Chapter 20:

It's been about two days since we left the leaf.. We traveled those two day so now we're resting.

"I'll start putting up the tents." Kosuke said. Sora and Kankuro went over to help.

"I'll start unpacking the stuff." Temari said. I nodded.

"I'll gather firewood." Mao said. She smiled and waved before disappearing into the forest. We don't even need firewood o.o

"I have watch..I guess." I said as I walked away. I found a tree and sat there. It's actually pretty hot.. Probably because we're getting closer to Suna. But there was a slight breeze here and there.

I smiled slightly.. Suna.. I'm finally coming back home.. I wonder if anyone would remember me.. Probably not. I need to change my clothes, I don't understand how Kitty-Chan and Gaara does it. They should go shirtless *wink wink*

I bursted out in laughter. Oh my yama, I'm a perv. Nothing new though :3

It was starting to get dark, the stars were coming out. I smiled, I always enjoyed looking at the stars.. I don't know.. It brings me comfort.

"Rai." Gaara said, I jumped a little.

"Holy crackers.. You scared me." I said. Gaara stood next to me leaning on the tree trunk.

"The tents are up, everyone is asleep." He informed me.

"Already?" I asked. He nodded. That was quick. We both sat.. and well stood in silence and looked at the stars. I studied Gaara at the corner of my eye. I tend to do that a lot.

I noticed he didn't have his gourd. Probably left it at the campsite.. Mine was resting against the tree trunk below.

He started to sit down when he motioned me over. I scooted over slowly.

"Lay down." He said while patting his legs. He was sitting cross-legged. I raised an eyebrow but he just stared at me. I sighed as I laid my head down on his legs. He had his hands propping him up from the back.

I looked up at Gaara, his eyes was closed and his head was slightly tilted up. His hair blew a little whenever a tiny breeze blew by. I smiled and looked back up at the stars.

It was something we always did together whenever we were together...We didn't need to talk or anything.

I adverted my attention back on Gaara. His eyes shined brightly...It looked like it was green! My hands shot up and grabbed Gaara's face, he looked down at me with wide eyes.

Hmmm.. It's his regular color now.. But.. In the moonlight it's green. I turned his head up.. AH HA!

"IT'S GREEN!" I yelled. I grinned. Why am I so amused by this?

Gaara looked down with amusement.

"In the moonlight your eyes are green, in the sun your eyes looks blue and whenever your not in the moonlight or sunlight it's sea-foam green." I said clearly proud of my observation.

"Your eyes are always blue." He said. I nodded..well tried too. He looked back up at the sky. I studied his face.. He seems so peaceful and calm. My eyes found his kanji.

It looked black when he looked down but dark red when the moonlight shined on it. Isn't Gaara full of colors. Next thing you know his hair is actually pink .-.

I burst out laughing. Gaara with pink hair?! Oh my yama. I would love to see that.

"What's so funny?" He asked.

"I was just imagining you with pink hair." I said in between laughs. He shook his head and looked back up at the sky. I poked his cheek. It's so poky.

It's just like...poke..poke..poke..poke..poke..poke.. Gaara looked down again his eyes shown with amusement.

I ignored him and traced his kanji, then my eyes finally met his. I grinned as I attacked him into a hug.

"YOU'RE JUST SO CUDDLY LIKE A WITTLE PWANDA." I yelled. I snuggled my head into his chest. He tensed up a bit before wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Kawaii-Chan." He mumbled.

"Panda-Kun." I mumbled back. My hands ran threw his hair. It was extremely soft. We basically stayed in this position the whole night, the sun was starting to come up.

"Rai" Gaara started. I groaned and sat up.

"I know, I know, we gotta go." I said. Gaara nodded. I stood up and jumped down from the tree, Gaara did the same. I stretched a bit before grabbing my gourds and attaching them on my hip.

"Let's go wake everyone up." He said. I nodded as we walked towards the campsite.

"EVERYONE GET YO ASSES UP WE GOTTA GO!" I yelled. I heard groaning but no one woke up. I looked at Gaara and he stared back. I sighed.

