CHAPTER 1

Today was your first day back at Hogwarts since you've seen all of your friends. You were gonna probably go and greet Hermione, Harry, and Ron. You weren't really new to this school since you went here first and second year but that's when your parents took you out and started homeschooling you. It was now year five at Hogwarts, and yes you have been writing to all of your friends from back at home but they haven't seen you in years. You have matured a lot since you first went but now you have to see everyone, maybe everyone will look different...maybe they'll be the same? You entered the big school ready for your first day back.You went up behind Hermione to try and scare her while she was reading in the library, but she somehow knew someone was behind her. "Ron, you know you can't scare me anymore.." You looked at her in confusion. You sat down next to her and she brought her head up from her book. "Hey Hermione!!". She looked at you like she didn't know you, then she soon figured out who you were, "Y/N?? Is it really you?". She asked in a puzzled voice. "Yes the one and only Y/N L/N!" you said. "Holy cricket, you need to go find the others with me so they can see you after all of these years of you being gone!" She took your hand and guided you down the hallways and into the great hall to go and see Ron and Harry. You walked up behind them with Hermione.She tapped on Ron's shoulder and he slowly turned around from eating his food. He dropped the food from his hand onto the floor and looked you up and down and said, "Bloody hell.. y-you look... is that really you Y/N from first and second year??" You kind of just stared and got embarrassed. You blushed slightly at his remarks, "Um yeah thanks Ron, you don't look too bad yourself." you said in a kind of quiet voice. Harry turned around finally after finishing reading the daily prophet. He looked at you and started blushing and smiled nervously. He says to you "Y/N.. I-umm.. y-you look brilliant!" You looked at him and smiled, he started blushing again and turned back around quickly. You walked away with Hermione to go unpack your stuff in the Gryffindor common room.
