Chapter 30

By now the time was 7 after we got out the airport and here and the boys were moody because they were hungry.

Harry: When are we going for food? I'm starving.

Tobi: Same. I'm going to get the others and then Kaylee take us to the best restaurant.

Me: Okay let me change into something warmer.

I go to my room and put on a play suit and some sandals. I head out the house to see the guys stood in the middle of the narrow road waiting for me.

JJ: Hurry the fuck up Kayleeeeeee.

Me: Jeez I'm coming!

Ethan: Haha that's what he said.

I walk in front of them and take them down this path which leads us out to a few tables and chairs. I walk up to the waiter and ask for otto seats. He puts a few tables together and we it down.

Harry: You said there was going to be a festival. Where is it?

Me: It's not bloody night yet. At 10 I'm meeting my auntie you guys can come if you want just don't get lost.

Josh: Lost? Us?

Simon: Well you are old.

The table bursts out laughing. I choose what I want from the menu and tell the waiter and so do the other guys. This was the first ever meal I had when I first came so I wanted it again.

We finish the meal and had a few drinks and now the time was around half 9.

Me: Who wants a little tour?

The boys all shout YEAH!!!! so we get up and I take them a bit of the town. We get to this massive statue in the middle of the town. It was getting quite crowded now so it was difficult to see.

Me: Right so this is the statue and if you ever get lost then come here and we'll find you.

I point over to a ice cream parlour,

Me: That's where they have the best ice creams and they also have crepes which are really nice.

Tobi: Can we have one?

Me: Why are you asking me? I'm not your mum.

They all then run over there and I just laugh.

Paul: Kaylee there you are!

Me: Oh hey guys.

I give my auntie and uncle both a quick hug.

Lisa: So where are these boys at then?

I point over to the ice cream parlour as they all come out licking an ice cream.

Paul: They look like fun.

Me: They look like children.

They come over and I introduce them to my auntie.

Me: Guys this is Lisa and Paul, Lisa and Paul this is Josh, Vik, Harry, Simon, JJ, Ethan and Tobi.

Paul: Who's on for a drink then?

The boys cheer and we walk down some steps to a few more restaurants. We sat outside and waited for someone to serve us.

Lisa: So guys what do you do for living?

Tobi: We do YouTube. We have like 7 million subscribers on our sidemen channel.

Paul: 7 million? Bloody hell.

JJ: Yeah we be making money.

A waitress comes over and asks us what we want in Italian, there wasn't many English tourists so they didn't know much English. The boys just point to what they wanted or tried to pronouns it and get it wrong. I tell her what I want and so does my auntie and uncle.

Vik: I never knew you spoke Italian.

Me: I don't, I just can master the accent.

Lisa: Kaylee tell me about what happened in your life since I last say you.

Me: Has mum not told you?

Lisa: No I haven't spoken to her since she was here last time.

Me: Oh shit well a lots happened. I moved down to London with mum because her and dad split up. Dad got killed. I got kidnapped by his killer for 6 months. I went into a coma for two weeks. And I got diagnosed with lung cancer. That's pretty much it.

Lisa: Fucking hell. Tell me it all in detail.

I then go on to tell her and Paul the whole story. Well just her because Paul was dancing to music with the guys while they drank.

After I finished explaining everything the time was around 1am. The boys were quite drunk apart from Tobi because he doesn't drink. I hardly drank so I was still sober.

We all head up the steps back to the main area where everyone was. The boys then started to do the conga and what seemed like the whole town joined in as well. I join in and get in front of Simon and behind Tobi.

Simon doesn't hold onto my shoulders though, he grabs onto my waist. I turn around and smile at him. He wasn't going to get it so I didn't know why he tried. Probably because he was drunk.

However he moves is hands down to my hips and I just shake my head and carry on with the conga. A minute later we all pull away and laugh at what we caused. My auntie and uncle said goodbye and I think it was time for us to go as well.

Me: I think it's your guy's bedtime. We have all week to party.

They all boo but still follow me back to the houses. Josh, JJ, Tobi and Ethan go into there houses and the rest of us walk up the road to our house. I open the door and the guys stumble in.

Vik: I'm fucking knackered.

Harry: Same. I'm going to bed.

They both go over to their rooms. The house was really nice actually. You open the door and walk up some steps and then arrive at the bedrooms with a little toilet room. Then you'd go up some more steps and there was a bigger bathroom. There was more steps which lead to the living room and the kitchen. Then there were even more steps which lead to the rooftop terrace.

I walk upstairs to the kitchen and fill up a glass of water.

Simon: I don't want to sleep on the sofa. And anyways I'm not even tired.

Me: You can sleep in my room if you want. I'm going to the roof to watch the stars.

Simon: Can I come pretty please.

Me: Sure.

I open the door to the rooftop and go up. Me and Simon lie on a sun lounger each and watch the starts.

Simon: I really like you, you know.

Me: Yes Simon I know.

Simon: Do you like me back?

Me: Of course I do.

Simon: Like without friends? Like you wanna date me? Or do you like me as a friend? I ain't getting friend zoned by you. The guys will laugh.

Me: Yes Simon.

I said that so he didn't know if I liked him as a friend or not because he used too many questions in a sentence.

Simon: Wait so you do or you don't?

Me: Yes Simon.

Simon: Kayleeeeee please don't do this my brains gone dizzy.

Me: I like you Simon.

Simon: As what though?

Me: As Simon.

I laugh as he starts to get into a huff. I get out my sun lounger and over to Simon's. I plant a kiss on his lips and go downstairs. He follows after me with a smile on his face.

Me: Does that answer your question?

Simon: Yes! Thank you!

Me: Keep it down, Vik and Harry are asleep.

Simon: Sorryyyyy.

Me: I can't have you sleeping on the sofa. Come sleep in my room with me.

Simon: Really?

Me: Yes just let me get dressed first.

I go downstairs and change into some shorts and a top. I quietly call Simon from upstairs and he comes down. He jumps onto my bed and gets under the covers. I do the same and face him. He stares at me and smiles.

Me: Goodnight Simon.

Simon: Goodnight Kaylee.
