"Arise-san~ it's time for your check up, let's get it over with." I called out lazily. Walking into the room with some nurses accompanying me I yawned.

"Haha, alright. Nanase-sensei makes check ups easy." He placed his book down on the table and I signalled the nurses to begin.

A few moments later

"Good, Good and Good. Well you're not exactly healthy, but it's safe to say there's no concerning issues today." I said sitting on a stool next to his bed. Looking over the checklist, he only has about 3 to 4 months at most. I've been looking after him for one month by now.

"You're really skilled though Nanase-sensei why are you in the ward of people just waiting to die?" He asked me putting his gown back on.

"Hmm? Cause I messed up." I said.

"Messed up?"

"Yeah, not like it's a secret. I was the head doctor and surgeon. I was also developing medicine and a cure for my patient Mia-chan. Another doctor kept administering the wrong medication and we lost Mia-chan on the day of her surgery. Now that doctor blamed me and my unorthodox methods, so Mia-chan's family hates me and he was made into the head doctor instead." I said sighing. "I still make enough money to put my brothers through school at least."

"That's....that's not right. Did you not even try to explain?" Arise asked me.

"There's people like that all over the world it's no use. At least his target was me. After my term here I'm going to just be an underground doctor instead." I smiled. "I'm a surgeon not a politician."

"I see.....I guess we're the same in that sense.." Arise looked out the window in longing.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I....."

---------------------Olivia POV

"You're all good now Sara-chan," I smiled kneeling in front of the little girl.

"Sensei, thank you!" She smiled hugging me.

"Good work, as for the payment." Her father looked at me and I sighed.

"You know the account just be sure to wire me the money. Yuzuki-san." I smiled.

"Of course, I'd rather not get on your bad side Queen." He chuckled holding Sara-chan's hand while walking out.

Checking the time I clicked my tongue, it was time for my first pre-debut live. Anesagi and Trigger have been planning it carefully, so they would be used as promotional material.

I sighed taking my lab coat off and locking up the clinic I left to go to the agency. Hopefully I'm not late.

"Heya~ Kaoru-chan I'm not late am I?" I waved walking into the backstage.

"Wrong, your late geez, Girls go get her dressed." Anesagi ordered a few stylists that dragged me away. "Oh your first show too..."

"Sorry Kaoru-chan I am a doctor after all." I chuckled.

The girls were quick to work and when they were done I could barely recognize myself.

"A little edgy I don't hate it..." I chuckled looking at the outfit. "But the chest part is a little tight.." I said they really squished me into this.

"It's not exactly the image we have for you, but we can save that for your actual debut. This time your just matching with Trigger's theme." Anesagi explained. "It suits you well though....sorry our girls never had assets like yours Olivia."

"A goddess...." The girls that dressed me up whispered.

"Where's Tenn and the others by the way?" I asked. Anesagi sighed gesturing me to follow her she led me to Trigger's dressing room.

Knock knock

"It's Anesagi." She said.

"Come in~" Ryu's voice from inside rang.

"Yahoo~ Are you boys ready, I'm nervous haha...more nervous than when I had to present to the world doctor's association about a new antibody~" I said smiling.

"Woah......" Ryu said seeing me walk in.

"Woah......" Gaku agreed.

"You look pretty Nee-san.." Tenn smiled. "Our colors match haha."

"True, after all Tenn is usually Black and pink." I said.

"Ahem! I look forward to working with you today Nanase-san." Tenn bowed.

"Wait." Anesagi said. She dug through her bag grabbing a mask out.

"This is your mask for todays live, the president is going to change it for your actual debut of course. And your stage name is Athena okay." She said. I took the mask putting it on. I couldn't actually see with it on, but that's fine my other senses will make up for it.

"Well it's a pleasure to work with you Trigger." I smiled though you couldn't see.

Today was just a promotional live I guess, my actual debut concert is a few ways away since they have to work around my clinical schedule.

"Y-you look great Olivia...Ahem You look stunning." Gaku said looking away then made eyecontact with me I was taken aback by his comment before recomposing myself

"Aw thanks Yaotome-kun. Good luck performing today, I only sing once so." I smiled walking out the room last and shutting the door.

What was that? I clenched my fist covering my face.......It's hot in this building....

Timeskip

"Ne...Ahem Athena-san do you feel ready for this concert" Tenn asked me while the staff fixed their headsets.

"Hmm, yeah. I don't know if I practiced enough though haha." I said smiling.

"Don't be humble, to be honest you did a little too well at rehearsals it was overkill. And you swear you didn't have any prior lessons?" Anesagi asked me suspicious.

