Chapter 31 (Final Chapter)

Chapter 31:

(RAIN'S POV)

>>>6 Months Later 

"RAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, LEADER-SAMA WANTS YOU IN THY OFFICE. BRINGSSS THYYY SENJUICE." Sora yelled while banging on my door with her fists. I sighed inwardly before walking over to Mizuki. He was currently sleeping, we've trained hard the night before so that he'll actually have a chance staying alive.

It's been six months since we've been in the Akatsukis, it's actually been pretty good. Mao and Sora seems to enjoy it here very much, you get quite use to it. I gently shake Mizuki awake, he yawned and groaned under his breath before sitting up and rubbing his eyes.

We've grown pretty close during the months, he also has been on some missions with Itachi, Kisame, and I. He's still weird around all the other members expect for us. Mao sometimes gets him to talk but otherwise he keeps to him self. 

Though, over the months his skills and abilities has grown and he has perfected Musical Medical Ninjutsu. It's truly wonderful how far he's come in a short amount of time. His speed and reflexes matches mine. He was the only one who's been able to defeat me in one to one battles so far. 

But I still kick his ass anyways. 

"We've been summoned by Leader-sama. Get dress fast, we must go." I informed him. He looked up and nodded before standing up, he bent down and placed a kiss on my forehead before grabbing clothes and going to the bathroom. 

Sora was standing in the doorway with her arms crossed, her eyebrows raised and her lips turn into a smirk. I raised my eyebrow at her before grabbing my gourd. Even though I don't use it, I still keep it with me incase something ever happens.

"Are you sure you guys aren't dating? I mean come on, he's so protective over you, the only time I really see him talk or anything is around you, he kisses your forehead and hugs you randomly! And you don't seem to mind one bit!" She exclaimed while throwing her hands around. 

I gave her a blank stare before she growled in frustration. "I do not have romantic feelings for Mizuki, neither does he have romantic feelings towards me. I don't mind when someone decides to hug me nor kiss me on the forehead considering it's their way to express themselves. Also, Mizuki isn't the only one I let hug me." I pointed out, Sora just smirked again before giggling. 

"Good, cause you're taken." She said in a sing-song voice before turning towards the hall. Both Mao and Sora believes that I still have romantic feelings towards Gaara. Time has past, feelings has changed. 

It's actually has been easier to talk about our past life at the Leaf and Sand. During these past months I finally built myself better, I've learned not to take things personally and that has really helped me. I've learn to not assume how Mao and Sora feels considering they told me a bunch of times that they're actually very happy here. 

We joke around about memories we have at the Leaf and Sand. I don't feel guilt anymore, also my tailed beast has turned into tailed friends again. They still don't talk to me though, but I understand. 

Mizuki walked in before throwing his sleeping clothes into the hamper. He grabbed his forehead protector before tying it around his forehead. We all kind of change in our appearance.. Okay maybe alot. 

Mao currently has pink hair, her eyes are still bright blue, and she has learned how to make her crystal lines appear and disappear. Whenever she isn't on a mission she likes to hide them, though when she goes on missions she makes them appear. And with the hair, Deidara dared her to dye her hair pink, in which she did. 

Sora is actually still the same, expect her hair is longer and now she's 13! She turned 13 on August 11th, since she was on a mission we weren't able to celebrate it on that day, so we wanted until she came back. That day no one went on a mission and we all just hung out. 

Mizuki decided to change his appears during the months also, he now has grey hair (Almost exactly like Kakashi's) he now wears grey trousers with black shirt, and yeah. Other than that we all grew a couple inches taller. 

If anyone saw us now, they wouldn't have realize it was us. My hair grew extremely long, my eyes grew brighter, and I've mastered my Sharingan. I still haven't been able to activate my Mangekyou Sharingan though I've began the early stages of learning how to see the Susanoo. That has nothing to do with my appearance, but yeah. 

Mizuki walked over and place his hand on my shoulder, I transported us both to Leader-sama's office where everyone was. 

Mizuki grinned lazily at Itachi and Kisame, Kisame gave his usual creepy sharky smile and Itachi just nodded. 

We both walked up in front of Leader-sama and bowed, at the corner of my eye I looked at Konan and nodded, she gave me a small smile before it disappeared. 

