Arachnid
01:00, 1 September 2016A/n: This is the last short chapter until the battle or there might be one more. Probably not, I have been putting this off for a while and I just need to get over my damn laziness. So one with the chapter!
---???'s POV---
I sat next to Hawkmoth, staring out of the only source of light in the dark room. White butterflies floated around us and if one more of those insects landed on me, I was going to kill someone. The window's light reflected off their wings making them glow and eerie purple.
I sighed, bored out of my mind from the lack of action. We had been training for the past month and it was getting annoying. Spiders crawled along the floor, sensing my irritation and they slowly creeped toward me in an attempt of comfort. It was nice really, these were my friends. The ones I could trust. Everyone else was just a pawn, even that stupid fat.
"What are you still doing here? Get back to training. You are all going up against three trained miraculous holders. Not only did you just get your miraculous, but your also artificial. We need you on your A game." I nodded, not wanting to upset him by talking back. Sure I might be new at this, but I am ten times better than those miraculous idiots. They cant even hold a candle to me.
I stood up, my spiders following me as I slowly walked down the spiral staircase in the back. Enveloped in darkness, I made my way down the dimly lit hallway. For some reason this place always reminded me of a haunted asylum. Oh I know, maybe because there are iron doors with people's names on them. Though for some reason it was eerily silent, none of them ever talked or made any noise for that matter.
I raked my long fingernails across the doors to get their attention. My purple boots clacking against the sweat stained tile floor. The smell of antiseptic and fear laced the air.
"Rise and shine sleeping beauties it's time to train!" I said enthusiastically. The sarcasm evident in my voice. I hated training as much as the next guy, but it needed to be done. We had to get Adrien back, and those miraculouses. My black cape dragged behind me, as the spiders desperately tried to catch up.
"Oh and the next person to crush one of my spiders get turned into their dinner. Understand?" My voiced sounded like a heated blade cutting through melted butter.
"Yes Arachnid." Their monotonic voices echoed behind mine as I made my way down the almost never ending hallway towards the training room. I stopped at the entrance, my spiders had eventually crawled up my cape as to not get stepped on.
Men filed in after me, each lining up in two lines around the dimly lit room as I paced between the lines of men, giving orders on training. Stopping when I finished.
"Any questions?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
"No Arachnid." The robotic like men stated.
"Begin."
