Jail Break- Part 2

Peridot checked over the cameras, pausing on her new informant's cell. She looked so sad...

Peridot twitched a bit and moved on. Why should she care about that informant? She's just a traitor anyways.

No she's not. Twitch. Yes she is!

She heard someone burst into the control room and immediately spun around.

Oh great. The Crystal Clods again.

She hesitantly grabbed a Gem destabilized and took a moment to shudder. She hated those things. She aimed it at Steven, hitting him with it as he ran at her. It wasn't working.

What's going on?!

The purple one came up from behind and tied her up in her whip. She growled as the white one walked over to the control panel. "Don't touch that! You clods don't know what you're doing!"

And of course, she touched it.

Meanwhile, Lapis' world was falling apart. Literally and figuratively. She curled up tighter in her small confined space, scared as she realized that the ship was crashing. She just wanted everything to work out... how had it come to this?

She screamed out "Peri!" desperately, hoping she'd hear and come to her rescue, even though she knew it was useless. The ship made it's impact, and Lapis was swept beneath the debris.