"AHHHHHH HELP!" I screamed. Everyone bust out of the tents and looked over for any danger.

"Oh look you guys woke up good!" I said while smiling.

"RAI YOU LITTLE PIECE OF POOPY!" Mao yelled. She threw a kunai at me and I caught it.

"Actually I'm your piece of poopy." I said. Mao mumbled under her breath and started to get ready. Everyone else was shooting glares at me. I just gave them a closed eye smile.

"We gotta go! We're almost there!" I said.

"Can't you just transport us there?" Kosuke said. I shrugged.

"Nah bruh" I said.

"For why though!" Sora said while rubbing her eyes.

"Because." I replied while shrugging again. Everyone sighs and started to pack up the tents.

There's times when that jutsu is needed, and there's times when it's not.

So we're now walking through the desert. I'm dying by the way.

"It's so freaking hot." Mao said while wiping sweat off her face. I nodded. The sand siblings were fine. Tch.

"FUCK THIS!" I yelled. I grabbed a kunai and ripped my pants making it into shorts.

I smiled. "That's better."

"Damn girl, your legs are on pointtttt." Kitty-Chan said.

"I know Kitty-Chan, I know." I said while smirking. Everyone started laughing expect for Gaara. Cause he's such a killjoy. I miss Shino ._.

"Raiiiiiiiii." Kosuke whined.

"What do you want Kosuke?" I asked.

"Can you please just transport us?" Sora asked. I shrugged, next thing you know we're at Suna's gates...Everyone was on the floor expect for Gaara and I.. Cause we're boss.

"Happy?" I asked. Everyone nodded. And yes that was a time when that jutsu was needed.

We all started walking towards Suna..

"Lord Gaara." One of the guards said while bowing. Gaara nodded as we walked by.

"QUEEN MAO!" Mao shouted. We all sweatdropped.. Expect Gaara. I don't even think he knows how to sweatdrop.

"We will go see the elders first." Gaara said.

"YEAH THEN YOU GUYS CAN COME TO OUR HOUSE AND START UNPACKING!" Temari yelled. Sora and her started talking about what they're gonna do after. Mao joined in. Kosuke and Kitty-Chan was talking about how much Suna changed since we were last here.

Gaara and I walked beside each other in silence. I notice he was getting a lot of stares from the villagers, yet he walked by like he didn't notice.. LIKE A BOSS BRUH O3O

I started humming as I swung my arms back and forth. Suna was amazing! It was just like I imagine. AND SAND WAS EVERYWHERE.. LIKE HOLY SHIT MAN.

"Hey Rai?" Kosuke said.

"Kosuke." Sora warned. Kosuke just smirked.

"Wanna build a sand castle?" He asked. I paused in mid stride, my eyes wide. I turned towards him and narrowed my eyes.

"You're a meanie." I said. Kosuke started laughing. I just huffed and started walking again.

"We're here." Kitty-Chan said pointing to the Kazekage's building. It must be pretty hard not having a Kazekage right now...

"Let's goo." Temari said. We walked into the building and went into the meeting room.

"Ahh looks like you guys made it." Baka Sensei said. We all just awkwardly stood there. Some of the sand councils were there too.

"Take a seat." Baka Sensei said motioning to the empty seats. We all nodded and walked over. Gaara sat down, I sat next to him, then it was Kitty-Chan, Temari, Sora, Kosuke, and then Mao.

"Thank you all for coming. This will help the bond between both Leaf and Sand." Council #1 said.

"No problem!" Mao said while smiling.

"You guys will become sand shinobis." Baka Sensei said. We nodded.

"We already know how advance you guys are.. So you will not be going to the training program... To complete your shinobi training you will help teach and train students of the training program." Baka Sensei informed us. WHOA HOLD UP O.O

"...Soo.. We're gonna be Senseis?" Sora asked. Baka Sensei nodded. Holyyyy shittt man.

