"๐‘บ๐’, ๐’˜๐’‰๐’š ๐’‚๐’“๐’† ๐’˜๐’† ๐’‰๐’†๐’“๐’† ๐’‚๐’ˆ๐’‚๐’Š๐’?" Y/N looks around as the four of them were stood in the centre of the busy crowds of Harajuku, the sounds of people walking and talking, bags of shopping colliding with the fabrics on their legs, the sounds of cars and traffic not too far away all created an orchestra of the busy city life.

"Because, we're going to collect your last classmate!" Gojo cheerfully exclaims while he hands Yuji a blue popsicle from the little shop they just went in, and he immediately starts to eat it, hoping to cool himself down as it was hot today, the sun seemed to have chased away all the rain clouds away creating a clear azure blue sky stretching across Harajuku giving way for the sun to cast its warm blinding beams of radiance making everything appear more vibrant and lively.

"Okay, but why here?" Megumi wonders, not too happy they're in such a congested area.

"That's what she requested." Gojo shrugs, watching Yuji devour the popsicle until he's left with a stick, regretting he didn't buy the raspberry flavoured one he was eyeing as Itadori was choosing his own.

"OOO popcorn!!I want some." Yuji points at a stand which was quite popular, it also sold cotton candy, milkshakes and other cold beverages, for some reason it sold merchandise such as sparkly red and purple hats including bizarre sunglasses, probably stuff tourists buy. Yuji walks towards it, Gojo following him as he gets his wallet out to buy his student some.

"Do you two want any?" Gojo turns to Y/N and Megumi, who are standing side by side.

"No, thank you."Nah, I'm good but thanks Gojo!"

"Suit yourselves!"

We all stood in a line, watching and waiting for a girl in a similar uniform to us to emerge from the rushing stampedes of people.

"Oh hey isn't that her?" Yuji points to a girl talking to a man in a swamp green suit and a tie which really doesn't match what he's wearing. He begins to walk away, discomfort written across his face and I move off the railing I'm slouched on to go collect her. Suddenly, she whips around and grabs the guy by his collar, many civilians stopping to watch the scene unfold.

"What the hell! Don't run, come out and say what you think!" he tries to run out of her hold, failing to do so as he just runs on the spot, tears threatening to spill out of his eyes as he wails in fear.

"Wait.. She's the one we have to go and talk to?" Yuji points out, disgust almost visible in his voice. "This is real embarrassing dude.."

Me and Fushiguro turn slightly to side eye him as he's sat in between us, clearly not self aware about his own appearance, in one hand he has an overflowing box of popcorn which keeps spilling out onto the floor occasionally onto our shoes (which I know damn well was pissing off Megumi) and in the other a crepe wrapped in a baby pink napkin, vanilla cream filling its centre with strawberries placed around it. The worst of all is the BIG pair of red sunglasses that sat on his face, it took no effort for him to convince Gojo to buy them for him.

"Yeah, so are you.." Megumi mutters, his face twisted with distaste.

with one swift move I stole the sunglasses off Yuji's face, placing them on mine, sticking my tongue out at him when he went to protest. He tried his best to get them back off me, begging Fushiguro to hold his food but Megumi completely ignored him-I think he'd rather pretend he don't know us.

"Hey, we're over here!" Gojo calls out, his hand cupping his mouth to increase his volume over the loud noises the city produced. "I'd like you to meet.." he puts his hand out to her, hinting for her to introduce herself.

"Nobara Kugisaki, you should be honoured to have me in your group." she reeks of confidence, her face stern as she observes us, eyeing us each individually. The lack of conversation was starting to become extremely uncomfortable.

"I'm Yuji Itadori, from Sendai!" he breaks the silence and thank god he did because I thought I was going to die from feeing so awkward.

"Fushiguro."

"I'm Y/N L/N! It's nice to meet you."

He looks like a potato.. He's definitely the type that ate his own boogers as a kid. His brain is definitely the size of a pea, possibly smaller. And just his name? I can't stand high-and-mighty dudes, he has his head so far up his own ass for sure. I bet he likes setting oil-slicked seagulls on fire and doesn't give his seat up on the train for elderly people. At least I'm not the only girl, I don't think I'd be able to stand being alone with those two. She's pretty too, we'll go on loads of shopping sprees together.

๐๐จ ๐จ๐ง๐ž'๐ฌ ๐๐Ž๐•

"Ugh! This is what I get to work with? Great, just my luck." she grunts pinching the bridge of her nose before walking over towards you, slinging her arm around your shoulder. "us pretty girls are always put in these unfortunate situations, don't ya think?"

You nod harshly, sneaking an evil smirk at megumi and Yuji, mentally laughing at their put out facial expressions.

"She took one look at us and sighed. That can't be good.." Yuji frowned and Megumi's lips formed a straight line.

"Are we going somewhere from here?"

'Well since two of you kids are from the countryside and we're all together, I thought it would be nice for us to go do some sight-seeing in.....Tokyo!" Gojo pats his thighs to mimic a drum roll before throwing his arms into the air, announcing where they'll be going, as he, Nobara and Yuji chant Tokyo, dancing in a circle as if they're performing a ritual, but you and Megumi know better than to get your hopes up, especially if Gojo mentions "sight-seeing".

"So, where in particular are we heading?"

"Roppongiiiiii!"

Straight away you look at Megumi who also looks at you and almost telepathically agree that he's leading the poor country folk on, getting them excited for nothing.