"Nope, like I said I only had the chance to practice a few times with a patient I took care of a while back." I said.

"Well, You are related to Tenn and Riku, maybe you guys just have some sort of innate talent." Ryu thought.

"Hmm? Well I guess I did perform like once or twice at the club I guess?" I pondered.

"You performed every Christmas and on Riku and I's birthday. You were good a performing back then too so I have no questions about your ability. After all the club called you princess." Tenn smiled remembering it.

"Woah...I'm surprised you remember that Tenn haha but our parents really struggled since I wasn't the nicest kid. Oh it's your turn, good luck." I chuckled nudging them to go.

"Everyone!!! Thank you so much!!!" Tenn yelled.

"We'll miss you guys!!!!" Gaku added.

"Come to our next live okay!!!" Ryu smiled

"Before we go we have a special guest with us today!!!" Tenn announced.

"She's a new talent at Yaotome Productions so treat her well!!!" Gaku yelled

"Ehh??!!" The crowd said.

"If they say so, I wonder what she's like.." some girls whispered.

"She's going to have a debut live of her own in the near future!!! But for now let's welcome our newest talent!!" Ryu yelled

"Athena!!" The three of them said in unison and the stage went dark.

"Hey she's not bad actually..." One girl whispered.

"Yeah, plus she's singing in english that's so cool. Is she a foreigner?" Another said.

"....She's like a goddess..."

"Athena...Athena..." The crowd began cheering and shaking their glowsticks.

"Isn't this dance...a little suggestive....her shorts are too high too..." Tenn pouted his heart still racing enjoying his sisters performance. "But Nee-san is beyond good...our fans have fallen for her..."

"How daring, singing a whole song in another language. She sure knows how to make an impact..." Gaku chuckled.

"Ahaha...I wonder if the president is giving Olivia a sexy appeal..." Ryu sweat dropped.

"She's perfect for it Ryu. Plus not only she's of age her figure is amazing, you can't tell the president not to make use of it." Anesagi said referring to Olivia's proportions.

"Figure?!...I mean she's not wrong.." Gaku blushed. "But that shirt looks pretty tight on her...". Gaku yelped feeling pain going through his foot.

"Gaku don't look at my sister like that. Of course she's blessed she's my sister after all." Tenn huffed. "Also I agree was there no other sizes?"

"True..that devilish charm of hers is evident. So if Tenn was a girl that's what he would look like." Anesagi muttered. The genetics of the Nanase family ran strong. "That was the biggest one, we still had to adjust it like crazy since her waist is small." Anesagi replied to Tenn.

"Tenn's cute after all. But Olivia is gorgeous, she's probably the prettiest girl I've met haha." Ryu chuckled.

"That's why I didn't want you guys to find out about her..." Tenn grumbled.

"Huh why is that Tenn?" Ryu asked

"Nee-san has been pretty since I was little, she'd often get scouted wherever we went." Tenn sighed. They were going to talk more, but Olivia got lowered from the stage seeing them she smiled.

"Haah~ that was fun!! I see why Tenn and Riku like it so much." She said smiling.

"Alright now no more dwadling head back to your change rooms you guys." Anesagi ushered the group of idols away to talk to the other staff.

Olivia POV

Humming I walked back to Trigger's dressing room first while a few stylists followed us. One girl in the right I didn't recognize, she wasn't here from before I shrugged.

Upon reaching the door I noticed the piece of paper I had placed within it earlier had fallen down. Someone was in this dressing room...I picked it up while the boys walked into the room to the make up chairs.

"Athena-san? Shouldn't you go to your room?" Tenn asked me. Each of the members were grabbing water off the counter. I did so too, and took a sip.

My tongue.....

"Guys don't drink the water yet" I said and the boys stopped in their tracks.

"Is something the matter Athena-san?" The makeup artist asked.

"Sorry could you go grab Anesagi-san." I asked her the one I didn't recognize was about to leave too but I stopped her. "Oh no not you." I smiled. She looked nervous and I took my mask off.

"Athena what's the meaning.....Nee-san?" Tenn stopped his sentence seeing my angry expression.

"You, drink this." I smiled.

"I-I couldn't." She said feigning.

"Haha it's fine~" I took a few gulps of the drink and then backed her into a wall and shoved the water bottle into her mouth. "Now drink!" I said venom laced in my voice.

"Mmmmm...Gyah! Cough cough cough!" She struggled and eventually got me to let go of the water bottle and began coughing vigorously until blood starting coming out of her.

