Chapter 16

I wake up on the couch. Musta fallen asleep. i get up and check the time. 12:00. I only slept for an hour. i go upstairs and greet Jeffory whose playing on his phone in bed.

"Morning!" i say with a smile.

"Morning." he says

He gets up and i help him down the stairs. We sit on the couch.

"What do you wanna watch?" I ask

He smirks "once?"

I smile and throw once on. He wraps his arm around my shoulders. I feel my face get warm. We finish about 3 episodes of once. I kiss Jeffory on the cheek and go upstairs to check on Abby. I get up to her room and knock on her door. I open it and see her asleep. I pause her show. Wouldnt want her to miss any of that. I laugh to myself at my own joke and walk out.