"Does that mean we're ranked as jonin?" Kosuke asked. Baka Sensei nodded again.

"You will be teaching along side with the sand siblings. We already talked to Lady Hokage. You are all promoted to jonin." Baka Sensei informed us.

"... Well then. That's surprising." I said.

"Isn't Rai younger than the students?" Temari asked. Baka Sensei nodded.

"Yet she is far more skilled.. Far more skilled then half of the shinobi out there." Baka Sensei said. I smiled at him.

"Kosuke.. You will not be teaching with them.. However you will be helping here. It's been hectic without a Kazekage." Baka Sensei said. The sand siblings tensed up a bit. I slid my hands into Gaara's and Kitty-Chan's hand. I sent a reassuring smile at Temari. Gaara relaxed a bit and Kitty-Chan squeezed my hand and smiled.

"Understood." Kosuke said.

"Great.. You will all start tomorrow."

"Wait.. I'm confused. Are we sand shinobis or not?" Mao asked.

"You are." Baka Sensei said.. Okay... I'm confused.

"But you just said we had to complete our training." Sora said.

"I did didn't I?" Baka Sensei said. I burst out laughing.

"I think you need a good day of relaxing." I said. Baka Sensei sighed and rubbed his head.

"I think that also. You guys are sand shinobis. Congratulations." He said. Mao jumped up.

"ALRIGHT! THIS IS SO EXCITING!" She yelled. One of the sand members passed us our headbands. Mao untied her Leaf one and tied it around her neck, she tied her sand one around her neck too.

Kosuke just tied it around his sword, next to his leaf one. Sora tied her's around her waist. I tied mine around my right arm.

"You are all dismissed. You can figure out the living arrangements on your own." Baka Sensei said. The Sand Siblings and us Leaf siblings..and Kosuke all stood up and bowed.

Sooo basically we're trying to figure out who gets what room.

"Sora and Kosuke can get the biggest room. Mao you have the one next to them and Rai you can have the one next to Gaara's." Temari said. I nodded.

Kitty-Chan showed Sora and Kosuke where their room was. Temari went off with Mao, and Gaara and I was left here in the living room. The house was huge!

"I'll show you your room." Gaara said. I nodded and followed him. The one across from Sora and Kosuke was Temari's and the one across from Mao was Kitty-Chan's.

"This one is mine." He said pointing to the door at the end. Then he pointed to the door next to his.

"That one is yours." He said. I nodded and walked in to my room. I gasp, whoa this is beautiful.. It had one bed with fluffy sheets, a closet, a drawer, and giant windows that oversees almost all of Suna.. AND A BALCONY :3

"OHH A BALCONY!" I shouted. I looked over at Gaara and he had a small smile on his face.

"It connects to my balcony." He says. I smiled and nodded. I started to take out my scrolls that held all my stuff.

"You can stay in here if you want to." I said. Gaara nodded and sat on the bed. He took his gourd off and placed it on the floor.

"Release" I said as my clothes and everything else pops up from the scrolls. I threw my panda bear at Gaara and he caught it.

"Panda?" He asked. I looked up and grinned.

"No it's a donkey." I said, he playfully narrows his eyes at me. I just stuck my tongue out and went to put my clothes in the closet. I threw a kunai at the drawer next to my bed.

"Never know when you need extra protection!" I said. I then rolled the scrolls back up and put them with all my other scrolls. I didn't really have a lot of things, didn't see the need to.

"All done." I said as I plopped down on the bed next to Gaara. I laid down and start rolling around.

"This bed is so comfortableeeeeeee. ." I said. Gaara plopped down also and laid down next to me.

"If you already have control over Shukaku.. Then why aren't you able to go sleep?" Gaara asked as he turned towards me.

"Well.. Since all the tailed beast are inside me sometimes they may be able to use each other powers. Shukaku has the power to take over his host's body when they are asleep. Since not all of the nine tailed beast agrees with me then I'm afraid they might want to take over when I'm asleep. Directly towards the nine tails." I explained.

