Chapter 2

How long has it been since Louis and I broke it off? 4 days. I started thinking... What if he kissed her because I was too fat? I'm not the biggest, most certainly, but I'm not as skinny as Eleanor. I haven't eaten in 4 days. I'm trying to get skinnier. Maybe then someone will love me. I've been laying in bed crying for 4 days straight. My phone went off.

Eleanor

Decline. Answer.

I move my thumb around trying to decide what to choose. I decide on decline. My phone goes off again.

Eleanor// mace, you've got to call me. I'm so sorry love. xx-eleanor

Me// how could you?

Eleanor// it just happened. I'm sorry.

Me// my best friend just happened to snog my boyfriend? yes that makes so much sense, right? Good-bye Eleanor.

She's lucky I responded. I call Zayn.

"Hey." He answers.

"Hi" I say.

"How's it going?" I can hear his care through the phone.

"Come over please" I beg.

"My mate's here with me, Niall Horan. Can he tag along?" He asks.

"Okay," I agree.

"Be there in 10" he says.

I hang up.

He arrives in 10 minutes, as promised. He knows he doesn't need to knock.

He walks in and... woah... Niall is... hot.

Niall had blonde hair and it's styled in a quiff. He has blue eyes, the color of the sky. His checks are perfectly pink. He looks like a living snowflake, with his rosey face. It's adorable. He's wearing a blue tee shirt, jeans, and black supras.

"What do you need?" Zayn notices me studying Niall.

"Just you babe," I hug him.

"Babe?" Niall asks.

His accent.. Isn't... British.. It's Irish, and God, it's hot.

"It's our thing, he's my best friend" I let him know.

He chuckles. Again, adorable.

"He's hot" I whisper to Zayn.

"I heard that," Niall smiles. I blush.

Wait, no Niall isn't Louis. I'm getting over Louis. Louis Louis Louis. But, I'm getting over him, right? So I should be looking at other guys. It's only right.

"Don't worry love, you're quite beautiful yourself." He blushes a little this time.

"Let's all go grab a bite," Zayn offers.

"No thanks... I'm-im- not hungry," I stutter.

"Macey? Not hungry? What's wrong babe?" He raises his eyebrows.

I bite my lip and look away.

"You're beautiful." He kisses my forehead, seeing right through my thoughts, "c'mon now, let's go eat."

"Fine," I whine, linking arms with Zayn.

Niall fell behind us, I believe he was checking out my bottom because every time I glanced back he stuck his face up and looked around. Niall ran up to me saying,"since Zayn gets to call you babe I get to call you baby, deal?" I giggle a little. "Sure, baby"I smile linking arms with now the both of them.

This is nice; strolling down London streets after a breakup with my babe & my baby. Just thinking about them makes me smile.

We finally arrive at... Wow, McDonalds. I'm not surprised. Zayn took us here for crying out loud. It's his favorite place.

"What do you want, baby?" Niall asks me.

"I told you guys, I'm not hungry. I'll just get a water and some apples." I put my head down.

Zayn places his hand on my stomach and says,"Babe, you're skinny as heck. Please eat. Please? At least some fries?"

"I just, I can't babe," my eyes water with tears.

"Don't cry, mace. You're perfect the way you are. Now, eat the French fries!"he laughs at his last sentence before hugging me.

"Okay." I smile.

I end up ordering fries and apples, water to drink.

"I didn't realize how hungry I was..." I sigh.

"How long did you go without eating?" Zayn asks.

"4 days... Since Lou." I frown.

Niall sees me frowning and says,"now, my baby can't be sad! Kiss me, baby!" He giggles, but he actually pulled me in for a kiss. Our lips pressed together, our tongues moved in each other's mouths perfectly. His hands slide down to my bum, while mine go to his cheeks. He lifts me up and my legs are on his hips.

"Woah! Get a room!" Zayn jokes.

We pull apart at the same time, his hands still at my bum and mine moved slightly on his chest.

He gave a little squeeze, making me jump on him once more. I hugged his shoulders until I got back to my flat.
