The ring

I changed the years in the first chapter a little so go back and read that so you can catch up on what's happening.

Riley's pov" I'm home" i yell"Mommy" my daughter says while she comes crawling into my arms. Mommy is the only word she has learns so far. She is about a year now I pick her up and say "hi sweetie" she gives me hug as good as she can then Theo comes from the living room, I put maya down on the floor and she crawls away to her toys.I ask Theo "what have you guys dune today?" He says they " we went to the park and plays with her toys, she slept twice once after breakfast and after lunch" "good" I say. Then he kisses me and we go to the dinning table.

R: you cooked dinner, that's so sweet.T: do you want to go put maya to sleep so I can finish up here?R: yeah.

I go put her to sleep and then I go back to the living room where I see Theo waiting.

James povWest asked me to go to a dance competition with him and eldon to get my mind of Riley. I gotta admit it's been a long time since I've competed so it's good to get back at the horse. The competition is in Miami. It's three stages to get through before the final, first it's hip hop/ break dance then it's acro and last but not least it's contemporary.

Riley's povMe and Theo are sitting at the table and eating dinner. It's usually me that do the cooking because it's not his strong side but I appreciate him trying his best. We are talking about what we have dune today when I'm telling him about a competition.

R: so we decided who's gonna go to the competition.T: so.. who was it, it was you right. (With a goofy smile)R: yeah it was me, I do the contemporary part and sofie will do acro.( i say smiling)T: but who does the hip hop part then?R: well if we can only find a baby sitter, you. I said that she is probably ready for a baby sitter and that you can be gone for a week.T: that's great. I can ask my parents if they are free, only how are we gonna rehears?R: she starts daycare next week remember. ( I say with a light tone)T: well then we only have one choice... to win!R: yeah I'm glad your excited.

At the end of the dinner when we are almost ready to go to bed Theo stands up.

T: I knew ever since the first day I saw you that you were special. Little did I know I would get the pleasure and luck to have a family with you. So now there's only one thing missing.

He pulls something out of his pocket and go down on one knee. Riley is just sitting there smiling as big as she can.

T: Riley Raymond will you make me the luckiest man alive and marry me?R: OMG yes.

I say and then give him a kiss.The ring is a small gold stop with a small diamond in the middle and I think he couldn't possibly have picked a better ring.

R: I love youT: I love you to

After that I stop thinking of what I've lost and start thinking of what I've gained, my life is here now and I can move on from the past.
