Chapter 18

I drive home. I get out of the car and run inside. I walk in the kitchen and see Jeffory cleaning."Wanna come to dinner tonight at Aphs?" I ask."Sure Abby too?" He asks"Of course!" "What time?" "About an hour.""Well let's get ready!"()()()We arrive at the dinner and I mean everyone was here."Lady Katelyn!" Laurence yells and smirks at me.I stick my tongue out at him.

Jeffory looks around nervously."You alright?" I ask"I just didn't imagine so many people being here." He says with his hand playing with something in his pocket.I didn't ask. I help Jeffory find his friends and I go and find Aphmau.

About an hour later into the night everyone seemed giddy and excited. Aphmau is fangirling? I'm confused

We eat dinner. It was great food. I'm pretty sure Laurence cooked. I look over at Jeffory and he looks kind of nervous. I hold his hand."You okay?" I ask looking at him."Yeah just tired." He's lying."Okay." I decide to stop poking at it.

We hung out for a bit."Yo Katelyn come outside with me!" Aph giggles."Fine" I walk out beside her.We chat about random thing and stuff. For about an hour.

Her phone buzzes and she smiles."Go inside." She smirks.I walk inside giving her a weird look. I walk in and everyone's gone.

I turn the corner into the living room and see everyone on their knees. With Jeffory in the front with a ring. "Katelyn, will you marry me?"My hands find my way to my mouths. And a few tears slip out of my eyes. I smile ear to ear.

"Yes!"
