Chapter 010

I walked into the courtroom. I reach my hand to touch my gem. I couldn't feel it. I look down and didn't see it. I should ask Jean to find it when he goes to clean up. Maybe not he would find his body there. I can't see that happened.

I felt a little bit anxious then someone held my shoulder.

I turn to see him again. He places the gem in my hand and walks away. I felt more relaxed having it back again. I whisper, "Thank you". I guess he wasn't that bad like I had thought.

I walked to the front where Armin and Mikasa were.

Eren was placed behind the pole. I met his eyes. He was just a boy I held a bored expression. This was just the beginning to come. When will this end. 13 years what is my life going to become.

It began.

The two sides were fighting for his custody, not really. I was touching my wound. He called an Ackerman. It was probably Mikasa. It happens in the story. I felt a tug. It was Mikasa. It was just like the anime. So many of the talking and so on. It felt like I was at church again.

"They called you."

"Violet Ackerman"

I held up my hand.

"So you are Violet Ackerman."

I nodded

"In this report, Eren had transformed into a titan. While she had approached him, he aims at her with the attention of squishing her. It said that they are in a romantic relationship. To think he would do something like that to his lover. He is a threat to humanity."

I held my hands as an X. I am not his lover.

"Is this true Violet."

To think this is not the outcome. Is it because I am here. Maybe but who knows. I step closer to the rail and leaned myself.

"Yes, it's true. And one thing, I am not his lover but a friend."

"They are lovers of course she would say that"

I was so dam ugh how do I say it. They aren't listening at all.

I stare deep into the Commander of the Miltary police

They started to point their fingers at me.

"Maybe she is a titan as well. We should dissect her as well."

I shrug my shoulders. Whatever your claim it's wrong. They just keep yapping their mouth. I stare bored at their actions.

"I may be a monster but leave her out of it"

I look at Eren, he had pleading eyes. Eren you are not a monster.

"Eren is not a monster. He is more than a monster. He had kill titans. He had help and for you to be wanting to kill him. He could protect us"

"I bet she is a titan. Look at her attitude we should put her here as well."I look to see that fat merchant. He started to describe me.

I wasn't in the mood. I was a bit tired.

I bang my head on the wood. It was louder than I had expected. The room went dead silent. Did I make a scene? Well, I guess I can continue. I jump over the beam. It was pretty easy. I walked over to Eren. He had tears in his eyes. I'm sorry you have to go through this. I then turn to them and salute them.

"I am Violet Ackerman, a soldier who wants to protect humanity. I grew up with this boy. But I am not a titan. I had gotten hurt and this wound proves it. I do not regenerate like a titan. So speaking I can die like any of you. I always wanted to have a peaceful life but that is not guaranteed at all. I am not defending Eren because we are close. I would have killed him if he had eaten a person. Eren is not a threat at all"

"Maybe she is trying to lead us off that she was a titan."

They held their guns up to me. I wasn't scared if I could die then that would be great.

"She is not a monster like me. Leave her alone.  Please she is not at all. Violet is not a monster. Why can't you guys stop jumping to conclusions? You guys never saw a titan and yet you are putting the blame onto someone. Why can't you let me get rid of them FOR YOU"

I turn to see Eren being beaten. I look at each hit that landed on him. I shouldn't show emotion. I can't help him, stay silent. Show no expression, I have to. I have too if not they will take my words as nothing. Blood landed on my hand. I look down at my palm of my hand. His blood was red but a pretty color.

"Captain Levi you shouldn't do that what if he gets angry and transform into a titan"

"Huh weren't you going to dissect him, I heard he killed over 24 titans when he was in titan form."

He then turned to me. I met his gray eyes.

"If what you claim is true how come she isn't reacting like her. She just watches me hit her lover. Could someone watch their lover get beaten in front of their eyes?"

I turn to see Mikasa widen her eyes. I then turned back onto Eren he was beaten too much. Blood was oozing out of him. Why should he be hurt like this? I had to stay strong. I turn back to general Zachy

"I hope you will take my claim into your final judgment."

I turn my back onto Eren. I walked back to where I was standing. I jump over the wood again. I put too much pressure on my hand.

"Are you okay Violet?"

Armin had his hand on my shoulder. I whisper slowly.

"I am not. Not at all"

"We should have an expedition to go to Yeager home in his basement may be secrets we need.

And it was over like that.I was walking back along with Armin and Mikasa. It was silent at the most. We were then stop by a soldier. He sniff me, did he really need to smell me. " Violet you are needed"

He then escorted me to a room. Wasn't he the person who was by her side. What was his name. I don't remember at all. It started with an M or N. I don't remember at all. I have to remember even the smallest details or else how would I survive.

"Hanji I brought her here."

"Ah thank you, Mike, you can leave now"

So his name was Mike.

He then came closer to me again. Was he going to smell me again? I quickly move from where he was going to smell. He seems to have fallen.

'Ah sorry he has a thing with smelling people"

I think her name was Hanji, she touches my shoulder.

I back away a bit from her touch. Her memories had rushed in again. I still haven't figured out why this is happening.

"ah, I guess you don't like people touching you. Sorry, my bad. Violet Ackerman right. I am Hanji squad leader of the Survey Corps night to meet you."

"It's not that, just a bit hurt there. It stung me when you added pressure."

I look to see Eren bleeding. I walked close to him. I took out a tissue. I then lower myself to him. He seems a bit taken back.

I clean his wound on his lip. I then place it into his hand.

"I'm sorry"

"What do you mean Violet"

"I wanted those MP to pull the trigger."

I heard gasping around me.Eren then placed his hands on my shoulders with force. It hurt really bad, I wasn't lying about that. When I got in the barrel wood had pierced through my skin.

"Whyy"

I was about to answer but he cut me off. I turn to see the commander or more like Erwin.

"How many titans had you killed. Solo killed to rephrase that."

I stood up.

Should I lie. I am not sure but we will go with 10.

"I had 10 solo kills sir"

"It would have been ashamed if we lost you. Your talent is needed in the Scouts. Will you join the regiment with the highest killing."

"I had agreed to that since I started the cadets. I have to protect them."

He smirks and patted me on the head. I was confused this never ever happens in the anime.I look to Eren he was confused like me but he was still mad about it before. He turns his head away.

"Okay, the reason we called you was because we had someone inform us about the Trost incident. You attack the colossal titan using your blades. More than enough. How was it ."

She then pulled a chair for me to sit.

"Sorry but I have to ask you if you are a titan like he is"

I look her dead in the eye. I then moved my bangs so she could see my forehead. When I had slammed myself on the wood. It was a bit hard so this is the aftermath.

"Ah so you are not what a bummer"

"I don't think she is like him. She doesn't heal as Eren did. But if the Colossal and the Armor are the same as him why did they go for you. What is the reason?"

"What is your parent's name. Violet"

I thought about it. I never heard about a father, and my mother's name is Lapis but her last name. I think it's Ackerman. She told me I had her maiden last name. Ever since I came into Violet's body, nothing about who her father was.

"My mother's name is Lapis Ackerman but I don't remember my father. When I was young I had an illness. So I really in bed most of the time. So I don't really remember my father"