"Senju Mizuki, it's been six months since we stumbled upon you. Hopefully you've hone in your skills and is actually useful for something." Kisame called out from behind us. Everyone snickered, Mizuki tensed up beside me before a smirked formed his face. 

"It's been six months since I've been preparing to kick your ass." Mizuki shot back, I looked at Kisame and his face grew serious. He reached for his sword when Itachi shook his head, Kisame sighed before his hand fell limped to his side. 

"Itachi, you're so boring. Why won't you ever let me have any fun? I could teach the Senju a lesson or two." He said while shooting his sharky smirk at Mizuki. Mizuki just grinned back, those two are weird. No doubt in my mind, they argue like a married couple. 

"I'll appreciate it if you guys stopped flirting with each other, I've grown rather warily of you two. Bickering like a married couple." I said while standing up and turning fully towards Kisame. A couple of the members coughed to hide their laughs though some failed...Hidan, Mao, Sora, Tobi, and Deidara all failed. 

Itachi's mouth flickered into a amusing smile before it disappeared. Sasori just sighed and shook his head, Kakuzu wasn't paying any attention, Zestu had his creepy grin, Konan and Leader-sama just stared at us with a blank stare. 

"Oh how you never fail to shut people up, little Uchiha." Mizuki said while standing up, a small smirked was plastered on his face as he turned towards Kisame and gave him the finger, which Kisame was eager to reply back with. 

"Stop fooling around, this is a serious matter." Leader-sama's voice boomed around. Everyone quieted down before we all turned our attention to the orange spiked head with the purple weird eyes and weird piercings. (DON'T HATE ME, I LOVE PAIN/PEIN/NAGATO/YAHIKO! Though I enjoy making weird insults about him c:)

"As you all know, Mizuki was brought to us by fate. He tried to avenge his family by killing Hidan though he failed. He has been placed under the supervision of Rain. In which I suspect he had gone under training and has hone his skills so that he may be an asset to our organization." Leader-sama started, Konan walked up before continuing to speak. 

"We gave him six months to get himself together, we will all vote whether or not Mizuki has earned his stay with us. If he has, he will join the Akatsuki as a member, though if he hasn't he will be killed." Konan explained. Oh jolly. I peered up at Mizuki seeing a determined look on his face. 

"Konan." Leader-sama said. She nodded. That's one. 

"Zestu" He nodded, that's two. 

"Tobi." 

"YES LEADER-SAMA-KUN, TOBI WANTS MIZUKI TO STAY!" Tobi squealed, he ran up to Mizuki and tackled him into a hug, just as they were about to fall on top of me, I moved out of harms way. That's three

"Tobi! Get off!" Mizuki groaned while attempting to push Tobi off of him. 

"Deidara." 

"Hn. Whatever." Deidara replied while shrugging. Four.

"Sasori." 

"Mizuki has proven his worth. He will be an asset." Sasori said. Leader-sama nodded moving on to Hidan. Five. 

"Hidan." 

"That mother fucker deserves to die considering he almost killed me, though since I've already killed his family I guess he can live." Hidan said while grinning, Mizuki tensed, he managed to get Tobi off of him and now glaring at Hidan. Six. 

"Kakuzu."

"An extra person means more missions, more missions means more money." Seven.

"Mao."

"What kind of stupid question is that? OF COURSE I WANT MIZUKI TO STAY! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Mao yelled, that's eight. 

"Sora." 

"Dittoooooo." She said in a sing-song voice. Nine. 

"Kisame."

"Ah, that brat can stay." Ten. 

"Itachi."

Itachi just nodded, eleven. 

"Then it's settled. Senju Mizuki will now be a part of the Akatsukis." Leader-sama said. We all bowed and turned to leave. 

"Wait! We have new team arrangements." Konan called out. We all stopped and turned towards her. New team arrangements? I wonder what they're going to be. 

"Now since we have another member, we are able to continue with our two man squads. Sora and Mao, you both are now a team, Rain and Mizuki, you both are now a team also. That is all." Konan explained. Sora and Mao both grinned at each other, I turned towards Mizuki seeing him smiling slightly at me. I nodded back, even though I'll miss being on Itachi's and Kisame's team, I'm looking forward to this new squad. 

"You all are dismissed." Leader-sama said. We all bowed, expect for Hidan, and walked out. Everyone went their separate ways expect Mao, Sora, Itachi, Kisame, Mizuki and I.   

