Chapter 47

"Kevin Oppa!" Ji Woo exclaims once seeing the ZE:A member who looks at her, smiles and squats down so that she didn't need to look up. "It's my last day here right?"

"Yes. What's wrong?" Ji Yeop asks, a bit confused as to why she asked that question.

"Can I make some cookies for Oppas?" she asks shyly, fiddling with her fingers before looking everywhere other than the male and with that, she made the oldest member smile at her shyness.

"Definitely!" the chocolate brown haired boy replied and grabbed everything needed.

He made sure that Ji Woo was dressed warmly as it was half way through autumn and he didn't want the Bangtan boys to scold him for mistreating their kid. He wraps the scarf that Kwanghee had brought for her the previous day when they realized that she didn't have a scarf with her at that moment because neither Yoongi and Seokjin had expected the weather to get quite chilly all of the sudden.

"Let's go!" the member exclaims happily and yells into the silent dorm that he was going out with their princess.

The walk to the grocery store was silent but neither of them minded since they were absorbed in their own thoughts. Ji Woo thought about everything that had happened, she really didn't want to leave her Bangtan Appas. But she also didn't want to burden them. She knew that they were rising to fame and having Min Jun and her with them, may just hinder them since they have to spend time with the twins. She definitely didn't want that to happen as she recalled that Min Jun told her that her favourite Appa was scolded by Bang PDnim because he couldn't think of anything for his part.

She bumped into someone and snaps out of her thoughts. She immediately apologizes, bowing. "Oh its you," she heard a voice filled with disgust and she looked up to see that it was Anna.

The younger girl haven't seen Yoongi's ex-girlfriend in months. She was latching onto a man decked in branded clothing. She had a new flashy branded bag that just recently released that Ji Woo had identified from some of the advertisements she had seen before. "Unnie..." she greets, not showing discomfort for she remembered Su Bin's words about being nice to everyone even if they were mean to her.

Anna scoffs. "I'm not your Unnie. Spare me your filthy greeting for some other person who will eat out of your hands just because of your looks," the older woman says drily and the man next to her laughs.

"Excuse me, please don't talk to her like that," Ji Yeop cuts in, not happy with how Anna was acting towards Ji Woo.

Anna scans the male before scoffing once again. "ZE:A?" she accusingly asks Ji Woo who had her head down. "What happened to BTS? They finally realized that you are a brat who deserves nothing but trash? I'm pretty sure ZE:A just pities you. That's why they're taking care of you. They will be like your previous families, throwing you out on the streets after they are done. Bastard."

Ji Woo clenches her fists and bites down her tongue to not retort. "Cat got your tongue? Are you gonna start crying you little baby?" Anna mocks in a sickeningly sweet tone.

"At least I'm not a fucking slut like you," Ji Woo replies firmly.

She had heard of these words from her Appas but chose not to use it because she knew it was mean but Jungkook had told her only to use it when necessary.

Anna gasps and the man glares down at her disapprovingly with a deep frown on his face like how her 'Appa' would do often too many times when she did something wrong. But she wasn't afraid and scared anymore. She wasn't the Ji Woo Anna had met months ago. She was a different Ji Woo.

"What did you say, you little piece of shit?" she asks, cocking her head to the side.

"I said at least I'm not a fucking slut," the red-haired girl states calmly.

"Don't accuse people of being one," Anna says, flipping her hair. "Your precious Unnie is one."

"Don't say that of Su Bin Unnie!" Ji Woo exclaims, losing all her self-control.

"Why? Does it break your heart?" the ex snickers. "It's true! She offered sex services. Kim Su Bin offered sex services to men!"

"That was because she was forced to!" Ji Woo exclaims, tears forming.

"Yeah. But she must have enjoyed it to have continued for years," the older girl says, flipping her hair. "Your Unnie is a pathetic slut and whore who has her legs wide open for anyone. Who knows, one of the Bangtan member could be banging her! Maybe that's why you little brat is still living with them."

"Shut up! You don't know anything!" Ji Woo exclaims even louder.

Ji Yeop cradles her immediately as he notices the glances they were getting. "Let's go Ji Woo. People are looking," he whispers into her ear and she nods very slightly as she buries her face into the male's shirt.

"Ta-ta~" Anna said in a sing-song tone.

Ji Yeop cradles the small girl, hiding her face from the cameras as he makes his way into one of the celebrity-specialized coffee places to avoid anymore media.

He walks up the stairs to an empty second level and seats her down in a empty chair. "Are you okay?" he asks in English, patting her hair softly.

Ji Woo nods, not looking up. The male stares at her silently. "Ji Woo ah... Who was that girl?" he asks curiously.

"Sugar Appa's ex-girlfriend..." she replies, still not looking up. "She didn't like Min Junnie or I. She thinks that we're Sugar Appa's real kids and that Su Bin Unnie is our mother... She just doesn't believe that we're adopted."

Ji Yeop pats her head silently, in deep thought as he processed whatever the small girl just told him. "I never thought I would see her again..." she whispers. "I didn't know the world would be that small. Whoever I want to meet, can't be met but whoever I want to shun, I see them around even more."

"Life's is like this. But the way you handled it just now, your Appas would have been proud of you," the brown-haired male says, smiling to add the effect.

"Really?" she asks, surprised and he nods. "They wouldn't be mad at me for using words like that?"

"Maybe a little?" the ZE:A member says sheepishly and she giggles. "Well at least you're smiling now."

"Princess!" Hyungsik immediately exclaims once his eyes falls upon the duo. "I immediately came over once I saw the text! Oh my gosh, are you okay princess? That stupid beetch."

"Oppa, you mean bitch right?" she asks innocently and he shakes his head.

"It's beetch. Don't curse Ji Woo! You're too young," Hyungsik scolds and she shrugs. "Let Oppa treat you something nice to eat alright?"

"Aniya Oppa! It's Ji Woo's last day so let me make something for Oppas as gratitude!" she exclaims.

The two ZE:A members looks at each other before shrugging. "Okay then princess~" Hyungsik replies, smiling before sweeping the small girl into his arms to carry her.

"Let's go to the grocery! Ji Woo want to make something~" she says happily and Hyungsik immediately salutes before walking out of the cafe.