"Now why would I do that?" Kurama asked.

"Don't play innocent. I hear your thoughts." I shot back.

"YOU STUPID!" Son Goku said while laughing. Kurama growled.

"I don't understand why you would waste energy on that anyway." Matatabi said.

"Yeah. Rai can beat your ass." Shukaku said. Kurama started to get angry. Luckily I was able to shut out his emotions.. No matter how much I adore Shukaku and Matatabi I had to shut them out.

It's surprising cause not all of the tailed beast talk to me. It's more like they chime in here and there but not really.

"Oh. I understand." Gaara said.

(GAARA'S POV)

"Yep.. But it's all good!" Rai said while grinning. She closed her eyes and pulled the covers on top of us.

"Doesn't mean I won't be able to use this." She mumbled as she snuggled deeper into the bed. I studied her, she looked so calm and peaceful..She changed me in a good way. I don't think I'll ever be able to repay her back.

She showed me kindness.. She showed me love... She is the first person who I truly love. I was comfortable around her....I was able to come out of my circle and be..normal around her.

"Hey Gaara." She mumbled. Her eyes flutters open.

"Yes Rai?" I asked. She smiled at me..My stomach.. What is this weird feeling?

"I love you." She said. I couldn't contain it any longer. A smile was brought to my lips. Rai grinned.

"You're smiling." She said as she poked my cheek.

"I am." I said softly. She nodded.

"Kid you like her." Shukaku said.

"Of course I like her." I replied.

"No. I mean like you really love her...Like the romantic kind of way." Shukaku said. My eye's widen. Do I really love Rai in that kind of way?

"Yes you do. And you're lucky I approve of her. She's a good kid even though she doesn't let the other half of me out." He said.

"Rai?" I said. Rai opened her eyes again.

"Yes?" She asked.

"I love you too." I mumbled. Rai started grinning again and poked my nose.

"Panda-Kun." She said.

"Kawaii-Chan." I replied. She then pulled herself closer and kissed my forehead where my kanji was. My stomach felt weird..Like there was butterflies in it..

"Good." She replied as she settled herself back into the covers. I felt like I need to be closer to her.. to feel her touch.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer. She gasps a little but she rested her chin on top of my head.

(RAI'S POV)

Well then.. I wrapped my arms around his shoulders and started to play with his hair. When did Gaara become all cuddly and shit o.o

His grip on my waist became tighter as he snuggled his face into my neck. He sighed slightly.

"Gaara?" I questioned.

"Shh.. just...just hold me." He mumbled. I nodded slightly and pulled him closer... He was so adorable..and very comfortable.

We cuddled in comfortable silence. It was nice and relaxing. I was kind of use to Gaara being this way.. Yet I was slightly weirded out. I mean if you were in my position right now you'll be slightly weirded out also.. Just a tiny bit.

The door busted open.

"Rai you all do- HOLY FUCKING POOPING SHIT! YOU GUYS.... YOU GUYS ARE WHOA!" Mao yelled. I opened my eyes to see Mao there with her mouth agape.

"WAIT WHAT?!" Sora and Temari yelled. I heard footsteps before seeing Temari and Sora in the doorway. They started squealing.

"What's all th- DUDE NO WAY! WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?!" Kosuke yelled.

"What do yo- GAARA AND RAI?! WAIT WHAT!?" Kitty-Chan yelled.

"You guys all settled." I asked. They just stared at us before nodding.

"You shouldn't really worry about the position we're in cause Gaara is sleeping." I informed them. He feel asleep right after he was like "hold me".

"HE'S WHAT?!" They all yelled. They all looked shock.

"He's sleeping so I would advise you all to shut up." I said.

"B-but?!" Temari questioned.

"Not entirely sure but he fell asleep like..10-15 minutes ago." I said.

"Isn't he not suppose to sleep cause you know?" Sora asked.

"Yeah..but it looks like he's alright. If Shukaku was going to take control he would've done it awhile ago." I said.

