THIS IS THE FINAL CHAPTER OF REWIND OMG. BUT THERE WILL BE AN EPILOGUE POSTED SOON AFTER!!

So, after Rewind is finished we are going to write a new story (non-fanfiction) called Sam. ! Go and check it out, it's on our profile or I think you can look it up in discover :-)) There's a trailer for it so tell us in the comments what you think!! Last First Kiss will either be written during or after Sam. since we wanted a break from fanfics :) New year, fresh start!

-Lexi's POV-

"You've got to be kidding me!" Niall groaned.

"How is Mc Donald's closed at 5 o'clock on a weekday?!" His girlfriend agreed in disbelief. 

"I wanted a big mac!" I joined in, pouting. 

"Danielle and Eleanor were going to come to celebrate Lexi's.. aliveness!" Liam added.

It must of looked strange to see eleven young adults standing in front of Mc D's (except Louis, who was sitting on the ground playing with pebbles) looking all sad.

"What type of burger do Buffalo's' eat?" Calum smirked. 

"This better be good" Harry muttered from beside me.

"buffa-burgers!" 

"Oh god, that was the worst one yet" Zayn shook his head.

Meanwhile, Ashton and I were laughing our butts off.

"So, I'm still hungry, what do we do?" Niall asked, his tummy growled, proving his point.

 Everyone was silent until Ashton started grinning like a mad man. Which I guess was true. Him being a mad man, i mean.

"Everyone brace yourselves, Ashton's having a light bulb moment" Michael warned us.

"We should go to the theme park, they have loads of food, plus there are rides!" He said gleefully, bouncing on his toes.

"WE ARE SO GOING THEY HAVE CANDY FLOSS, ASHTON YOU'RE A GENIUS" I shouted and hobbled over to Ashton before giving him a bone-crushing hug.

"Um, excuse me, no PDA thank you, and Lex, you have a boyfriend" Luke motioned towards Harry who was standing there with his eyebrows raised. 

"Oh. Yeah." I said and detached myself from Ashtons (strong) body. 

Harry tapped his cheek and I rolled my eyes, smiling, and walked over to him before gently kissing the spot he tapped.

"Sooo.. are we going or not?" Ashton asked hopefully.

"Well, I think that's a good-" 

"YES! LETS GO!" I shouted.

"Hey this is the place we came last time!" Maslinka gasped as we looked at the amusement park in all it's glory. There were little kids running around with their parents calling their names, couples holding hands and smiling at one another and the usual groups of teenagers laughing with each other. 

Danielle and Eleanor had now joined us and were catching up with their boyfriends, after tackling me in a hug saying how happy they were to see me awake.

"Where to first?" Louis questioned.

"CANDY FLOSS!" I yelled, earning a few disapproving looks from passer-byers. 

I tugged Harry towards a stall selling the delicious sweet and ordered a large stick of the light pink substance. aka, heaven. 

"Uh, do you want me to hold that for you?" Harry smirked.

"I'm fine" I assured him as I tried to hold the candy floss as well as use my crutches.

He rolled his eyes and his large hand tugged the stick out of my grip. 

"Hey!" I reached my hand up but he held the candy floss higher.

"Too short, oh well, more for me" He said before quickly stuffing a bit in his mouth. 

"No fair! I'm injured!" I pouted and tried to grab for it again, but failing.

"Umm.. you got a bit of something there.." I said trying to hold in my laugh.

"Here?" He asked as he wiped his hand over his left cheek.

"No" I smiled and reached my thumb out, wiping away the excess candy floss. 

His breathing hitched as I put my finger in my mouth, the candy floss melting on my tongue. 

"Come here" He mumbled and pulled me to him by the waist, his eyes flickering from mine to my lips.

He started leaning in and I copied, but at the last second I grabbed the stick of candy floss and pulled away, hopping away from Harry while laughing.

He stood there in shock before his usual smirk took over his features and he raised his eyebrow at me. 

"So, that's how you're gonna be?" 

"What do you think?" I winked and walked over to where the others were playing stall games.

Zayn was sitting on a bench so I quietly walked up behind him and took off my crutches, tapping him on his shoulder.

"Hey do you want a photo- oh hi Lexi, thought you were a fan, I had a few people coming up to me" He smiled and I plopped myself down beside him. 

"Harry hasn't" I shrugged.

"Probably wanted to give you two privacy" Zayn suggested wiggling his eyebrows.

"Right" I rolled my eyes.

