Chapter 4

I woke up to the sound of Lilly crying. I quickly got out of bed, trying not to wake Alli. I went outside and saw Cody with Lilly in his arms, she was screaming and crying. "Lilly? What happened?!" I asked as I ran towards her.

Cody passed her to me, Lilly instantly wrapped her arms and legs around me and cried into my neck. I rubbed her back and tried to sooth her. "Cody?" I asked. "She was running, I told her to slow down because she was wet and when she turned to look at me she tripped and fell to the floor." Cody explained

"Oh baby." I held her tighter. "Are you bleeding?" I asked her. "No." She told me and then carried on crying. "What's all this noise?" Trey asked as he walked outside. "Lilly fell over." I said.

"Come here, baby!" Trey took her off me and managed to stop her from crying. "How did you do that?" I asked in shock. "Big brother's the man." Trey smiled smugly, I rolled my eyes at him. I realised I was still wearing my bikini and dress from yesterday.

I took off my dress and then ran and jumped into the ocean, I swam and messed around with Tom for a bit. "Cody, come in with us?" I asked him. "I'm comfy." "Please?!" "No." "I'll come and get you." "No, you won't."

"Guys, breakfast is ready." Angie called to us. I got out of the water and dried my body and then I sat down to eat.

"Hey, mom. Can we go to that thing we went past yesterday?" I asked. "What thing?" "The thing that Brad said looked like the Gold Coast Aqua Splash." "Sure." "Yes!" I cheered.

"I'm coming!" Cody shouted. "Anyone else coming?" I asked. "Why don't you two go together." My mom suggested, I gave her a weird look. "It's just that I like seeing you two getting on so I want you to spend time together." I shrugged and smiled at her. "Okay."

"Cody! This way." I laughed as he walked the wrong way. "I knew that." "No you didn't." I giggled, Cody playfully pushed me. I pushed him back and then ran down the beach. "You can pay." I smiled sweetly at him, he rolled his eyes and then payed.

We swam over to the floating play area and started to climb up the floating mountain. "I'll beat you up here." I told him. "Wanna bet?" "Okay, place your bet." I looked at him. "Simpson." I added as I narrowed my eyes.

"Movies tonight.. If I win, we watch scary ones. If I loose, you decide." Cody suggested, I held my hand out for us to shake on it and so we did. "3.. 2.. 1.. GO!" I shouted.

I was nearly at the top but then Cody pulled my leg and I fell down into the water. I resurfaced and looked up to see Cody at the top with a massive smirk on his face. "You cheater!" I shouted. "There were no rules!" He shouted back.

"That was so cool!" I exclaimed as I dried my body. "Tell me about it." Cody agreed. "Shall we go back now? It's starting to get dark, what's the time?" "Nah, let's go eat." "What's the time?" I repeated my question.

"Time you got a watch." Cody smirked at me and then started walking, I grabbed my clothes and followed him. "Wait, let me change!" "You've got clothes on." "No, I have a bikini on." "That's fine with me." Cody winked at me.

"You're disgusting!" I playfully pushed him, he laughed at me. Cody took my things off me and carried them for me while we went to look for somewhere to eat. "Hey, how about there?" I asked. "Seems nice." Cody agreed and then we walked in.

"I've never eaten so much in my life!" Cody confessed as we walked out of the restraunt. "That was so nice." "Amazing." "Where now?" I asked. "Home." "You're boring. Come on!" I grabbed his hand and ran off.

"Wow!" Cody and I gasped as we stood on a mountain top. There was sparkling lights and the ocean glowed with the moonlight shining on it. "I can't believe how beautiful this place is." I looked at Cody.  "It gets better every single day." He looked at me, I smiled at him.

"You know, we're in so much trouble when we go back." "Why?" I asked confused. "It's already half 10, we said we were going to be back by 7." "Oh well." I giggled and hugged him.

Cody laughed at me and then his face turned serious, he pulled my face closer to his and put his forehead on mine. I knew exactly what was about to happen. "Cody, I told you. I do-" Cody's lips pressed onto mine.

I followed his lead and kissed him back. It felt weird but amazing at the same time, like fireworks were going off inside of me. For some reason I tried to pull away but Cody didn't let me, he moved forward and kept kissing me.