"Well.. To be honest I'm not entirely surprised." Kitty-Chan said while shrugging. Everyone else nodded in agreement.

Sora smirked. "Use protection!" She said.

"Already know!" I said. She started laughing. Of course I know! I always tell you guys .-.

"Good. Alright we're just gonna leave you two alone." Kosuke said while smirking. I heard feet shuffling and the door close.

Today's the day we're gonna meet up with our students...and Gaara is still sleeping..yes kids he slept through the whole day and night yesterday.

"Gaara." I said, we have to get ready and stuff. He shifted a bit before he shot up his turn towards me, eye's wide.

"You were sleeping, and no nothing happened." I said as I stretched.

"I slept?!" He asked. I nodded.

"You slept through the whole day and night. We have to get ready to meet our students." I said as I sat up. He looked shocked.

"But..how?" He asked. I shrugged.

"Not entirely sure." I said. He nodded as he got up.

"When will we be leaving?" He questioned.

"We actually gotta go right now. Everyone else is gathering the students and bringing them to the training grounds.. We can just meet them there." I informed him. He nodded again and ran a hand through his hair.

"I'll go get ready." He said as he walked out. I smiled and shook my head. I sighed.. let's get ready. I opened my windows to get fresh air. I can see the training grounds from here..Anywayssss

I took off my arm guards and set them on the table beside me. I quickly brushed out my hair and kept it down. I grabbed my gourds/pouch and attacked them to my hip. I'm readyyy.

"Gaara you ready?!" I yelled. Gaara walked into my room and nodded.

"Alrighty let's goo." I said. We both ran out the windows and jumped down onto a roof..We jumped from roof to roof before jumping down near the training grounds gate. We started walking.

"Man this is such a drag.." I mumbled.

"What is?" Gaara asked. I shrugged.

"Being a Sensei..I knew it was gonna happen but I didn't realize it was gonna be this soon." I said. Gaara nodded.

"Oh look who the cat dragged in." Kitty-Chan's voice ranged out. I waved him off.

"We got lost on the path of life." I said giving them a closed eye smile.

"LIES!" Sora and Mao yelled. I started laughing. Kosuke probably already went to whatever he was doing.

"You finally woke up!" Temari said. Gaara nodded.

I turned to see a bunch of kids looking at us.. o.o

"Urm.. Hey kids." I said giving them the peace sign.

"Are you one of the Senseis?" Someone asked. I sighed and nodded.

"But you're like 10!" Someone yells. I nodded.

"Actually I'm 11." I corrected.

"Why don't you guys introduce yourself before we start?" Temari asked. We all nodded.

"I'LL GO FIRST! My name is Mao Yamada.. I'm 12. I specialize in ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu..Also medical ninjutsu. I can also crystallize almost everything..Meaning I'm a Shoton.. A crystal user. I love ramen and Shino! I have a twin brother..Naruto. I come from the leaf but I love the sand too" She said with a smile. All the guys were blushing. Ohhh sorry boys but she's taken.

"Alrighty then! My name is Sora Yamada. I'm also 12. I specialize in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu..But I like ninjutsu more. I also specialize in medical ninjutsu.. I'm the oldest of the leaf siblings... I enjoy hanging out with my friends whenever I'm not busy.. My lover is Kosuke.. and yeah!" Sora said.

"The names Rai Yamada. I'm 11.. I also specialize in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. I'm alright at medical ninjutsu. I enjoy looking at clouds and stars. I can control sand and water... Weird right? Urm... My biggest fear in life is being short forever." I said. There was a moment of silence before laughter filled the air.

"I'm serious! I'm so tiny and short." I said.

"But it's adorable!" Someone yelled.

"Thanks darling. " I said while smirking.

"You're still growing, don't worry you won't be short forever." Kitty-Chan said while throwing an arm around my shoulder.

"Anyways! Since that's done..Let's get started." Temari said. We all nodded and became serious.

"Since they're six of us we will be pairing up. Sora you're with me, Mao you're with Kankuro, and Rai you're with Gaara." Temari said. I nodded and walked over to Gaara.