A comfortable silence settled around us as we looked at the park. There were still a few people having fun on rides and walking around, chatting happily. 

I looked at Zayn and saw a frown on his face, his eyebrows scrunched together. 

"Hey are you alright?" I asked. 

"Uh yeah" He said.

"I'm not buying it Zayn" 

"I asked Tess out here. And now we aren't even together. I thought I loved her! Then she is caught with another guy?! I was sure she was the one, you know. It's just hard to believe that I can't call her mine anymore." He sighed and I saw the sadness and pain clear in his eyes.

I pulled him into a side hug, "If she did that while she was 'in love' with you, then is she really the one?" I questioned and left Zayn to his thoughts.

The candy floss was long forgotten, and when I remembered it, it had melted slightly due to the warm air. I stuffed some in my mouth and savoured the taste.

"Excuse me, are you Lexi Edwards?" A girl that looked around 14 asked me.

"Yeah, what's your name?" I smiled warmly at her. She had gorgeous auburn locks and bright green eyes that reminded me of Harry's.

"Lucy" She smiled. "Aren't you supposed to be in a coma?" She raised an eyebrow.

"No, I just woke up about two days ago!" I laughed.

"Oh! Well.. congratulations? I don't know what to say, I'm happy you're awake!" She beamed.

"Thanks I guess" I laughed. 

"So, how about meeting the boys?" I suggested and her eyes went wide.

"Are you serious?"

"Well I'm not joking.. so yeah!" 

"One moment please" She turned around before covering her hand over her mouth and screaming.

I laughed as she turned around again. 

"This is my dream come true, meeting you, then all the boys?!" 

"And the other girlfriends" I added and she looked like she would faint.

"And 5 seconds of summer" I smirked.

I stopped naming people and grabbed her arm before trying to drag her while using crutches to where everyone was currently sitting around a picnic table. 

"Guys, this is Lucy!" I smiled and everyone looked up at her and smiled or waved. 

"Hiii" Everyone chorused and we both laughed. I noticed Lucy had hidden her fangirling side and acted like she had known us forever. She was pretty mature for a young girl.

"Lexi, you've found my twin!" Harry smiled, dimples popping out on each side. 

"Too bad I'm only 15 and you're nearly twenty" She joked and everyone chuckled. Well, I was close. 14, 15.. same thing.

"Oh well, close enough. Little sister then." 

"I'm all good with that" She laughed. 

"So Luce, want a photo with us?" Louis asked and she nodded, getting out an Iphone 5.

"Ohh fancy" Maslinka said.

"The perk of having a rich family" She shrugged, an emotion flashing past her eyes, but too fast to tell what.

Sensing every ones confused looks, she explained. "My parents own this place" She gestured to the theme park "Which means we're pretty well off, but at school I feel like that's the only reason people want to be friends with me. Apart from one girl, Cassandra, she's been my best friend forever, and why am I telling you my life story" She chuckled awkwardly.

"Teenage years are always the hardest" Louis sighed dramatically.

"Thanks" Lucy rolled her eyes.

"Well at least you have us!" I smiled.

"What?" 

"Well you could keep in touch with us right? You're a pretty cool girl and who cares about age difference" I waved my hand in the air for effect before fishing my phone out of my pocket. 

"You're giving me your phone number?" She asked with wide eyes and then it clicked. "Oh, yeah, well.. you can't tell anyone the number alright? But Cassandra and whoever you trust with your life I guess can know that you have my number" I shrugged.

"Wow, thanks" She laughed.

We exchanged numbers and planned to text a lot since I live in America. It's the least I could do for her after hearing about her life. Yeah, people have problems way worse but it's nice for her to have more friends.

She then asked a random person to take a photo of all of us together.

I walked over to Harry who pulled me into his side. 

"How did I get such an amazing and caring girlfriend?" He murmured into my ear. 

"I think it was the curls"

-Zayn's POV-

After much begging from Ashton, Calum and Niall, everyone had finally agreed to go on the roller coaster.  

Everyone was partnered up but I was left without company, so I sat on a bench outside the ride, not really in the mood anyway.

I watched as Harry helped Lexi into a cart, him following her. They were clearly in love. I watched as Niall and Maslinka shared a cart. Eleanor and Louis, Liam and Danielle. All of them had beautiful girlfriends that would definitely be staying a while. I thought that Tess and I would last as well. ... Then there was also Ashton and Michael then Calum and Luke. 

