CODY POV

As I finished baking the cookies with Owen he passed the tray to me as he was licking the batter off the spoon.

"Co-y cuan ooo gyi-ve tees too de orthers?" Translation: "Cody can you give these to the others?"

He asked laughing with his tongue still attached to the spoon. "Of course big guy!" I offered smiling.

"I can see why Noah likes you." Owen said detaching his tongue off the now wet and slimy spoon.

"What?" I asked a bit taken aback. Owen was just fooling with him he concluded before walking away, tray in hand.

NOAH POV

As Cody walked into the room with cookies my heart dropped. I really didn't want to talk to him but then I also love cookies!

I could see Izzy and Eva munching on the cookies while trying to play games on the console at the same time. Typical.

I excused myself to the bathroom as I sat on the stairs contemplating my options.

Suddenly, Cody turned the corner staring at him almost giving Noah a heart attack. Cody chuckled as he sat next to me. How could he laugh and look so adorable?! His wavy chestnut hair was entrancing. He put his hand on mine as my breath hitched. His skin was so soft..

"Noah, whats up? Why are you ignoring me! Is it because of today because I didn't know it would be you and I hoped it would be you and I don't know I was told to record it an-" He was shushed as I pressed my finger to his lips.

"I believe you." I choked tears in my eyes.

"Why are you crying?" Cody honestly looked so sad which made me want to burst into tears. How could he be so cute yet so oblivious and stupid?

"You know why," I spat. A bit mean but it was in the heat of the moment!! I was scared okay?

"No I don't.." he said with another mischievous grin. He wasn't making me do this right now was he? Such an asshole.

"F-fine Cody.." I stuttered. I was at a loss for fucking words at this point.

"Fine Cody what..?" He smiled that stupid gap toothed grin.

"I like you." I instantly turned my head away ashamed as Cody pretended to look shocked. "I couldn't have guessed," he chuckled.

I just wanted to kiss that stupid smirk off his face. He was so cute and for what? He was a dork, nerd, geek, you name it! Why did I fall so hard for him?

"Well mr. obvious you might be surprised to know that I like you too," Cody smiled.

I was shocked but instantly leaned in and pressed my lips against his. It was truly magical, I had never felt such emotions before. I'd surely kissed someone before and I can say Cody was not in any way experienced which honestly made me blush even more knowing I was his first kiss.

CODY POV

Oh-my-gosh this was not happening! I was taken aback and tried to steady myself as his lips smashed into mine. I don't think they 'smashed' but it felt like it okay! I leaned in and kissed him back savouring the sweet flavour of lip gloss from his lips. I pulled away to catch a breath.

"Your wearing lip gloss?" It's like you were waiting for this to happen! I held Noah tight giggling. Instead of his usual scowl, his face had softened up and he looked at me with stars in his eyes.

"That was.. exhilarating." Noah breathed out.

NOAH POV

I was honestly shocked I had even done that. He was so cute I couldn't stop myself! He was honestly beautiful, especially after that kiss, his lips were red and swollen which honestly was a cute look.

I had one question though, "what are we Cody?"

He looked at me laughing, "well NOAH-IT-ALL," Cody scowled. "It doesn't take a genius to work that out! I thought you were smart," he teased giving me a peck on the cheek. My face flushed not even red at this point but more of a maroon I was that flustered.

"No, I don't Cody, explain it to me." I teased as i caressed his cheek slowly stroking his hair with my free hand.

"W-well! Noah.. will you be my boyfriend?" Cody looked longingly at me, obviously embarrassed.

"Hmm I wonder.." I pretended to think.

"NOAHHH!!" Cody whined pulling my sleeve which made me blush even more. I was redder than a tomato at this point, or was it hot in here?

"Fine, yes." I folded my arms as Cody started jumping up and down. He reminded me a lot like my autistic brother Leo. Maybe he was autistic like me? His parents were assholes so obviously wouldn't have got him tested.

Before I could lean in for another kiss I heard squealing from downstairs. Oh fuck.