"Before you begin combat training, you must chose a weapon that suits you both physically and mentally." Temari said. A girl with short brown hair raised her hand.

"Yes?" Temari asked.

"I'm sorry but is it absolutely necessary that we all chose a weapon?" She asked.

"Uhhh why do you ask?" Kitty-Chan questioned.

"Because if we all chose a weapon there's a chance we'll end up hurting each other. Someone could get killed." She said. Ahh..

"Your weapon is like.." Gaara started. All the kids looked at him with fear.. Gaara eyes widen a bit before he shook his head. "Forget it..It's not important." He said. I frowned.

"This isn't a game you're playing.."Temari started.

"If you were to go into battle with that frame of mind you wouldn't survive." Kitty-Chan finished.

"Uh..uh.. I'm sorry." She said.

"Hey.. If you're gonna make Gaara mad by asking stupid question like that then you're on your own." Some boy said. I clench my fist together.

"Hey kid." I started. She looked up as to say me?

"Yes you.. " I said as I smiled at her. "No question is a stupid question. May I ask why you're so hesitated about choosing a weapon? I know it's not just because you all might hurt each other." I added. She hesitated for a bit.

"I don't very have a good history with sharp weapons.." She said. I nodded.

"I understand. A weapon isn't necessary a kunai or a sword. Your weapon can be the way you think. The way you strategize certain situations. Though a weapon is important in combat training. You should choose one and see how you work with it. You need to overcome that fear or it'll be your worst enemy in the future." I explained. Then I glared at the boy with a pink bandanna.

"And you brat. Shut up." He nodded.

"Thank you Rai Sensei! I understand now!" The girl said with a smile. I nodded and smile back.

"For combat training you'll be able to pick who you want to work with." Kitty-Chan said.

Temari looked over at Gaara.

"Gaara would you smile already, don't look so mean..Who would ever want to be in your group?" Temari said. I nodded.

"You should smile more offend around people Panda-Kun." I said and poked his cheek.

"I want to be on Rai's team but.. him.." Someone says. I frowned again..

"I know right! Rai's so cool." Another kid said. Everyone started walking towards Mao, Temari, Kitty-Chan, and Sora.

Gaara closed his eyes and I smirked at the last person standing there. It was the girl with the brown hair.

She walked up. "Will you please be my Senseis?" She asked.

"Are you sure you want that?" Gaara asked. She nodded.

"Please teach me!" She said. I smiled.

"We'll love too won't we Gaara Sensei?" I said as I threw an arm around him. Everyone became silent.

"Fine." He said. I grinned at her as she grinned back. All the students started to pick out their weapons. Temari, Mao, Sora, and Kitty-Chan went to go train somewhere else.

Gaara walked up to her side. "What's your name?" He asked.

"M-Matsuri" She replied. I nodded as I walked to her other side.

"Matsuri you must chose a weapon." Gaara said. Matsuri started to look over the weapons, she eyes landed on the sword..She looked at it with fear?

"What's the matter?" Gaara asked. She didn't answer but she grabbed a club. I sweatdropped.

"I want you to attack Gaara with that. Attack him like you want to kill him." I said.

"Y-Yes Sensei." She said as she struggled to pick it up, she went to strike Gaara when you lost balance and fell. I started laughing.

"Beware a demon with an iron club..Guess that doesn't apply to you." He said. I nodded.

"It sure looks that way." I said. Matsuri nodded.

"Then which weapon do you think is best for me?" She asked. I looked at the leftover weapons. Gaara picked up the rope javelin then turn towards me. I nodded.

He showed Matsuri. "This is called the rope javelin." He said. Matsuri started to inspect the weapon.

"I never heard of it." She said. He jumped up and landed in front of the practice logs.

He extended the rope and started swinging it around. "Tch, show off." I mumbled. Matsuri started giggling.

"The sharp blade at the end of the rope is not meant for offense." Gaara started.

