10(TTIRAAS)

An Au where Dino was the first Demon Lord to visit Tempest and not Milim, he had been travelling around when he noticed he was near Jura Forest and remembered hearing that Veldora seemed to be gone and someone was taking over the place so he decided to see who was that person and get an idea if he should let them be or intervein.

Dino was expected any type of person but not one like Rimuru who reminded him of Veldanava, Lucia and Rudra but at the same time was completely different from them so without noticing Dino ended up befriending Rimuru and his people and make a home in Tempest for himself.

Unfortunately during the time Rimuru would meet Milim and the attack happen, Dino had been called by Guy to talk about a few things or gave him a some tasks to complete so he wasn't there to help but when he was able to return to Tempest and found out what happened, he wanted to rage but he calmed down when he found out that Rimuru had killed most of those behind it and used the attack to get Falmuth as his ally by putting someone he trusts as the new king.

When the Walpurgis happened, Dino was not surprised by seeing Rimuru there or that Clayman was behind everything that happened and now Rimuru planned to deal with him. Of course the fallen angel was annoyed by Milim playing along with to Clayman whims since she should already know better then doing that but he was also happy that Milim became friends with Rimuru and few of his people.

Since the end of the Walpurgis, Dino made sure to stay most of the time in Tempest in case someone decided to attack again or maybe Tempest made certain empire their enemy or called the other angels attention(outside of the two that were always with him).

Being in Tempest was almost the same as when Veldanava was alive except that Rimuru didn't only rely on Dino to advise him but took note of every advice or thing anyone said to him related to his country and possible allies.

How this would change anything else or affect the plot would be up to the writer but this idea mostly came to my mind after watching a gacha react of three hours about the Primordial Angels & Demons+Veldanava, Velzard & Velgrynd reacting to Rimuru and everything that happened(I still feel a bit bad for Dino's hands but I did love his interactions with the other angels and Veldanava) so I just wanted Dino and Rimuru bonding(if it purely platonic or may be romantic is up to the writer) but also have hints of how close the angels and demons may have been when Veldanava was alive.