"Zayn?" A girls voice snapped me out of my thoughts and I looked over to my right to see Perrie sitting next to me. 

"Perrie?" 

"In the flesh" She smiled. "Long time, no see" 

"Yeah! How have you been?" 

"Oh pretty good! been recording with the girls here and there, what about you? Where's Tess?" 

"We didn't last" I simply replied. 

"Oh. I'm sorry." She frowned.

"It's ok" I shrugged. 

"So are you here with anyone?" I asked

"Well I was with this guy, but he ditched me, said he was going to buy some food but I saw him a bit later with 2 scantily clad girls walking out of the park" She shrugged. 

"a**hole, he doesn't deserve someone like you" I said. 

"Yeah, thanks" She laughed.

Suddenly she stood up and took a few steps before looking back at me. 

"You coming?" She smirked. 

I took a few seconds to admire her. Before, I hadn't really noticed how beautiful she actually was. Her dyed blonde hair fell in waves, resting on her shoulders. Her eye makeup made her grey-blue eyes pop out, and her smile seemed to lift my spirits, and I was shocked to find a smile on my own face. 

"Where?" 

"On the roller coaster of course" She replied.

I hopped off the chair and went over to the ride, paying for both of our fairs. 

"Ladies first" I winked and Perrie rolled her eyes, but a genuine smile was planted on her face. 

Calum and Luke started whooping and I gave them a playful glare which they chuckled at. 

 "I hope I don't vomit after this, chili cheese fries might be the new fashion on us" I joked and Perrie laughed. 

"Please lean the other way" She laughed as the carts started moving.

Suddenly our weight was shifted backwards as we started creeping up a slope. 

"This is always the worst part" I stated and Perrie nodded her head in agreement. 

"And this.." She said as we reached the top "is where the fun starts!" 

 -Lexi's POV-

"That was horrible, I feel like jelly" I said trying not to collapse in Harry's arms. 

"Well you're going to miss the fireworks then!"

"Ok, I can walk now" I let go of Harry's body and used my crutches for support instead. We walked behind all the others who were also heading towards the grassy square where we would watch the fireworks display.

After a while I was more than slightly aware of Harry's gaze on me and I turned my head to look at him. 

"What?" I smiled. 

"Did I ever tell you how beautiful you are?" 

I felt a blush creep up my neck and onto my cheeks. 

"Maybe" I mumbled. 

"Hey Perrie's here!" I distracted him and hopped away giggling. 

"Beat you there" He smirked and ran past me. 

"Hey! That's not fair!" 

"I won!" Harry laughed as I sat on a bench. 

I took my hands out of the crutches and rubbed the pain out of them before sending Harry a sad look. 

"Aww, but I love you, so you can win" He said and I giggled as he wrapped his arms around me and nuzzled his head into my neck. 

"And I love you too." 

It's true, I really did. 

I looked around at all of my close friends wondering how I got so lucky to have them all. 

Only a few months ago, I met the One Direction boys at their concert and found my childhood best friend again, Harry Styles. 

Our group has been through so much over the time we've known each other. 

I remember seeing Tess for the first time in years, and being jealous because I thought she liked Harry. I remember finding out that my dad was getting married again and I was going to have a half-sister and there was another child on the way.

I remember Harry and I's first kiss and developing feelings for him. 

I remember when we both visited Anne and Gemma in Cheshire. And when Niall and Maslinka started dating. I remember Tess leaving for Uni and Zayn was less cheerful. I remember having sleepovers with each other and playing truth or dare. I remember having the big Christmas with all the families together. 

I remember Harry asking me to be his girlfriend. 

I remember going back to New York for my dads wedding. And meeting Jaymee (the demon).

I remember going to the wedding and everyone being happy until Jaymee ruined it. 

I remember tears, shattering glass and darkness. 

But through thick and thin, we were still all here, together. 

"The fireworks are starting!" Maslinkas voice rang out and we looked up at the sky where millions of colours were exploding above us. 

Harry pulled me closer to him and I rested my head on his shoulder, enjoying the moment and smiling when Ashton called out 'OHH!' or 'AHH!'. 

"Lexi" Harrys deep voice whispered. 

"Hmm?" 

My eyes wandered to his which were burning into mine already. 

"You know I'll always be here for you, right?" He said softly. I nodded. 

"Oh and Lexi?" 

"Yes Harry?" I smiled. 

"I love you.. I don't think you know how much.." He whispered right before his lips met mine.

Wow it's finished. Basically. Pretty hard to believe.
