Epilogue

"Happy Birthday to you~ Happy Birthday to you~  Happy Birthday dear Will, Happy Birthday to you~." 

Will covers his face in one hand in embarrassment as everyone finishes singing, Mike bringing over the cake towards the table as, El, Lucas, Max, Dustin, Jonathan and Joyce cheer.

Mike kisses the blushing brunette on the cheek before back away, allowing Will to blow out the candles.

"T-this makes me feel like a child.."  Will admits flustered as everyone roars with laughter, Winter disapproving with the sound dashes out of the room into their bedroom for less noise.

"Just blow out the candles babe, oh and make a wish too."  Mike says with a warm smile as Will smiles back, before looking at the moon shaped cake and blowing out the candles.

Everyone cheers again before Will stands up, wanting to help with preparing the food and stuff, Mike pushing back into his seat, smirking.

"Your birthday, no work." Mike says bluntly with a chuckle before helping Joyce pass the cake to everyone.

The celebrations of Will's 19th birthday were fun.  The cake was delicious, the Twister game making everyone have to learn how to be a contortionist, and overall just spending time with loved ones was Wills highlights.

It was now nearing to evening.  Once gifts were received and the party was simmering down, everyone was just chatting amongst themselves  Will and Mike sitting on the couch.  The ravenette wraps an arm around Will making the brunette lean closer to the older Male.

"Would you like to go out to the beach for a small stroll?" Mike whispers in Wills ear, the brunette's ear flinching from the sensitivity making them both chuckle.

"Uh yeah, but what about everyone else?"  Will asks as Mike smiles and grabs Wills hand.

"Its fine.  They will be fine, just, come on, they wont mind."  Mike says with certainty as they walkover to the front door.

"We will be back in a bit, just going for a small stroll."  Mike announces,  and everyone smiles and waves saying good bye.

Will found it odd that they didnt ask where they were going, but shrugs it off.

They grab their shoes and head out the door, and out of the apartment, the fresh smell of the lake in the air.

Mike grabs Wills hand and squeezes it softly, Will squeezing back with a small smile.

"Was there something you wanted to talk about?"  Will asks as they walk down to the beach, the sun just setting as the seagulls land in the water to catch some fish.

"Yeah.  There is."  Mike says with a smile as they continue walking down the beach.

Mike takes in a deep breath before exhaling and walking infront of Will, making the brunette stop in his tracks as the ravenette stares back at him.

Mike is now holding both of Wills hands with his.

"Will, you are amazing.  You are kind, confident, artistic, creative and brave..."  he says making Will wag his tail a little and blush at the compliments.

"You have inspired me to be so much better and to have so much empathy and love.  You have shown the world what you can do and you rocked it back there at my house and Hawkins."  He adds as he let's go of one of Wills hand, pulling out a black velvet, small box, and getting down on one knee. 

Will instantly let's go of Mike's hand, holding both of his to his mouth, his tail wagging faster as he feels himself wanting to cry.

"I want to be able to still enjoy my time being with you, to still gave that roll model, loved one and friend by my side because I love you so much.  Will Byers....Will you marry me?"  Mike finishes with the last question, tears streaming down Wills face as he tries to wipe them away, nodding frantically.

"Oh my god... oh my god Mike, Yes! Yes yes yes yes YES!"  Will repeats as he lunches Mike hugging the vampire tightly as he continues to cry a little, happy tears of course.

Mike hugs back happily, mike then pulls back a little, Will already having the same idea, they kiss, passionately and happily as Mike starts to lay on the sandy ground, Will on top of them as they continue to makeout.

When they finish, Will sits up, allowing Mike to slip the ring onto his ring finger.

Mike holds his left hand up to see the ring, a nice gold ring with jewels lined on the outside, simple but snazzy.

"Thank you... thank you.."  Will chokes out as they hug again.

They hear cheering as Will is surprised by the noises and looks up at their apartment balcony seeing everyone cheering and watching the two down below at the beach.

"Let's go up for some champagne."  Mike says with a chuckle as they sit up, Will helping the ravenette get as much sand off as he could and they walk up hand and hand back to the apartment.

"Would you be surprised if I said my wish was to be with you forever?"  Will says looking at the vampire.  Mike blushes and has a shocked expression on his face before chuckling, "seems like it was fate."  He replies with a shrug.

