to them. And that's what he wanted to believe and they realized that too.

"What if he's still alive out there ?. I can't imagine how scared he would be", his word made others feel sad.

"All of us miss him too. Every single time, hyung", he said looked at the older. "But still–", he sighed. "Where would you find him when he's not even telling us where he'd gone back then", their eyes full with sadness.

"What a lucky day for us", the sleepy one said as other crept a smiled on their face."Of course it is", the other said. “It’s not easy for us to get a relatively long holiday like today”, he added."Yup, we should appreciate it as best we can", the one who keep cooking said to them with a smile."Say the one who just staying at the kichen all day, trying to make a new recipe", the sleepy one said to him."How about you, then?", The leader said back. "Is sleeping all day long was your golden time?", He said phone in his hand.

"Our golden maknae", he said as he seen the boy brought a bag with him. "Where are you going?", He asked him.

"It's my mother's birthday upcoming, so our family want to throw a party for her", he said back."Can I join you?", The other said."I wish I could bring you guys but it's just a small party", he said before he saw the message on his phone. "My family is here already, I've got to go", he said."Be safe", the older said.

"Joon-ie", the older looked surprised to see him panted as if he was being chased by someone.

"Today's news", the younger turned the volume up as other's eyes shifted from the leader to the TV screen. "The 001 virus is said to have spread from foreign countries and claimed the lives of billions of people in the United States", the mug held by the older almost slipped from his hand. "The authorities are asking for cooperation from all parties so as not to leave the house and make sure the door of your house is locked. Never open the door until the military comes and takes you to a safer place", listening to the words of the newsreader, they've ran; locked every door and window."What was going on?", One who who just woke up looked at the news before he started to panicked.

A second after that, the TV went blank and so with the reception line. "They've cut the reception line", they panicked.

It was night when after a whole year they've been staying in the dark with no water and electricity in their house."Hyung, I'm scared", the younger said to the leader. "I know. Just wait a little bit. I'm sure the government will come and saved us", he said reassured him. And the other was well."What if they never come?", the other asked. "What if they've abandoned us already?", his word made the other panicked. He was too. But he tried to think in positive way."He's right", the older said. "Our food had been lesser each day. We will be starving sooner or later", he said to him. "We can't  just stay still and keep waiting. We need to do something", another one said. "How about our maknae?", another one who kept his worries in silence made other felt like a crap.

All those years they just keep worry about themselves; getting anxious over a little thing without realised one of them were still alive or not.

"Prof", he looked at the boy who called his name as a man in white shirt and an army pants turning around; smiling at him. "Is the anti-virus still yet to be found?", he asked as he just smiled and the boy knew it was a fake one. "Stop calling me 'prof'. I'm can't be call like that when I can't even looked for the cure", he said sighed. "How your searching by the way?", he asked him back trying to distracted him from asking him more. "I haven't found him. I can't give up on him. He's my family after all", he said and the man nodded. "You shouldn't give up. It's not like you've seen him being a zombie yet, aren't you?", he asked him as his eyes shifted on his arm. "You got hurt", he pointed them. "Just a scratch", he said. "But, how could you be sure that a scratch won't turn me into those monster?", he asked. "Let just say I know someone who made this mess", he looked at him with horrified looked before girl came in.

"I found this on the roof", she gave them to him. There's a helicopter threw those flyers all around the place. I don't think they know there's a person in this island", she explained. "What does that's mean?", he asked him.

"What was happen YuChan?", he asked him on the phone. The world turning in to a chaos and he was confused about it for a while before he realised everything. "It failed isn't it?", he asked but the other line was a silence. "Answer me, hyung", he said almost shouted at him.

"Mianhe. I should listen to you back then", he said. "I shouldn't trust Christian at all", he said. "Listen to me, hyung", he's trying to let him calm down. "I know you can make this right. Placing everything in their place", he said. "The subject you tested on; does everything died?", he asked. "Yes it is–", he stopped for a while. "There is", he said back. "4025 and 9256. I let those two escaped", suddenly the line reception getting worse. "Hyung protect them no matter what if they're still alive", as then the whole electricity and line reception were gone.

"There is cure for all this virus thing and they're coming to us"