CODY POV

I heard a loud screech before Izzy bounded up the stairs squeezing me and Noah to death. "GUYSSS I KNEW YOU WOULD GET TOGETHER!! IZZY IS THE MASTER AT SHIPPING!"

Owen and Eva looked at them smirking then joined them in the embrace.

Owen was sobbing and all Noah and Cody could do was sit there while they took their final breaths.

"Wait.." What did Izzy mean by "master shipper?" I asked confused.

Eva and Owen looked at Izzy with a face that meant "shut up and don't say a fucking word," did Izzy listen? No.

"WELLLL.. we maybeeee set you guys up!" Izzy giggled but Eva and Owen just facepalmed. I chuckled a bit while Noah looked mortified which caused me to break into a fit of laughter. "You look like you just saw a ghost!" I hugged him tightly as he sighed rolling his eyes at me.

"Hey that's not nice to your new boyfriend!" I crossed my arms and pouted at him.

"Hm okay fine but did I mention I don't see a ghost but a veryy handsome person in front of me," he retorted, pecking me on the cheek. I went red but the others just cheered and congratulated each other on the 'ship that has now sailed' according to Izzy.

Who knew Noah could be so romantic? Probably from the novels he reads, I was honestly curious on what genre he read! I don't usually read but I like listening to music!

I gasped. Maybe Noah likes Lana Del Rey!???

I turned to him, Izzy, Owen and Eva were already back in the living room so I didn't have to worry about their cheering for the millionth time.

"What's your favourite song artist?" I asked elbowing him in the arm.

NOAH POV

What a random question to ask after we just made out - I thought. Most people never really asked me as they just assumed I spent my whole life reading books and looking up "sarcastic comebacks" on YouTube.

"I like Nirvana and Arctic Monkeys to be honest," I said as Cody's eyes lit up.

"COOL! I LIKE LANA DEL REY BUT ARCTIC MONKEYS ARE SOOO COOL TOO! THATS SUPER COOL I LOVE YOUR MUSIC TASTE ITS SO COOL!" Cody was honestly over the moon they had similar music taste.

"How many times can you say cool in a sentence?" I  asked rolling my eyes at him.

"Let's just go back and meet the others cutie," I laughed as I grabbed him by the hand almost dragging him down the stairs. He was red and was choking on his own spit due to the pet name I had just called him. He was so adorable.

Everyone was waiting for them as they had a movie waiting. Scream 6, knowing Izzy she definitely picked this, maybe with the help of Eva?

CODY POV

"Oh no I hate scary movies," I whispered to Noah trembling.

"It's fine, I'm here so your not alone," Noah cooed while pulling me in closer to peck me on the lips. He started stroking my hair which calmed me down so much. "Thanks," I whispered under my breath. Somehow he heard? He was such a good boyfriend.

After they finished watching the movie (baring in mind they had to drag Cody out of the bathroom 5 times in his attempt to hide.) They all actually liked the film, even Cody a bit near the end.

Izzy giggled and clapped her hands "SLEEPOVER TIMEEE!!"

I heard Noah sigh and laughed a bit.

NOAH POV

"Where are we even going to sleep? I didn't recall bringing my invisible sleeping bag do you?"

"Nooopeeee! But Owen's parents are out so there are still some rooms left!" Izzy laughed and started thinking.

"Hmm letsss seeee.. me and Owen will share his bed, Eva can sleep on the mattress on the floor andddd.. Noah and Cody in Owen's parents room!" Izzy giggled at her own set up.

"WHAT??" I screeched. Cody had to calm me down as I composed myself. "I don't think I'm comfortable sleeping in your PARENTS bed Owen, no offence."

"No offence taken little buddy! They have been out of town for months so the bed sheets are freshly as good as new!" I sighed as I knew they had set us up. Of course! Now I know why it was planned so sudden.

I sighed and just dragged Cody to the room. There was no point arguing as Izzy would physically force me, even if that meant moving me in my sleep.