๏ธตโ€ฟ๏ธตโ€ฟเญจโ™กเญงโ€ฟ๏ธตโ€ฟ๏ธต

The cursed energy radiated off the run down building, damp and mould patches consumed the abandoned structure, 2 angry students and 2 unphased students stood behind the teacher, a proud smile on his face, ignoring their moans and groans:

"You lied!"

"This isn't Roppongi!"

"It's a cruel move to toy with us country folk!"

"HOW COULD YOU?!"

"There's a curse here" Megumi interrupts their tantrum.

"There's a big cemetery nearby. That plus an abandoned building and you've got a curse." Gojo nods.

"So they pop up more often around graves?" Yuji puts his finger under his chin.

"It's not necessarily the cemetery itself, It's the fact that people associate cemeteries with fear, sadness and uneasiness." you answer his question, forgetting he's entering this field with little to no knowledge at all.

"Riiight, it was the same for schools, too, wasn't it?" he responds.

"Uh-huh."

"wait, hold up here. He didn't even know that yet?" Nobara walks closer to them, judging Yuji, looking him up and down.

"To be honest, he's not here because he's always had the intention in becoming a jujutsu sorcerer, he may or may not have swallowed a special-grade cursed object." you nervously laugh, not knowing how she's going to react, considering she has such a strong character.

"and not just any object, Ryomen Sukuna's finger." Megumi pipes up, still unable to believe someone would do such a thing.

Kugisaki is quiet for a second before she starts to back away from Yuji, imitating a cross with her arms, frantically shaking her head "EW! no way, no way, no way!! That's so disgusting and unsanitary! You animal!" "I think I'm going to hurl." she holds her stomach, blowing air into her cheeks as if she's holding back vomit.

"Hey! That's not nice." Yuji whines, pointing accusingly at Kugisaki.

"I agree with her." Fushiguro puts his hands into his pockets, not looking at Yuji whose mouth is wide open staring at Megumi before turning to you, hoping you'd stick up for him.

"You did eat a crusty finger Yuji. This is on you." You lightly hit his back as he pouts and slumps over in defeat.

"Just think of this as a field test, Nobara, Yuji, you go exorcise the curse inside that building."

"Hold on. I thought only curses could exorcise curses. I can't use jujutsu yet."

"If you look at it, you're basically half a curse already. Cursed energy is flowing through your body as we speak! However, controlling that energy isn't something you can learn overnight, so use this." Gojo hands Yuji a familiar weapon.

Isn't that Maki's slaughter demon?

"The slaughter demon."

yup.If anything happens to that thing, she'll kill him for sure.

"A weapon imbued with cursed energy, so it'll work on curses too."

Itadoris mouth hangs wide open, 'oos' and 'woahs' escaping his mouth every two seconds, his eyes sparkling as he runs his hand across the blade, admiring the weapon.

"Ugh, how lame." Nobara buckles her belt tighter, walking towards the building.

"Oh, one more thing! Don't let Sukuna out, okay?""If you use him, you'll get rid of all the curses in that radius, but any nearby will be dragged in."

"You got it, I won't let him out!"

"Would you hurry it up!" Nobara waits at the top of the steps, tapping her foot impatiently, almost running down the stairs to drag the boy up them herself.

"Alright alright, damn, bye guys!" Yuji waves, his eyes lingering on you longer than the others as you wave him off with a giant smile on your face, giving him a big thumbs up and waving him goodbye with your other hand.

๐˜ / ๐ ๐๐Ž๐•

Me, Gojo and Megumi walk to a wall covered in graffiti opposite the building that was bursting with cursed energy and we all slide down until we're either slouching down or sat.

"That Yuji, some screws are loose" Gojo points at his head, moving his finger in a circular motion.

"How so?" I ask, curious as to where he's taking this.

"He's fearless. These things that take the form of terrifying creatures and try to kill him, yet the guy has no hesitation at all. And he doesn't have the familiarity with curses that you guys have." "We're talking about a boy who was living a normal high school life.""By now, you've seen plenty of Jujutsu sorcerers some talented, and you've seen them give up 'cause they couldn't conquer their fear or disgust, right?" "So, today is about seeing if she's crazy enough for this."

I hum in response, understanding that this is a test for Kugisaki's mental and physical strength, to see if her confidence is actually real, and it's not just a front she puts up. "Soo... anyone down for a game of rock paper scissors?"

๏ธตโ€ฟ๏ธตโ€ฟเญจโ™กเญงโ€ฟ๏ธตโ€ฟ๏ธต

We played about 4 rounds, Gojo winning 3 and I won only 1 but I'm convinced it's because of his stupid sixth sense. Cheating bastard."I don't even know why I ask you to play with me, you're just gonna cheat using your sixth sense every time." I huff turning away to face Megumi, ignoring Gojo bragging about him 'winning at anything and everything'.

"No." he didn't even look at me, his chin resting in the palm of his hand.

"I DIDNT EVEN GET TO SAY ANYTHING YET!" I exclaim, dumbfounded that he didn't even give me the chance to ask him to play with me, shutting me down before I even started.

"okay then, say what you were going to say."

"Megumi Fushiguro, play rock paper scissors with me!"

"no."

....

"plea-"

"no."

"not even one round?"

"no."

Before I could start to beg him, a curse shatters through a window on the top floor, me and Megumi getting ready to exorcise it but Gojo puts his hand out in front of us, preventing us from doing so. Without any warning, the curse explodes, its guts flying out everywhere, evaporating into the air before reaching the floor.Gojo stands up and claps his hands together,

"Okay she's crazy."

Me and Megumi look at each other, my eyebrows raised and lips pursed, impressed by the new girls' ability before looking back at the two newbies walking out the building, bickering about something like two feral cats.