"Oh my gosh!" I heard a familiar voice gasp. I moved away as quick as I could and turned to see Angie and my mom. I shot a look at Cody, he looked back at me. "Make an excuse for this one then." My mom said with a hand on her hip.

"I would but right now.. We gotta go!" I grabbed Cody's arm and ran past them, we ran to the beach that out huts were near and dropped our things. "Cody! It's freezing cold!" I complained. "Just go, they're coming!"

"What are we gonna do now?" I asked as I stopped swimming. "I didn't think that far." I laughed at him, and then looked at him. "Cody, why did you kiss me?" I asked seriously, he looked away and laughed and then looked back at me. "Why did you kiss me back?"

"Answer my question." "Answer mine." "I'm not playing games, Cody. Jus-" "Who said anything about playing games?" Cody asked as he pulled me towards him in the water. "Well then, why did you kiss me?" Cody paused for a second.

"I think it's safe for us to get out of here." He smiled and let go of me. I watched as he swam towards the beach, I rolled my eyes and followed him.

"Be quiet, Alli's probably asleep." I told Cody, he nodded. We quietly walked into the villa and I went into my room to have a shower and change. I dried my hair and put on my black pyjama shorts and white tank.

"Lauren?" Cody whispered, I turned around. "Yeah?" "Come into my room, I got movies." "But it's late." "I don't care, I won the bet." "By cheating." "Just come here." "No." "Fine." Cody came and picked me up, he put me over his shoulder and carried me into his room.

"Put me down! Get off of me!" "Okay." Cody threw me onto his bed, I watched as he went and locked his door. "Why are you locking it?" "Do you want Alli to come in?" "No" "Well then." I laughed at him and got under the blankets.

"I don't like scary movies." I confessed. "I won't sleep tonight." I added while I watched Cody put the first film in the tv. "I'll protect you." Cody said as he joined me under the blankets. I got out my phone but Cody took it off me and put it on the nightstand next to him.

"Wha- hey?!" "No phones." He told me without even looking at me. "You're mean." I pouted, Cody looked at me and laughed. He looked down and then pulled up my top, I gave him a confused look. "Nice bra." He smirked.

"Stop looking!" I pushed him. "Hey! I pulled your top up, not down." Cody defended. "You were looking." "Prove it." "How did you know my bra was showing?" Cody smirked at me and then looked back at the tv, I laughed at him.

"Why did you kiss me earlier?" I asked again, Cody looked at me. "Because you were cutley vulnerable." "Taking advantage, I see why I didn't like you now." "No." "What then?" "I.." He paused, looked away and sighed. "I've wanted to do that for a while."

I froze, is he being serious? "Seriously?" I asked, Cody turned and put his face closer to mine. I closed the gap and pressed my lips onto his. "Mhmm." Cody hummed against my lips, I smiled into the kiss.

"What does this mean?" Cody asked me. "It means I'm scared." I told him as I hid my face in his neck and put my legs over his lap. "Since when was I your chair?" Cody laughed. "Since you made me watch scary movies." He laughed again.

I got bored and started to kiss Cody's neck softly, I felt his body tense up. "Something up?" I smirked. "No, not at all." He replied. I laughed and carried on kissing his neck, I moved to his jawline and began to kiss him there.

"Okay, Lauren. Stop." He pushed me off him. "What? Why?" "Just stop." "Why though?" "Because I said so." "Fine." I got off the bed and started to walk to the door.

"Hey, that didn't mean leave." "It did to me." I smiled and shrugged before unlocking the door. Cody got up and put his hand on the door which stopped me from opening it. "What happened to no games?" He whispered in my ear.

It sent shivers down my spine, I ignored it. "You started it." I whispered back. He moved the hair off of my shoulder and genlty pressed his lips onto my neck. He kissed along my shoulder seductivly. "Come back to bed." He whispered in my ear before kissing it.

I took a deep breath in. "I'll see you tomorrow, Cody." I told him before leaving. I went to Trey's villa and quietly got into his bed, I put his arm around me and snuggled up to my sleeping brother.