Will wakes up checking the time.

"Holy shit-  Mike get up were late!"  Will days frantically as he tries to quickly get out of bed, scrambling and ending up falling down on the floor, waking up the sleeping vampire.

"What."  Mike says sleepily before sitting up and seeing the werewolf frantically put on some clothes on.  Mike then checks his phone, sees the time and date, also swears before falling out of bed too.

"What do you think they'll think of us?  Late literally on the first day of meeting them, oh god."  Will mutter frantically as he walks out of the bedroom quickly, Winter at his heels wanting food.

As Will gets Winter some food and water and make a quick breakfast for his husband, Mike gets some clothes on and makes the bed.

"I can call them and tell them that we are late."  He acknowledges still a bit groggy as Will shoves a piece of toast into his mouth.

"Come on get your shoes on!"  Will says getting his own on  almost falling to the floor, Winter just watching Will and Mike hurringly get out of the door.

"Bye winter, see you in a bit."  Mike says before closing the door, and will locks it, both dashing out of the apartment as quickly as they could.

They get into the car and Will starts driving, he got his license a few months back and could finally not have to be dependent on Mike with it came to travelling outside of town.

"Could you put the GPS on?  Also please do call, it at least shows them we recognize our own mistakes."  The brunette says checking his watch before getting on the highway.

Mike chuckles as he puts the route on the little gizmo, kissed Wills cheek and calls the person they are late for.

"Hey, this is just Mike, Will Byers Husband?  Yeah, we are terribly sorry, lame excuse but we slept in, we will be there shortly.  Yeah great.  Awesome, see you then."  He finishes the call and smiles.

"They didnt care, the kids are just playing right now, so they forgot that we are gonna come and see them."  Mike says, Will chuckling.

The drive didnt seem that long after that once they got to the adoption centre.  They get out of the car and rush over to the building ope ing the door to a nice colorful lobby and the clerk smiling at them.

"Will and Mike Byers? Mike and Chloe are in the Rainbow C room."  She says as they thank her and walk over to the room, opening it to find, a lot of children, a few adults and caregivers and lots of toys and art.

One of the caregivers comes to them and smiles.  "Hey are you here to have a visitation with a child you've been paired with?"  She asks as Will nods.

"Yes, I'm Will and this is my husband Mike, we came to visit Chloe and Micheal."  He says softly as she nods her head.

"Right!  Well come this way, they are playing with the large blocks on the play mats over there."  She says pointing to the end of the room, where there is a large colorful mat on the floor and some large, fabric, blocks.

A little girl werewolf, with black hair and golden eyes is stacking blocks excitingly.  And a smaller boy with short brown hair and hazel eyes like Wills, beside her, watching her shyly as she plays.  The caregiver, Will and Mike walk up to them and both look up, Chloe instantly gasping as her eyes show excitement.

"Mikey!  It's our parents!"  She exclaims as she dashes over, her tiny tail wagging furiously as she hugs Wills leg.

The brunette sits down as Chloe then hugs his face, nuzzling hers into his head.

"Ms.Gina said you would be coming today!"  She says with excitement as she continues to hug Wills face.

Will chuckles as she sits down beside him, already claiming him as a dad.

Mike looks up at the older Mike, looking like he'd wet his pants if the ravenette moved at all.

The vampire smiles warmly as he sits down to get on Mike's level.  He outstretches his arms allowing the young boy to come to him at his own pace.

The brunette slowly makes his way towards Mike, but doesnt touch him.

"Hi.."  mike says trying to start a conversation to the smaller boy, who just stares at him cautiously, not responding.

"Did you know my name is Mike as well?"  The ravenette states as he watches the younger boy show some excitement.

"Really?"  He asks Mike as the vampire nods his head.  He pulls out his driver's license, the younger Mike crawling to the ravenette to see the print of his name.

"That's cool."  He states quietly as he sits closer to Mike's side and leans his head on the vampire, seeming to be more calm around the older vampire.

"So as you know, are little rascal with Will is Chloe and with Mike is well Mike!  Mike is a vampire, a pureblood, but he was raised in a household of parents that werent the greatest."  The caregiver says as Mike nods wrapping an arm around the boy slowly, not wanting to disrupt the trust he built with the boy.

