Chapter 11

"Just leave her, I'll carry her to the car." I heard Cody say quietly to someone, I sensed movement around me. I didn't move or show that I was awake, I was too tired. I felt someone pick me up, I rested my head on their shoulder and fell back to sleep.

I woke up again on a plane, I opened my eyes slowly and looked around. "Morning, sleepy." Cody kissed my temple, I looked at him and then out the window. I realised I was on Cody's lap so I got up. "Just stay here." He pulled me back down.

"I don't have to be your favorite person right now but please stay here." He pleaded, I gave in and snuggled into his chest. "How long are you going to be mad at me for?" Cody asked. "As long as I need to be."

"Are you mad at Trey?" "It's not a competition." "But are you?" Trey walked past, I stared him out as he did so and then looked back at Cody. "Oh." He picked up the tension between me and Trey.

Cody smirked at me, I pushed him. "Shut up." "I win." He grinned. "If you say anything I'll never talk to you again." "I'm not going to say anything." He kissed my cheek, I laughed at him. "You're not forgiven though." I told him and looked out the window.

"I hate planes and airports!" I moaned as I got into the car. "You're getting back on one in a few days." My dad reminded. "You're still letting her go?" Trey asked. "Yes, Trey. We still like Cody." My mom said bluntly, I laughed.

"This is going to be a long few days." I moaned and looked out of the window. "Why?" Lilly asked me. "Because I don't want to leave my favorite little girl behind." I kissed her head, she giggled at me.

We pulled up onto the drive and I got out of the car. "Lauren, can you get the things out of the car with your dad and Trey." My mom asked me while I unlocked the door. "Sure, I'm just going to my room quickly." "No, do it now." She told me, I did as I was told.

I helped with all the bags and then went inside, I walked to my room and found a small box on my bed. There was a little note next to it, I read it out loud. "Will this make you forgive me?" It had Cody's signature on it and a kiss, I smiled to myself.

I gasped as I opened the box. Inside was a beautiful bracelete, it was absolutely amazing. I put the box down and tied the bracelete around my wrist. I smiled at it and took a picture, I sent it to Cody on imessage.

Me: You've been forgiven, it's so beautiful! xxx

I put my phone down and started to unpack my things. I walked into my closet (it's a walk-in closet) and put all my clothes and shoes away. Once I was finished I checked my phone again.

Cody: You like it then? xxx

Me: I love it, when did you buy it? xxx

Cody: That's a secret ;) xxx

Me: Have you unpacked yet?xxx

Cody: No, I haven't even started xxx

Me: Start! I want you to come round xxx

Cody: I'll be round after lunch xxx

Me: Okay xxx

I smiled to myself. "What are you smiling at?" My dad asked as he walked into my room. I sat down on my window seat and looked at him. "Cody." My dad smiled at me, I giggled and leant against the wall.

I put my feet up on the seat and leant my head against the window. My dad picked up my empty suitcase and went to walk out. "Hey dad, is it okay if Cody comes round after lunch?" I called after him. "The boy is welcome at any time."

I got bored so I decided to bring my laptop over to my window with me, I went onto twitter. I read through my many mentions, I had people asking if Cody and I were a couple and other ones too. There was a few hate comments but I ignored them, one from Jake caught my eye.

Attached to the tweet was a picture of Cody and I, he was kissing my stomach. I gasped as I remembered what happened yesterday. "Oh no." I said to myself, I read some more of the tweets in my mentions with pictures attached.

There was a few different pictures of us, one's our moms had posted on instagram, ones Alli had posted and ones the paps had taken. They had made up a name for us 'Cauren' I laughed at it, I put my laptop to the side and went downstairs.

"Mom?" "Yeah." "Cody's fans kind of know about us." I said and sat on the counter, my mom carried on cooking. "What was there reaction?" "The majority liked the idea but some were quite harsh." "They're just jealous they can't have the boy." She rubbed my leg to comfort me.

"I know, I just want them to like me." "You're never going to get them all to like you, that's life sweetie." "I guess so." I watched her as she stired what was on the stove. "What are you making?" "This is chilie for tonight." "Oh right."

I got off the counter and started to make a sandwich. "Why did dad take my suitcase? I need it again the day after tomorrow." "I don't know." My mom laughed slightly. I walked out of the room with my sandwich and bag of chips.

I sat on the couch and watched the tv with Trey and Lilly. They were watching Lilly's cartoons but I was bored so I stayed. "I'm sorry for yesterday." I looked at him and then away. "You had no right to hit him." I said after a while.

"Who did you hit?" Lilly asked and looked at Trey. "No one, sweetie." He kissed her head and she went back to watching the tv. "I was angry and he made a smart ass comment so without thinking I just did it." "That's not good enough." I said.

