Chapter 5 - Recess

"So, how is Bingo?" 

"Oh she's good, she's just started sewing classes!"

"That's coo-"

The bell rings.

Bluey and Y/n then skipped out of the class and headed to the sandpit.

The sandpit is where they could just talk, not a worry in the world.

Ignore everything that people say. 

Y/n says it's better then seeing the phycologist.

As they were heading to the sandpit Y/n spotted a beautiful rainbow lorikeet, rainbow lorikeets always puts a smile on Bluey and Y/n's faces.

It's just so majestic.

Eventually, Y/n and Bluey went back on track to the sandpit.

When they got to the sandpit the sat down opposite to each other. 

The feel of their toes in the sand, the calming sound of other children cheerfully playing.

It was the best way to get something out of your mouth.

"So, what's up?!" Y/n said with excitement.

"Well, I got a pretty big one." Bluey replied.

"Oh." Y/n's tone changed.

What could Bluey be worried about?  Y/n was there to help anyway.

"Ok," Bluey started.

"I don't think my pronouns suit me." 

"Oh." 

"What should I call you then?"

"That's the thing, I don't know." Bluey sighed.

"I don't even know if my parents will like me anymore." 

"What do you mean?! I like your parents more then I like my parents!... just don't tell them that." 

Bluey and Y/n giggled a little.

"Your parents are the most supportive parents in the world!" Y/n said with a smile.

"I guess your right." 

"But still! I don't know what to do!" Bluey started sobbing.

Y/n quickly noticed the tears and sat close to Bluey and put their arm around Blueys shoulder.

Blueys tear quickly started to disappear, the touch of her bestest friend in the whole world was enough to stop a whole flood.

"Are you ok?" Y/n said.

"I'm ok." Bluey said with a little bit so tears still around her cheeks.

"I think, you should talk to your parents about this when you get home. And remember what Lottie said, you are the only person who has the right to change your pronouns." 

Bluey looked at Y/n.

Bluey smiled.

Bluey hugged Y/n.

"I love you." Bluey said sobbing tears of joy.