"It's purpose is to keep enemies at a distance." I added.

"Which allows you to use the rope to incapacitated your enemy." He said as he threw the rope and blade at the log which result in him wrapping the log perfectly.

"You must practice until the rope becomes an extension of your body." I said as Gaara handed the rope javelin to Matsuri. She nodded as she rolled the rope back up.

"Cause you know what they say. Practice makes perfectttt." I said.

"What weapons do you use?" Matsuri asked. I shrugged.

"I normally just use kunais. I don't really have a special weapon like a rope javelin or sword. Never really had a chance to train with weapons." I said. Normally the only weapon I've ever trained with was a kunai. Kosuke would let me swing his sword around here and there but yeah.

"Anything could be use as a weapon." Gaara added. I nodded.

"It doesn't have to be a sword or a kunai. It could be a rock, it could be paper, it could be a book. A weapon isn't just a physical object though. Your knowledge about other things can serve as a weapon also." I said. Matsuri nodded.

"You can outsmart your enemy." She said. I smiled and nodded.

"Exactly. You need to be able to know how to counterattack an enemies move effectively." I said. She nodded.

"I understand." She said. She unrolled the rope and started swinging it around.

"The key is not to think to much. Clear your mind. The only thing you should be thinking about is the rope wrapping around that log. Just keep replaying that image and you'll do great." I explained. She nodded and released her grip on the rope, the blade at the end hit the log and swung back..landing just centimeters from my feet o.o

"Sorry Rai Sensei!" Matsuri exclaimed. I just waved her off.

"Keep trying." Gaara said. Matsuri nodded and rolled the rope back up. She kept on trying, but it did the same exact thing.

"Your mind is somewhere else." I said. Matsuri shook her head.

"Sorry. It's just.." Matsuri started but trailed off. Gaara reached down and picked up the blade handing it to Matsuri.

"What's wrong?" He asked. She hesitated before answering.

"When I was little I stood helplessly as my parents got attacked by so many weapons. It's just so hard now" She confessed. That's why she was so hesitant.

"Tell me your reason of wielding a weapon." I said. Matsuri looked at me with a confused expression.

"I remember...I'll never forget his face when he said those words." Gaara said. I raised an eyebrow. Naruto? A smile was brought to my lips, that kid really helped change Gaara.

I sensed four chakra forms around us.. It isn't no one I know.. I can normally tell who it is because I'm used to their chakra..But now.. Hm..

"We have to go." Gaara said. I nodded.. We had this meeting or something. I looked around to see if I can pin point the exact location..Ugh no good.

"Matsuri. Keep practicing." Gaara said as he turned to walk away.. Dammit.

"Rai Sensei I'll be fine, I'll just wait here and practice until you're done." She said. I hesitated a bit before nodding..I could keep a clone here..

"No clones either." She warned. I threw my hands up.

"Okay okay.."I said while laughing. She started laughing also.

"Have faith in your student." She said. I nodded and walked beside Gaara.

"You sensed that too?" He asked. I nodded.

"I could sense four chakra forms around us.. I can't pin point their location yet nor can I identify who it is.. No one we know though." I informed him. He nodded.

"She'll be fine." He said. Hopefully. We walked in silence before seeing Temari and Kitty-Chan.

Temari jumped up from the side of the injured Sand shinobi. I rushed to his side and started healing him.

"It's a good thing you guys showed up. We were just coming to get you both." Kitty-Chan said. The shinobi's injures weren't that major.

"One of the ninja potrols were attacked by somebody." Temari said while shaking her head.

"They had strange weapons, and they refereed to themselves as the four celestials.. They said to tell Gaara ...Tell him that we know he's the ultimate weapon and that we issue you a challenge..If you don't accept the challenge then the're going to take someone close to you. They'll keep taking one person a day until everyone who you care about is gone." The shinobi said..... MATSURI!

"MATSURI!" I yelled as I jumped up, I transported us all expect the shinobi..(Don't worry he was healed.) to the training grounds.

