Chapter 11

Lumine's POV:

I woke up to a sweet smell of.. I'm not even sure! But it made me hungry enough to sit up. Ajax was sleeping soundly next to me. I leaned down kissing him to wake him up."Mmm..." he shuffled before sitting up."Cute bed hair.." I giggled noticing his hair on the right said had fluffed up."Mm you look perfect in the morning too..."He joked before kissing me."Mmm..." I leaned into it. He leaned back into the bed. I was ontop of him. Our lips not parting. As we kept kissing. There was a knock at the door."Mmm?~" I answered tired."Come on! Ajax!!! Lumine! Christmas!!!" I heard Teucers cute voice and he was excited."We'll be out in a second!" Ajax called.We both sighed."Mmm.. too bad I wanted something sweet of yours this morning.." I sighed before leaning into him. His face flushed."How romantic.." he chuckled."Mmm hush the moment was romantic..." I sighed as I got out of bed.We both went to his bathroom fixing our hair and put on a little make up just to look nice for photos, and then we headed down. Zhongli and Aether were talking on and on about something with a few of the kids.Teucer came right to us jumping at me and picked him up."Merry Christmas!" I smiled and booped his cute little nose.He hugged me, "merry Christmas!" He smiled and I began to walk to the kitchen with him in my arms."Need any help?" I asked the two moms."No no! Teucer! Stop teasing your brother!" Tanya said."Hmm?" I looked up to see teucer being perfect and looked back to see Ajax with a smile but he looked a bit pissed off.I shrugged it off and left the kitchen."Lumine! Can we play in my room?" He asked."But don't you want to be down here with everyone?"I smiled."No! Just me and you!" He whined."Now now teucer..." Ajax pulled teucer from my arms."That's not fair to everyone else!" Ajax explained.Treucer sighed and went away. "Your mine.." he pulled me in and I giggled.———

