"I am not stupid. Only two people can do that little trick you do. The other one would have shot me dead without second guessing"Her hand had been grasped firmly on her blaster, ready to shoot in case her guess had been wrong. Luckily, she wasn't. A black gust of air began to appear on the ground at Angela's feet, slowly morphing into a shape. Moira had appeared in front of Angela for the first time in years. "Angela." Moira said out of breath as if this ordeal had taken all of her strength"Whatever you have to say, I do not want to hear it. This is not your first attempt at communication.", Angela scoffed while crossing her arms, seeming exasperated. "Angela",The voice uttered again, this time more coarse and weak "I have walked miles for a chance to speak with you"

"And nobody told you to do that. You did it on your own free wi-""I know what bodily autonomy is, Angel.", The exhausted scientist interjected, "You need not...You need not remind me" "Is this MY lecture then?", she'd roll her eyes while shifting her weight to the other side of her body, "My verbal berating from you? What brings you here? I demand to know at this instant", yelled Angela as her hand slammed onto the coffee table beside them, making a loud thud that echoed through the suite. Before Moira's mouth could open to even mutter a peep, Angela had raised her voice again, this time in a more controlled tone : "Need I remind you we have only conversed cordially once in almost the past 5 years. We have nothing alike. The only things we have in common are our shared experiences with Overwatch and our doctorates-".

She would ramble on more but Moira would tune it out. It was probably the exhaustion mixed with the satisfaction of finally being face to face after all this time. Something more or less about how impolite it is to show up unannounced and how inappropriate it is to show up this disheveled to your ex-co workers house on a Thursday evening.

Her eyes would be squinted as she went about her monologue as if she had been reading a patients chart out loud to the doctors below her. "Now I demand you to speak for yourself !". The loud voice had pierced through the daze Moira had been in, startling her. The scientist had begun inching towards her like a lion waiting to pounce on a gazelle. Methodically but barely lucid as if only acting upon animal instinct and nothing else in the world. "Angela", She finally muttered, her hands reaching forward to possibly grasp a strand of her perfect blond hair framing her glasses. Without second thought, she had stepped back, denying Moira's advances outright while gripping the velvet seating behind her. She had made eye contact completely with Moira as if trying to analyze what she was doing through dissecting her soul. A cold and discerning stare. The gesture was not lost on Moira, seeing those perfect blue eyes stare into her soul with zero love or care made behind them. Why were they so cold now when she had vividly remembered and dreamt for countless nights the timeher eyes glowed with the fire of a thousand suns for her? Can she ever recover from this utter rejection? Moira would take a deep sigh and close her eyes, forcing Angela to stop her practical assault at Moira's life. If anything, it was now or never. She had to say how she felt now or all of this, every single dollar she spent traveling, every single tear she shed, every rejected man and woman, every single orgasm she had to the mere innocent thought of Angela's lips grazing against her own had been for nothing. The Scientist had fallen to her knees, hands shaking on the cold floor as her exhaled breath had become visible, marking the floor with its warmth. After what seemed like eons, she began. "Angela, my angel, I miss you.", she verbally stumbled before picking herself back up , " I miss you the way the sun misses the moon. you're my sun. you're everything to me."At this point, Angela had been doing her best to mask her expressions towards this advancement, relaxing her body into the seat behind her as she examined the poor lovesick woman in front of her with her theatrics. "I have spent years in your shadow, secretly going to your seminars, hiding during your classes at Oasis, just so I can hear a sheer echo of your voice. The voice that burns my throat when I hear it. The voice I long for! " Tears began to well in her eyes as she continued to plead on her hands and knees, holding herself up so hard that visible redness started on her knees and palms, her forearms slowly shaking. Her head would be forced looking at the floor from her own emotions. She refused to lock eyes with her in fear it would stop her from telling her everything she needs her to know. "I stop..." she paused for a moment and sniffled, wiping the tears from her eyes as she struggled to find the right words for this moment she's waited years for. "I stop... everything I do when I know you are teaching. Just so I can feel like I am in your presence again. Even now in front of you... I am in disbelief." As if her head had been pulled by an invisible string, Moira found her body forcing her to look up to the now towering Angela. Nothing could truly hide her now from Angela's gaze. To her surprise, her gaze had actually softened. More specifically her eyes seemed to gleam very slightly with an ounce of... pity? Whatever it was, it pushed Moira into continuing. " Your beauty is exactly as I remember it being, your eyes piercing and your light hair cascading like milk chocolate off of the whisk in Switzerland. The chocolate shop we went to. Where I watched you so intently trying to utter a single sentence as women and men alike were also... stunned by your appearance."A small smirk formed upon Angela's face as she hears about her beauty, making her a little bashful as she averts her eyes away from Moira's focusing on the pillow beside her. Was she beckoning the lovesick woman to get closer? That's how Moira took it as she got up from her knees, letting out a sigh as if she had been released from punishment. Her weak body had practically sunk into the velvet seating the moment her weak form had felt the softness. It was almost as if this was her reward for praising her love. Angela let her sit beside her, noticing her arms still ahead of the rest of her body, almost as if lunging to get closer to her. She still would avert eye contact. The one thing Moira wanted to break the most. "Your beauty puts the world into a standstill. Your beauty is my entire world. " , Moira remarked. waiting for her reaction as if this was an experiment that was finally getting results. Luckily, it did. Angela's gaze finally met Moira's with her eyes glistening almost as much as they did when they went to that dinner. She had finally done it. She had truly thought that maybe Angela had acknowledged her love. Instinctively, Moira's weight had shifted from her extended arms to the rest of her body, leaving her now limber arms to reach out to Angela's, holding her hands as if they were the most delicate flowers she had ever plucked from the fields in Ireland. "Angela please give me just one singular chance. I just want to feel your hands caress my body- I want to feel every single callous on your fingertips against my cheek- I want to feel your hair tickling my shoulders as you get closer to me..." " I would do ANYTHING to be with you.""Anything at all. I would kill EVERYONE for you..." , Saliva had arose from her mouth, coating the sides of her lips like a rabid animal barking for help. "I- I would have someone's head delivered to you on a silver platter if it meant seeing your full beautiful pure smile."Moira's eyes had become nearly sinister, dumping her disgusting and murderous thoughts onto the most pure woman she had known. She thought to herself that she must be tainting her poor Angela with her disgusting carnal thoughts of worshipping her. "Your teeth glow in the moonlight. I want to feel them bite into me an-"Moira stopped herself, realizing how foolish she must look to her Angel. They both stared at one another. Angela blankly, Moira desperately, biting her lip in a weak effort to hold back, looking at her with dilated eyes like a dog begging for a treat. It all comes down to this. She has to do it. Her body needs to do it. Her body needs her.
