Chapter twenty four

Rosa's POV

I arrive home after my shift with Ethan. We walk into the kitchen and I sit at the breakfast bar and Ethan makes us some coffee. Once he's finished he gets out a box. 'Ethan?'

'You're not planning on hurting yourself are you?'

'No. Of course not.' I tell him. He opens the box to reveal blades and multiple packets of paracetamol and medicinal drugs. 'Where'd you find that?'

'In the closet. What did Dr Daniels say?' 

'He said it's best to take them as I can have a manic episode at any time.' I explain. 'If I wasn't mentaly stable he would have put me on a higher dose. He hasn't.'

'You're conditions mean that you can break down and kill yourself!' Ethan shouts. My eyes fill with tears. 'I'm sorry.'

'Get out.' I say quietly. 

'Rosa?!' 

'We're over Ethan, I had just one rule. You wouldn't use my mental health against me. Trust me. You obviously can't do that.'

'Rosa, please.' Ethan pleads.

'Did you not hear what I said?' I say angrily. 'GET OUT!' I scream. He walks to the door and I follow him. I open the door and he walks out. I slam the door after him and slide my back down it and break down crying. 

Connor's POV

I go to visit Rosa but as I'm walking into her apartment building I see Dr Choi walk out. He looked upset yet angry at the same time. I think the worst and run up the stairs to Rosa's appartment. I bang on the door.

'Rosa!' There's no answer for about a minute. 'Rosa! Open the door!' I still don't get answer so I barge in. I run round the apartment. 'Rosa, where are you?' I finally look into the bathroom. 'Oh my...'