Kisame walked up and ruffled my hair. "It's been quite an good six months having you on the team. You're more fun than Itachi here." He said pointing his thumb at Itachi, Itachi just shook his head and walked up and poked my forehead.

"It's going to be odd not having you on the team, little sister." Itachi said, I stood on my tippy toes and poked his forehead....curse him for being so tall .-. But also I gave him a closed eye smile. 

"Looks like I'm stuck with Tobi #2" Sora said with a teasing smirk. Mao just stuck her tongue out before glomping Sora into a hug. 

"Oh hush! You know you wanted to die of excitement of having your own shoton on your team! Also known as your amazing beautiful, awesome, cool, kind, sexy, weird, beautiful, creepy, little sister!" Mao exclaimed as she squeezed the living day lights out of her. 

And yes, Mao is still exactly the same personality wise.... as you can see. But really Mao and Sora both have grown stronger over the months. Sora has been training with Itachi with her Mangekyou Sharingan, Mao has been training with Hidan and Kakuzu with her crystals. I've been training with the Senjuice.

"Take care of her will you?" Kisame said punching Mizuki on his shoulder. Mizuki rolled his eyes before a silly smirk took his face. 

"Of course, I already know if I don't the whole Akatsuki would track me down and kill me. I got it." Mizuki said while shooting me a grin. Kisame chuckled before nodding. 

"You got that right. Plus Itachi is her brother, he'll kill you himself." Kisame pointed out. Itachi just nodded before turning away. 

"We must go now, Kisame." Itachi said. 

"Why must you ruin all the fun? I was just getting started with the threats." Kisame said while sighing. Oh how Kisame enjoys threatening Mizuki. 

"We have a mission." Itachi said before walking away. Kisame sighed again before looking up and giving us all his creepy sharky grin. 

"I'll see you all later." He asid before following Itachi. We all watched till they both disappeared. I forgot they had a mission today, luckily it'll only take a day. It's weird not going on a mission with them. 

I turned towards my sisters and Mizuki. "Has Leader-sama appointed you guys any missions?" I asked. Normally we would only have one day where we didn't have missions and that was on Sunday. Leader-sama and Konan normally is extremely that day so they don't give us any missions. 

The missions I went on with Itachi and Kisame normally just consisted of spying and gathering info. Though I'm not sure what missions I'll go on with Mizuki. Hopefully none consist of capturing Jinchurikis.

"Not that I know of. How about you guys?" Sora asked. I shook my head. 

"GREAT! How about we chill and hang out today?" Mao asked. I turned towards Mizuki and he nodded. Mao squealed before pulling us all in the direction of her room 

"Where's Ookami by the way?" Sora asked. I shrugged. Normally Ookami would go around exploring and training by himself. We train together here and there but yeah. Whenever I need him or whenever he needs me we just mind link each other. Though we did manage to get sage mode down together. It's pretty damn awesome. 

"You should tell him to come! I haven't seen him in forever!" Mao yelled. I nodded. 

"Yo, Ookami. We have a day off. Mao and Sora wants you to hang with us." 

"On my way! And a day off? Who knew." Ookami replied. I chuckled in my mind. 

"Yeah, who knew." 

This was actually the first time in awhile that Sora, Mao, and I all had days off at the same time. So it was pretty cool. 

Ookami transported himself to me and Mao tackled him into a hug. "DOGGIE, I FREAKING MISS YOU. IT'S BEEN FOREVER!" Mao yelled in his ears. Ookami groaned under his breath attempting to push Mao away, but since he was on his back and his legs weren't long enough, he failed. It was a hilarious sight though.  

"I HEAR YOU RAIN UCHIHA!"Ookami growled under his breath. Mizuki, Sora, and Mao all started cracking up. I stifled a laugh and gave Ookami a blank stare. 

Everyone started laughing as we walked into Mao's room. Life was actually pretty good....Or was it?

Hey! Anyways judging by how this book is going, I'm going to make it two books c: And yes this is the last chapter for this book! I finally completed it cx 

Anyways I will start on the squeal as soon as possible! So be on the look out. I should finish the first chapter by today which is 8/25/2015 or tomorrow. Sooo yeah! 

The squeal is going to be titled "Welcome Back."
