•Lexis POV•

It was now 5pm an I had an hour to get ready before I went to starbucks. Harry had decided to come with me for moral support and also dad would be very happy to see him after all these years!

I changed into a lace top with skinny jeans. I also put some black flats on and a gold braclet that said love on one side. I put some tiny gold love heart earings in and braided my hair into a plait behind my head. I applied a bit of makeup and headed downstairs.

"Perfect" Harry smiled

He was wearing a checkered top and some jeans with white shoes.

"Thanks" I smiled back and sat down on the couch to watch a bit of TV before we left.

"We gotta go Lexi!" Harry said pulling me off the couch and I quickly grabbed my purse before walking out the door and saying goodbye to the others.

"Goodluck!" Maslinka called as she shut the door

"I hope I wont be needing it" I murmured to myself as I hopped in the car.

It looked like it was going to rain soon and it was already getting dark.

We arrived at Starbucks just as the clock struck 6pm.

We hurried in and I searched around for my dad and found him wearing a bright blue top.

"Hi dad!" I called and he turned around to face us smiling as we walked over to him.

"Hello darling" He said as I hugged him.

"And who is this?" He asked nodding at Harry

"Dad its Harry Styles! He in the most famous boy band in the world also known as One Direction!" I smiled winking at Harry.

"Ah nice to meet you Harry" he said

"You to Steve!"

"Um this isnt the first time you two have met." I smirked

"What?" My dad asked confused

"Dad this is Harrrryyyy! My childhood bestie? Who i left behind in Cheshire when we moved to New York?" I smirked

"Oh my.. Harry my boy!" Dad smiled hugging Harry

"Haha nice to see you too Steve!" Harry laughed

"How did you guys find each other?" Dad asked

We explained the whole story and he was in awe at the end.

"Well haha isn't that magnificent!" He laughed.

"Anyway dad, what was your news? The whole reason you came here?!" I asked

Suddenly his smile disappeared and he almost looked guilty...

"What is it dad?" I asked worried

"Well after your mum died... I started seeing someone else.. That is one of the reasons We moved to New York, to be closer to her. I also got a new job because she told me about it. Her name is Gabriella."

"What? You moved on that fast?.. How could you!" I couldnt believe it! Harry put a reassuring hand on my thigh which made me calm down a bit.

"I couldn't take it, losing your mother. I needed something to take my mind off her otherwise im sure I would of killed myself, but I thought of you. So I started the internet dating thing and found her! She is a lovely woman and we are still dating to this day.

"And you think that it makes it ok to go date a random internet lady without even telling me?!"

"No.., I should have told you sooner. I deeply regret that. She has a 19 year old daughter called Jaymee who im sure you will get along with, very pretty and nice girl, and also another baby on the way..." He trailed off. Does this mean what I think it does?

"That belongs to who?" I almost snarled

"um.. well uh.."

"Spit it out!" Harry squeezed my thigh meaning for me to calm down.

"...me..."

"Of course! You go get this woman pregnant and I dont even know who the heck she is! Anything else to tell me?" I asked

"We are going to get married.. This month. For the babies benefit." A tear streamed down my face and I couldnt stop it. He obviously didn't love my mum the way I thought he did.

"We invite you guys and all your friends here and we were wondering if you wanted to be a bridesmaid with Jaymee?" He asked hope lacing his voice

"NO-" Harry cut me out mid sentence.

"Yes she would be delighted."

"What?!" I screamed

I couldn't take this anymore. I grabbed my purse and pushed past Harry. Then I ran out of the shop hearing my dad and Harry calling my name.

It was raining down hard and I searched for a taxi. I found one and waved at it. Just then Harry burst out of the shop and ran over to me grabbing my waist.

"Harry.. Let go I'm going home!" I said swatting away his hands and going towards the taxi that was waiting for me.

"No!" He said grabbing me again and turning me to face him.

"Harry-"

Before I could say anything else, his lips smashed onto mine and I melted into his arms as I felt a rush of warmth go throughout my body. The taxi slowly drove away as we kissed in the rain..
