"Minxie, I'm going to walk over and get my car. I'll be back soon, alright?" Joe said the next morning as I was still in bed.

"Okay," I nodded.

Joe left to walk to my flat and get his car. I stayed in bed for a few more minutes before getting up and going upstairs.

"Hi Minxie," Caspar said slowly.

"Hi. Joe told you, huh?"

"Yeah, I'm sorry. I don't understand how he can even get out of prison?"

"Something about his father. Doesn't surprise me that his father got his nose in it. They're filthy rich and know a lot of people."

"It's so wrong how the system works sometimes."

I nodded in agreement.

"Anyway. Where did Joe go again?"

"He had to walk down to my flat, because we walked yesterday and his car is there."

"Oh. Okay," Caspar nodded as he went on his laptop.

Within the next half hour, Joe had returned.

"Morning," I said to Joe, giving him a hug as he wrapped his arms around me.

"Your phone is buzzing," Joe said as my phone was on the counter.

"Thank you," I said as I went to get my phone.

It was Nora calling.

"Hi Nora," I said into the phone.

"Hi Minx! How are you doing?"

"I'm alright. How are you and the baby?"

"Good, the baby is doing well and is healthy. I'm excited to get to hold her though," Nora said.

"Her?! It's a girl?!" I shrieked into the phone.

"Yeah! Eric and I found out yesterday!"

"Oh my God! Have you thought of names?!" I asked.

"Not yet."

"That's crazy! Are you excited?!"

"Of course!" Nora grinned, "We should meet up? Want to come over?"

"Um, sure," I grinned as we said goodbyes and I hung up the phone.

"Everything okay?" Joe asked.

"Yeah. Nora invited me around again..."

"Alright," Joe shrugged, "I don't mean to be overprotective, but will Eric be there?"

"Probably, but so will Nora and I won't leave her side. Joe, I promise," I nodded, giving him a small kiss.

"I know. I love you," Joe nodded, pinching my bum.

"I love you too," I smiled.

Joe drove me to my flat so I could get my car and then take it Nora's flat.

"Minx!" Nora greeted as she opened the door.

"Hello! You look great! The baby is bigger now!" I smiled.

"I feel like a whale!" Nora snickered, "Anyway! I was going to suggest we go out, but my feet and back already hurt."

"No, that's fine!" I nodded.

"Eric!" Nora scolded.

"Oh sorry. Hi Minx," Eric smiled as he walked out of their room in just his underwear.

"Oh! Hi," I awkwardly laughed.

Nora and I talked for a long while and Eric wasn't around much. He came out of their room a couple of times to get something to eat or drink, but other than that, he kept his distance, which I was thankful for.

"Oh! The baby's moving!" Nora squealed as he grabbed my hand to put on her stomach.

"Wow!" I smiled excitedly.

The baby girl was kicking gently against Nora's stomach.

"Eric! Come here!" Nora said loudly.

Eric quickly came from their room.

"Huh?"

"The baby is kicking," Nora smiled.

I took my hand off and let Eric feel Nora's stomach.

"Wow! Babe, that's awesome!" Eric grinned, pulling Nora up and giving her a kiss.

"Oh! Minx, do you want to see the nursery?" Nora asked excitedly.

"Sure," I nodded, smiling.

She lead me through to the nursery bedroom and Eric followed behind.

"This is so cute!" I grinned.

"Thank you. We went yesterday to get the pink cot after we found out."

"Cute, I like it!" I smiled.

We all went back into the livingroom.

"I think I'd better be going. I've had a nice time," I smiled to Nora.

"Oh alright! Oh! Wait before you go! Eric and I were thinking of going to a cabin for a weekend before the baby will be born. We were wondering if you and Joe would like to come along," Nora asked.

"That sounds cool, but I'll have to see with Joe. I know he has a book tour coming up."

"Okay, well let me know. I'll see you soon anyway, yeah?" Nora smiled.

"Of course. Bye," I said giving her a hug.

"Bye Minx," Nora smiled.

"Bye Minx. Nice seeing you," Eric said, also giving me an unwanted hug.

"Goodbye."

I went and got in my car. Once in my car, I went back to my flat to get showered and dressed into different clothes.

Just knowing that Rory isn't in prison makes me nervous. I made sure that all the windows and the door are locked. I don't think he would come back here, but then again I never thought he would do what he did.

I got in the shower and instantly felt more relaxed. First, I have to worry about Rory. Then, worrying about Eric.

I took my time in the shower and relaxed a bit. Just thinking about Joe and I and everything going on in our lives.

"Minx?!" I heard being yelled in my flat.

I turned off the shower and grabbed a towel.

"Minx, it's Joe," I heard Joe knock on the bathroom door.

"Joe?"

I opened the bathroom door and Joe was stood there.

"I'm sorry Minxie. I was calling and texting you and you hadn't read or replied to any of them, so I got worried. I was too distracted by that and the fact that Rory's back that I rushed over here."

"I was just in the shower," I said, holding the towel around me as my hair dripped everywhere.

"Sorry baby," Joe apologised.

"No, it's alright," I smiled lightly.

I walked past Joe and went to get dressed.

"How was your meeting?" I asked.

"Good. It was just finishing as I got up to leave."

"Joe," I groaned, "You shouldn't have left your own meeting early."

"I was getting worried. It's okay now," Joe smiled, "I heard everything anyway. Everyone was just chatting at the end."

"Okay. Did you hear anymore about the book tour?"

"Oh yeah. It'll start next week and don't worry, you're coming with me... If you want," Joe smiled.

"Of course I do!" I smiled, giving him a kiss, "I'm so proud of you!"

"Thanks baby," Joe grinned.

I went to my closet and picked out a comfortable outfit to wear. Dropping my towel, I slipped on my underwears.

"How was Nora and Eric?" Joe asked, a lace of disgust in his voice as he said Eric.

"Good. They're having a baby girl and she was kicking while I was there. It's so cool."

"That's cool," Joe said.

"Yeah," I smiled.

"I'm going to finish my vlog, I never ended it last night."

"Okay," I nodded, as I finished getting dressed.

"Hi! Sorry I didn't end the vlog last night, a lot happened. But we're good, right Minxie?"

"Yup!" I smiled lightly, getting in the shot with Joe and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"Aw! Alright, well if you liked it, then go ahead and click the like button below. Thanks for watching, and I am not a daily vlogger!" Joe said before he closed the camera, "There we go!"

"Oh, Nora and Eric invited us to a cabin with them for a weekend, but I told them I would have to talk to you because I know you have your book tour... And to be honest, I don't really want to spend a weekend in the same quarters as Eric."

"Okay, well whatever you want baby," Joe smiled, pulling me in by the waist.

We talked more about his book tour as I dried my hair.

"Do you want to go out to get some dinner? Or take-out?"

"Let's go to the market at get something to bring home and eat."

"Alright," Joe nodded as he grabbed his bright orange jacket.

I let out a small laugh at the sight of his neon jacket. I also put on a jacket and then I added a scarf before we got locked the door and went down to the market.