It was fun watching the kids open presents. I had a few from my parents and of course I got my parents and brother one. Ajax was special. I told him I'd give it to him later when no one was around and I could swear I could feel a boner grow agaisnt me when I said that. The kids were excited. Playing with their toys and running around. We all ate breakfast together and laughed and talked. I'm so glad our families meet.It's like a huge happy family now...After all that though it was time for me to babysit, and it was easy and fun. By babysitting it was really me doing all the girls hair nicely and making sure all the kids were dressed nicely before I started playing a few board games with them so they wouldn't ruin their outfits."Alright kids! Times up! Lumine has to get ready now!" Tanya came to get the kids."Noooooo!" They all whined."We'll play more later okay?" I smiled.They all nodded and I left to change. Ajax isn't in here? Maybe he got ready already. I did my hair and my make up. Putting on the outfit that matched Aethers that we got yesterday. It looked really nice on me. I put on my black heels and went downstairs. Everyone was rushing around and I helped as much as I could and pretty soon a lot of people were arriving and being shown to a very large ball room, this has to be like a foot ball field.. rich people...I sighed and their was catering servers and security guards around and helping everything go smoothly, a big Christmas in the back middle of the room. Everything around decorated beautiful for Christmas. Still no Ajax? "Lumine!" Aether came up to me."Have you seen Zhongli?" He asked."No I cant find Ajax either.." I sighed.We both looked around the room. The party was now officially started. That's when a mic made a weird noise and everyone look to where the Christmas tree was. Zhongli and Ajax? What are they doing? We both made our way to the front."I'm Ajax! As many of you know! Thank you for coming to our party tonight! I have a special thing I want to say though. And so does Zhongli here.." Ajax looked nervous. "Aether and Lumine can you come here?" Zhongli smiled, we both walked up."What's going on?" We whispered to each other.It felt like I couldn't breath. My eyes widened. The moment paused when I watched the two get down on one knee.I covered my mouth. "Lumine... You are the light of my life. You do so much for me and I'm the happiest I've ever been with you... I'd be a lost mess with you. You complete me so perfectly. You understand me like no one else..." he smiled up at me. I covered my mouth in shook and trying not to cry."Aether... You helped me build a dream, and work hard to protect that dream for me. But in the end I found you are my dream.." Zhongli said to him, "Lumine...""Aether...""Will you marry me.." they said in unison.A beautiful diamond ring but not too big or flashy on a golden band in a black velvet box was in front of me. He knew me so well. I hated fancy and big jewelry."Yes! Of course!" I cried and covered my mouth. Ajax slipped the ring onto my finger and stood up and I pulled me into a kiss.Aether couldn't even speak. He's always been emotional and Zhongli embraced him as Aether shook his head yes. They had been dating for about three years. Ajax and I have been dating for 7 months but have known each other for about 5 years.Everyone was applauding and Zhongli and Ajax took us out side to get away from everyone.I admired the pretty ring on my finger."Like it?" He smiled at me."It's perfect..." I looked up at him."I love you.." he leaned in and our lips meet in a kiss. It was freezing outside. Snow all around, yet my body feels hot. Like a flame has been lit inside me."I love you too Ajax.." I leaned my body into him. "I was so scared. So scared you'd say no. So scared you'd say that we shouldn't. But I just, can't wait to marry you.." he smiled."I.. It's true I'm a little worried. About what's going to happen. B-But for once, it's worth the risk..." I blushed.He smiled down at me."I couldn't agree more... Now let's get you back inside." He said as he noticed my shivering."Please it's freezing out here.." I chuckled.Ajax and I re entered the party and people kept coming up to me congratulating me. There were so many people, family, friends, and more. I could tell a few girls were glaring at me. He's all mine now. The party was fun, I had champagne and a few snacks here and there. Ajax even danced with me. Of course I had saved a dance for aether. "Crazy night..." he chuckled."Not what I expected this Christmas.. Now we share an engagement anniversary too!" I chuckled."We share everything else already why not add more!" He giggled."I'm glad you found someone Lumine... I'm not going to lie I was worried for a while that you'd keep yourself to busy to let yourself be in love." He said."Y-Yeah.. I mean.. We've sorta had a thing for a while? Just since he is my boss I refused to let anything come of it, until the signora stuff began.. T-That's when I realized I truly did love him. He's childish and he's a mess. He's annoying sometimes and can be pushy and sometimes he really gets on my nerves, but I love him for all of it.." I chuckled."I'm so glad.." he smiled."And you finally get to marry your college boyfriend~" I winked."I-I was starting to worry he'd never ask.." aether chuckled nervously."I know how much he loves you, I'm glad he finally asked.."We both walked off the dancing floor to our now fiancés who were talking with each other. "Whatcha talking about?" Aether asked."Your matching outfits.." Ajax looked at me then him."I was telling him about how you two used to match a lot in college.." Zhongli smiled."Yeah and then she went into her "too busy to wear anything but shorts and hoodies" phase. And I couldn't get her to match me.." he sighed."That does not surprise me.." Ajax snickered."Zhongli was also telling me about when you guys meet in middle school!" Ajax said."Oh god..." I covered my face and chuckled."One time a guy in our place wouldn't stop pulling her hair when he sat behind her. Her hair wasn't too much longer then it is now but this one kid just I guess liked her a lot and would make the excuse that it was getting in his way... so in class she took her scissors out and cut her hair so it would be shorter and he'd stop distracting her!" Aether laughed.Ajax laughed and I blushed embarrassed as aether told stories of me being stubborn or sometimes stupid when I was younger. And pretty soon I was three champagne glasses in and I was holding onto Ajax to stand up straight as I giggled at everything."I think it's time I take her to bed.." Ajax said."I guess the champagne was too much for her.." aether giggled."No no! I'm fine! I'm having fun!" I giggled."It's late girlie..." he grabbed onto my waist and pulled me in. I felt his warm body and immediately I knew it was time to go. It was time for us to go back to his room so I could be alone with him. I nodded to him and I said goodnight to people as we left the party. He picked me up bridal style and carried me to his room. I wrapped my arms around him and giggled. When we got back to his room he locked the door. "Ajax~" I purred up at him."Mmm~" he nodded and brought me to the bed. I began stripping myself wanting to be as close to him as possible and he did as well. He finished undressing and I fumbled with my clothing. "Had a little too much champagne Hmm?~" he smirked and kissed softly as he finally had undressed me.And goodness was it a night to remember. He made love to me for hours. Slowly deep loving sex. It was warm and mushy. Both of us melting into each other..