"And chloe is half werewolf half human  which is why hear tail is a little more stubby than regular werewolf tails.  But she has the energy of a werewolf believe me."  The caregiver adds with a chuckle.

They play with chloe and Mike for a bit, Mike helping the brunette build a tower with some small wooden blocks, and Will playing hide and seek with Chloe.  Everyone having a good time.

By then end of there visitation they went into a small office with the clerk that was at the front desk.  "I have never seen two children from broken homes who have been so friendly to new parents, you guys have the gift already."  She says ad they chuckle.

"They are attached to you, and you can take them home when you like, but you can always decline if it can happen."  She says politely as they look at eachother in disbelief.

"Decline?"  They ask in unison as they look at the clerk.  "Why would we reject two adorable kids who deserve so much more than they were given."  Will states as Mike nods his head in agreement.

"Oh good when would you like to pick them up?"  She asks as they look at eachother with a knowing look.

"We will have our place and car ready for them tomorrow."  Mike states as she smiles writing in her notebook their schedule time to arrive.

A full year since Will has been out of the blood market and free.  A year since hes met Mike, and now has saved a bunch of werewolves, saved and reunited with his family, got a cat, got married, and now has two adorable children.

He couldn't believe how far he has come in a full year of chaotic and amazing times.

If he hadn't been purchased by Mike's dad, he wouldnt know where hed be now.  Either dead, or used poorly.

As Will makes the soup in the kitchen, Mike and Chloe chase Winter around the apartment.  They wanted to put her in a dress Chloe got for her birthday to see how a cat would look like in her clothes.  Mike was also curious as the two children tear around the place trying to catch the poor feline.

Winter dashes into the kitchen and crawls up Will scratching the werewolf's back as she perches herself on his shoulders.

Mike huffs in frustration as Chloe let's out an animalistic sad whine.

"Guys I dont think Winter likes to be chased, maybe set the dress on her cat tree and maybe she'll go into it."  He suggest thinking it wouldnt work but Chloe and Mike thought it was a good idea and head for the living room.

Will tilts his ear to the door hearing it unlock, Mike was home just in time.

The brunette turns off the stove as Winter leaps down from his shoulders, Will then goes to the door and greets Mike.

"Good afternoon babe."  Will greets as Mike takes off his scarf and hugs the younger male before pecking him on the lips.

The kiss is first soft, then gradually gets more passionate, Will tilting his ears back hearing the kids walk up from behind them.

He Pat's Mike's arm to get the ravenette off of him.

"Mike they're watching!"  He hisses quietly as the turns around to see Mike and Chloe staring at them.

"Why is daddy kissing dada?"  Mike asks as Mike licks up the brunette.

"Its because me and dada like eachother."  Mike says as the younger vampire hugs him tightly.

"Ooh, boys like boys?"  Chloe asks Will as Will nods his head.  "They can if they want."  He replies as Mike sets the brunete down, allowing Mike to go back and play as he walks back over to Will, pretending to hug the werewolf, but reaches down and gropes Wills behind.

"Mike!"  Will says sternly as Chloe watches.

"What is he doing?"  She asks with concern before glaring at Mike making the ravenett surpress a chuckle.

"Daddy just likes to play with me sometimes-"  he puts a hand over his mouth in shock after his sentence.

Mike smirking and raising an eyebrow.  They both chuckle as Chloe looks concerned at Will.

"Dada what's wrong?"  She asks as he Shane's his head.

"Nothing dont worry sweetie, go get your brother and wait at the table, supper is almost ready."  The brunette says as Mile give him a wolfish smirk, wanting to door more to the younger male already.

After they had supper and got the kids ready for bed, Mike and Chloe share a blow up mattress in the living room since they're small, Mike and Will head to their bedroom.

Once the door is closed Mike immediately kisses Will, pinning the boy to the door as he ravished him.

Will losses back as he let's out a little whine.

"Shhh.  Dont wake up the kids babe~."  Mike says teasingly as Will chuckles.

"They arent light sleepers."Will mumbles between their kisses, both boys wrapping their arms around each other.

Soon they stop to take a quick breath.

"I'm so lucky.."  Mike says holding Wills cheek with one hand, the brunette resting his head on it.  Content, happy and loved.

"That you're my wolf."