Author POV

Olivia leaned down to the girls coughing state. Yanking her face up by the hair."Calm down, it's just a bit of poison isn't it." Olivia waved a syringe with the antidote she picked from the girl earlier. Her eyes widened seeing it as she felt it missing in her pocket.

"Cough! Cough! Please.." she begged.

"Please? You tried to poison us, but well...I need you alive I guess.." Olivia raised the girl up by the collar and brutally injected her with the antidote.

"O-oi aren't you being a little rough.." Gaku said trying to pull her away.

"Gaku. This girl tried to kill all three of you and me. There's no mercy when someone comes after your life." Olivia said not even looking at Gaku once. But her tone and dead eyes drove shivers down his spine. Was this really the same person they knew.

"Nee...Nee-san..." Tenn muttered.

Olivia shook the woman and pinned her arm down with one hand and neck with the other. "Now tell me, who sent you."

"Haa...Haa...as if I'd tell y-" She was cut off by Olivia cutting her off by covering her mouth.

"I see." Olivia pressed her other hand down as the woman thrashed in pain until an ugly crack was heard and her arm fell limp. The Tigger boys looked away grimacing.

"Let me ask again who sent you, I'll break your leg next." Olivia said cold as she released the womans mouth.

"p...port....." Hearing that name Olivia clicked her tongue displeased. Getting up the girl weakly coughed she still couldn't move since the antidote was still working. "Why.......why didn't the poison...work..."

Tenn nodded curious too, the water made the girl puke out blood, so why was Olivia unharmed.

"Unfortunately for you...I have a unique constitution." Olivia said grabbing a small handgun from her purse she sighed. "No hard feelings, but it's better than what they will do to you."

"Nee-san what are you?!" Tenn grimaced as Olivia pulled the trigger. The gun made no sound but his eyes widened seeing the girl with a hole through her head now.

"What the fuck...the actual fuck..." Gaku said.

"Y-you killed her? W-why did you do that..Olivia? And the torture that was just too much!!" Ryu yelled.

"What the hell happened here...." Anesagi muttered now walking into the room, the other makeup artist screamed running away.

"Call the cops to clean up the mess Kaoru-chan." Olivia said she looked over her shoulder her eyes cold as she saw the horror in Trigger's.

"This woman was most likely sent to kill me. She was sent by an underground organization, if you think what I did was brutal think again. If I let her go those people would of found her and force her to bite the pavement to break her jaw then decapitate her and leave body parts all over the city." Olivia said wiping some blood off of herself. "That's how they do things."

"But still Nee-san!! She was alive! You can't just kill someone!" Tenn yelled.

"Tenn...your nee-san has already killed many people." Olivia said smiling. "I'm just glad you weren't hurt."

"Wha...."

"I'm a yakuza Tenn you already know that." Olivia's eyes flashed dangerously at Tenn. he did know...the tattoos were proof. "......She was prepared to kill us so I killed her first it was only fair" I turned to Anesagi. "also Kaoru-chan I can't exactly quit now. A troublesome organization has their eye on me now, they'll probably come for Tenn again. I didn't expect this, but the underground knows we're siblings." I said sighing. "I need to protect Tenn."

"....so more people are going to try and kill him.....augh I'll talk to the president about it." Anesagi groaned. "But what are we going to do about this?"

"Don't worry, the police are on my side haha." I smiled.

"Olivia are you really alright though you drank the poison too." Ryu asked hesitant to approach the girl.

"It's fine, I've been testing different poisons on myself since I was little much to our parents dismay. I'm immune to most by now, even puffer fish can't kill me now." I said chuckling. "But sorry you guys had to see that....I didn't expect an assassin to be sent here."

"I think I'm going to be sick.." Gaku muttered. He was more worried though, how could Olivia take a life like it was nothing. Something about the Olivia he just saw seemed very broken.

"Nee-san...the underworld...I didn't want to say anything because you'll just brush me off. But just what the hell happened to you when you were gone! It sure as hell doesn't sound like business. And what about Riku?!" Tenn exclaimed. "Will they go after Riku too?!"

"Calm down Tenn, I'll tell you everything later, and no Riku's identity hasn't been leaked anywhere that I know of. But...I'm not going to stand for it if anyone tries to hurt you Tenn..." I said darkly

"The police are coming now..make sure nothing is leaked from this." Anesagi said to me seriously.

Sighing I smiled softly looking at the boys. Gaku was horrified and Ryu just looked at me in pity. It made my heart hurt a little.
