"I told you to stop playing with those fireworks and you didn't listen to me , SO I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT" Nami screamed at Luffy

"B-but it was fun" he said

"Hey Usopp" Luffy giggled

"What is it Luffy"Usopp asked

Luffy lit up a firework and threw it at Usopp Usopp gasped and went flying

"Hey Luffy stop playing with the fireworks" Nami yelled

"Okay I will" Luffy lied

"Oh you really want to play that game" Usopp said getting up

Usopp lit up a firework and threw it at Luffy But Luffy ducked and it ended up hitting Franky

"Oh" Usopp and Luffy both said

Franky lifted up his shades and looked at both of them

Franky switched his arms to a gun and started shooting both of them with fireworks

One of the fireworks ended up hitting a knife that was laying on the ground And the knife flew towards Luffy's leg

"I'm sorry but we have to treat it , that scar is really deep" Chopper said

"Luffy you have worse scars on you stop whining " Sabo said

"Y/nnnn save meee" he whined

"I mean they did tell you to stop playing with fireworks luffy" I scratched my neck

"Hey it's your last mistake of the year" Ace says

"I WANT A LAST MISTAKE OF THE YEAR" chopper says with star eyes

"Spill the germ-X on Luffy's scar" Zoro suggests

"NOOO" luffy cried

When we where done with Luffy's scar we all went to the rooftop of the mansion and waited for the new year

"Pssss y/n" Luffy whispered to me trying to get my attention

I turned around and looked at him confused "come help me" he whispered

"With what" I asked

We went inside the mansion and Luffy had this giant box that had locks all over it

"Um Luffy what is that?" I asked

"You'll see in a minute" Luffy said trying to open the box

"Luffy to open the box you need the keys of all those locks" i crossed my arms

"It's just I don't know where I left them" he frowned

I sighed

"Wait I know a person that can open them for me!" He screamed happily

He got his phone out and called someone that was named "candle man"

I lifted one of my eyebrows confused

"Hey I need your help" Luffy talked on the phone

"With buggy?  Is buggy the dude that looks like pennywise?   AND SHANKS!! yeah y'all can" Luffy talked on the phone

I'm so confused

After some minutes luffy hanged up and looked at me

"He said he'll be here and he's coming with buggy and shanks" Luffy put his thumbs up

I'm even more confused

We both stayed in Luffy's bed talking about random stuff while we waited until they came

We waited And waited And waited some more

"LUFFY are you sure they are coming?" I asked

"Yeah they told me they would" he said

Suddenly I heard the doorbell ring "Oh they are here" he got up quickly and he ran out the room

When they came back he came back with this dude apparently he's name was "Mr.3" And not to mention his hair was in the shape of a number 3

"Open this wax man" luffy pointed at the box

"Um sure but what's inside of it" he asked He talked really funny but elegant

"You'll find out later" luffy giggled

He shrugged it off and Mr.3 let out melted wax into each lock and when it turned cold he twisted them making the locks open

Which was boring because there was like 10 locks and we had to wait until the wax was cold

"I swear Luffy if I spend my new years looking at someone open locks I will be mad" I crossed my arms

"Hey it's not my fault he's the one opening them" Luffy said

"I haven't seen her before , is she a new member of your group?" The candle man asked

"Yes but she's also my girl"luffy said tackling me

The dude eyes widen "so the rumors where true!?" He said Luffy nodded

After what seemed like 10 hours he had finally opened the box

"Hey you can't look at it yet" Luffy shoved the box away from him when he tried to open it

The guy rolled his eyes and went up to the roof where shanks and buggy had already gone

"So what is it Luffy?" I asked when it was just me and Luffy

Luffy opened the box and inside it was a giant ball that said "deadly" on it

"Luffy are you trying to kill us?" I asked

"No it's a firework , fireworks are fun" luffy patted the giant ball

"So will you help me?" He asked looking at me smiling like if his inner child would be pleased if I said yes

I sighed "I don't know Luffy , we've kinda already had enough firework fun for today" I said looking down at his cut

"Pleaseeeee" he begged

"Ughhh fine" I rolled my eyes not being able to say no to him

He threw his arms up "YAYYY" he screamed with a little voice crack

Luffy carried the ball all the way up and my job was to make sure nobody saw it

"Hurry up Luffy" I whispered to him

"I-im trying" he said with the hall behind his back , coming up the stairs

We both reached the door , him behind me

I opened the door to the roof top and I saw ShanksI immediately closed the door on Luffy

"OW" he cried behind the door and I heard a loud bang

"Hello Mrs , Y/n " shanks smiled at me ,God that man is fine

"Oh um hi" I smiled awkwardly

"What was that noise inside" he asked trying to open the door

"NO , it was just luffy" I laughed awkwardly covering the door handle

"What are y'all doing" Shanks asked

"Um we where ummmmm ... personal couple stuff?" I made it sound like a question more than an answer

When I realized what I said I felt my face get warm Why did I say that

Shanks jumped and his eyes widen looking surprised

"Oh umm" he said

"N-no it's not like that we where just umm" I stuttered being embarrassed

Shanks stared at me with a confused stare

"We where just walking our fish" I said Did I just say I was walking my fish?

"C-can you just leave please" I sighed

Shanks just started laughing and patted my head "it's fine kid" And he walked away

I opened the door and saw Luffy down the stairs again with the ball over him"Oml"

"Finally" I sighed

"That was so heavy" Lufffy laid on the floor

We where on the other side of the roof away from everyone and we where also at The tallest part

"How much was that?" I asked "It was like 500,000 dollars" he said

"What!" I stared at him in shock He just nodded

"Oh I forgot the lighter" luffy said running back inside

I waited out there until Lufffy came back with the lighter

Me and Luffy both say there in the roof admiring the stars and the moon while talking

"Y/n it's 11:58 can you pass me the lighter" Luffy said on top of the firework

"Yeah sure"I handed him the lighter

"It apparently takes like 3 minutes to explode" Luffy said turning the firework on

Luffy got down the ball and we both stared at it , watching as the little fire went down the little rope

"Where did you buy it at?" I asked

"10!" We heard the others scream out They must have been screaming the countdown

"It was a secret website, I think they called it the dark web or something like that" Luffy scratched his head

"9!"

"LUFFY THE DARK WEB" I screamed

"Yeah" he nodded

"Oh my lord , that could be a bomb instead of a firework" I screamed at Luffy

"I don't think so" he patted the ball

"Luffy get away from that thing!" I yelled

"It's not a bomb tho" he crossed his arms

"3!"

"Bomb or firework get away from it either way!" I yelled

"2!"

Luffy wouldn't move so I ran towards him and pulled him towards me

Luffy tripped and he ended up falling on top of me

"1!"

Luffy's lips fell on mine and we kept on kissing

"Happy new year!"

both me and Luffy stayed kissing for about 30 seconds , lights and noises from the fireworks everywhere

When we stopped we looked at each other"Wow that's the best new year I've ever had" Luffy smiled

I got flustered by that and looked away

"Oh the firework didn't go off" right when Luffy said that There was a really loud noise behind us coming from the balland there was a giant spark

Luffy's instincts kicked in and he covered me and put his head down

After a couple of seconds We both turned to look up and there was a little "eeeeee" sound

And I could hear the others talking and asking where that was coming from

Me and Luffy quickly got up and looked at the firework

Luffy held my hand and stared at the sky

It took like 1 minute to go off And there it was

The giant firework ,it made it look like if it where day from the light

Me and Luffy both stared at the firework while holding our hands admiring it