Matsuri's rope javelin was on the floor.. Dammit.. I sensed those four chakras here...

"It was the chakra I sensed earlier.. They took her. I didn't trust leaving her alone so I attached some of my sand to her ankle. I can track her easily now. " I informed them. They nodded.

"Good idea. Mao and Sora should be here soon, they just wanted to help the kids a little." Temari said. I nodded, right on time they ran in.

"Hey what's up guys?" Sora asked. I shook my head.

"Someone took Matsuri.. They want Gaara." I said.

"Wait what the hell?!" Mao exclaim.

"Which way did they go?" Sora asked. I pointed in the direction the tracker is.

"I attached a sand tracker to Matsuri's ankle." I informed them. They all nodded.

"No matter how much I know we could catch up and take them all down easily.. We have to go inform the jonin council." Sora said. I cursed under my breath.

"Can half of us go and the other go to the council?" I asked. Temari shook her head.

"You know how they are." She said. I groaned and transported us all to the council.

"They had identified themselves as the four celestials and they've headed towards the northeast to a small strip of land between the land of rivers and the land of fire. It's near the leaf village so I've asked them to help us. Temari, Kankuro, and Gaara you are to leave now." Baka Sensei said.

"This doesn't make sense though! They're after Gaara. If Gaara is coming we're basically walking right into a trap." Kitty-Chan said.

"He's right, it makes more sense to send another unit." Temari said. Ugh what the hell.

"How about we all shut up and just go? The leaf will be assisting us. We're good. Plus Gaara can easily defend himself." I said.

"I agree with Rai. We should get moving as soon as possible." Gaara said.

"Rai, Sora, and Mao.. You will be staying here.. We need to talk to you. It's urgent." Baka Sensei said. I groaned again.

"My own student is in terrible danger right now. Can't this wait?" I asked.

"Rai!" Sora exclaimed.

"What?! Matsuri is my own student I can't just abandon her like that!" I augured. They can just tell me whatever they want after!

"Rai..I will get her back." Gaara said. I shook my head.

"I have a tracker on her.. The only person or thing that would be able to use that sand tracker in my summoning animal." I said. I started doing the hand signs for the summoning jutsu.

"Summoning jutsu!" I yelled as I slammed my palm to the floor.

"Yo Rai!" Ookami said as he raised a paw. I grinned.

"Ookami long time no see!" I said.

"Yeah! Haven't been summoning us eh? We feel loved." He said while shooting me a wolfy grin. I smiled.

"I need your help. I have a sand tracker on my student. About 20 minutes ago she was taken as hostage. Please guide Gaara, Temari, and Kitty-Chan to her. You're the only one beside me or can use that tracker." I explained. He nodded.

"Whoa you're a Sensei now?! You better tell me all the details later. But sure anything for you." He said. I nodded.

"You will leave now." I said. He nodded and started to follow the sand siblings out.

"Impressive.." Baka Sensei said. I nodded.

"Now what's so urgent?" I questioned. The council shared a look.. Oh no..

"That look.. This isn't good." Mao said as she sighed.

"Is Kosuke needed in this conversation?" Sora asked. Baka Sensei shook his head.

"No one is suppose to know expect us and Lady Hokage." Baka Sensei said. Dammit I don't like where this is going.

"Have you ever heard of the Akatsukis?" Baka Sensei said. I nodded.

"It's an organisation that's feared by many." Sora said. Baka Sensei nodded.

"They extract tailed beast from their host." Baka Sensei said. I gasped.

"Wait.. You mean they take the tailed beast out?! Doesn't that mean the host dies?" I asked. Baka Sensei frowned and nodded.

"We don't have very good intel about them.. But we know one thing. If they find out that you Rai, have all tailed beast. Then they'll come after you. If they get their hands on all tailed beast.. We're not sure what's going to happen but I assure you that it isn't good." Baka Sensei said.

"What does this have to do with all of us though?" Mao asked.

"You will be joining the Akatuskis..All three of you."

How unexpected that was.