There was a knock at the door, I got up to answer it. I put my rubbish in the trash on my way to the door. "Hey!" I smiled at Cody as I opened the door. He didn't say anything he just kissed me, we both smiled into it.

"Have you seen twitter?" I asked as he came into the house. "Yeah, I'm sorry." He hugged me, I hugged him back. "It's fine, they were going to find out in the next few days anyway." We broke apart. "Cody!" My dad gave him a guy hug type thing.

"You alright?" "Yeah, have you unpacked yet?" "Nah, I don't see the point if I'm going away again." He told my dad. "Let's go upstairs!" I pulled Cody's hand to the stairs. We went to my bedroom, I sat on the window seat and Cody sat on my bed.

"You know, I've never been to your room for longer than like 10 minutes." "Seriously?" "Yeah. You didn't like me, remember?" "Oh yeah." I giggled, Cody laughed. He layed back on my bed and relaxed, I got up and layed next to him.

"Wanna go to the beach?" I asked. "Yeah, let's go." Cody got up, I did the same and we went back downstairs. "We're going to the beach!" I shouted as we walked towards the front door but no one answered. "Mom? Dad?!" I shouted, they didn't answer again.

"They went out." Trey's voice came from the kitchen, I walked to the doorway. "Where?" "I don't know." "Well, we're going to the beach." "We?" "Yeah, we." Cody stated as he stood behind me. There was awkward tension as they looked at each other.

"Okay, let's go!" I pushed Cody towards the front door. We walked outside and along the street towards the beach. I grabbed Cody's hand and started to skip, Cody laughed at me. "Skip with me!" I pulled his hand.

"Not a chance." He refused. "Come on!" "No way." He stood still, I pulled harder. "You're so boring." I folded my arms across my chest. Cody got down on his knees. "What are you doing?!" "Get on." I grinned at him and got onto his shoulders.

"Hold on!" I told him as he stood up, he grabbed my legs. I played with his hair as we walked and talked. "People are looking at us." I told him. "They're looking at how childish you look on my shoulders." "No, they're thinking 'wow how amazing is she?'" "They're so not." Cody laughed.

Cody pulled my legs apart so I fell down his back, he caught me again so he was giving me a piggy-back. "Hey! It's more fun up there." "It's also heavier." I covered his eyes with my hands.

"Lauren, I can't see!" I giggled. "I know." "If we walk into someone it's your fault." I giggled again and moved my hands. "You're trouble, you are." He put me down. "You know it." I interlocked our fingers and rested my head on his shoulder.

We arrived at the beach, I took off my shoes and carried them. "Want an ice-cream?" "Yes, please." "What flavour?" Cody asked as we got to the ice-cream van. "Chocolate, please." "Sure thing."

"I think we should go back, it's getting dark." "What's the time?" I asked. "10." "At night?!" "No, in the morning. Of course at night you dork!" Cody pushed me playfully, I laughed at him. "Let's go then." I got up and helt out my hand for Cody. He took it and we walked back hand in hand.

"What time do you call this?" My mom asked as we walked through the door. "Too late?" I asked. "Yes. Cody, your mom's called a few times because neither of you would answer your phones." "Oh yeah, sorry. It's on silent." "And mine's in my room."

"We gotta get you home." She said and grabbed her coat, she put on her shoes. "What? Right now?" Cody asked. "Yes, your mom's worried sick." "Can't we just call her?" I asked. "No, come on!" She walked out of the house.

"Want me to come?" I asked. "Nah, go and have a bath and go to bed. You have a long three months coming up, you'll need the sleep." He kissed my forehead, I moved my lips as close to his as I could.

Cody moved his head down and kissed my lips, I wrapped my arms around his neck. "Baby, I gotta go." He stepped backwards. "No, a few more minutes." I pulled him back and kissed him, he didn't kiss me back. "I'll see you tomorrow." He pecked my lips and walked out the door.

I watched the car pull off the drive and then closed the door. I walked into the living room and plopped onto the couch. "I'm going to bed." I said and walked back out of the room. I walked to my room and into my bathroom.

I ran a bath with loads of bubble bath and bath bombs and things. I put some music on in the room and grabbed a towel from my room. I got into the bath and completly relaxed.

After about a 45 minutes I got out of the bath and dried my body, I dried my hair and got changed into my pyjamas. I stopped my music and went into my bedroom, I put my phone on charge and got into bed.

I pulled the blankets over my body and snuggled into my pillows. I have loads of pillows on my bed because I like to cuddle them. I closed my eyes and sighed happily.
