Chapter 20 "The Phone Call"

Authors note: Hello I am so so so freaking sorry, I had to go to court for some family drama. My deepest and sincerest apologies its been like what almost two weeks. After sleeping until it was the afternoon Sebastian never left your side. He stayed with you until you woke up, and what was surprising was that Ciel hasn't complained or called for him at all this morning. Perhaps he was tired from last night. Sebastian held you close as you woke up, your eyes were slowly opening. He smiled seeing you were alright. You yawned and rubbed your eyes as you snuggled closer to his bare chest thinking it was a pillow. He chuckled as you did so and you blushed realizing what you were doing the minute you felt him move from his chuckle. You look up, slightly blushing and he looks down smiling.

Sebastian: Good afternoon~. Did you sleep well?

You: Y-yeah. *you bite your lip for stuttering and you sit up*

Sebastian: Adorable~

You remove the covers and you notice, you have multiple bandages and a night gown. You blush and hope that Mey Rin changed you and applied the bandages but you still had a thought that Sebastian did this.

You: Sebastian.... did you um... do you... *blushing* um...

Your thoughts: 'OH MY FUCKING GOKU JUST SAY IT!!! COME ON (Y/N)! SAY IT!!'

Sebastian: Did I what, (y/n)? *smirks*

You: Did you change me and put bandages on me while I was knocked out!?!?!! *blushing even more*

Sebastian: Perhaps~

You: .... Perve...

Sebastian: *chuckles* Brunch will be served in 15 minutes. *gets up* I shall leave you to dress. *smirks* Or shall I do that for you? *gets dressed*

You: *face is red* N-NO!

Sebastian: As you wish. *smirking and leaves the room*

You: *sigh* I can't be falling for an anime character... Right? No I'm just being stupid. *gets up* I mean if I am going to live here I might as well fall for him. But... he isn't real, am I really that desperate... NO! Stop! *removes bandages* This is technically real since its a new world... You know what, fuck logic! *gets dressed* I should go back and get all my clothes cuz this is not gonna cut it.

You grab your phone to listen to music while you wait. However you have so many missed calls from your dad, brother, Maggy, and many unknown numbers. Your eyes grew wide and you see a text from an amber alert. You nearly dropped the phone when you read that they were looking for you. You needed to call Maggy to tell her you're okay. So you call Maggy and it rings.

You: Come on... *ringing* pick up.... *she answers*

Maggy: (Y/N)!!! OH MY GOD ARE YOU OKAY! WHERE ARE YOU!?!?!

You: Yes I'm fine, first calm down. Look I don't know how to explain this exactly, but *sighs* look Maggy I...

Maggy: Where are you? I can call the police and we ca---

You cut her off.

You: NO! No. Look Maggy I don't want to reappear. Whoever took me did me a favor. I didn't want to continue living that hell.

Maggy: (y/n)... please tell me where you are *starts crying* I miss you so much. I can help you escape! I can come get you.

You: I can't let you do that. You have a family that cares for you, and I don't. You would be hurting them and---

She cuts me off.

Maggy: You have Erik, Jake, and me! We are your family! Please (y/n) come back. I don't know what kind of things they put in your head but---

You cut her off again.

You: It was my choice! I chose this! Maggy understand that I wasn't forced anything! I chose this on my own free will.

Maggy: But... But... (y/n) please... come back.

You: I'm sorry but from now on, this will be our last goodbye because I'm destroying this phone. Good bye Maggy.

Maggy: WAIT WAIT WAIT JAKE LIKES YOU!

You stop any sudden movement, you were speechless. So many thoughts came into your mind.

Your thoughts: 'He likes me... H-How... W-Why... But... I... I... Jake likes me!? After so many years!? I can't believe this! No! She's fucking with me!'

You felt tears rolling down your face.

You: You better not be fucking with me Maggy!

Maggy: I'm not! HE'S EVEN BEEN CRYING WHEN WE FOUND OUT YOU DISAPPEARED!

You: *your voice cracks a bit* He can't like me! HE CAN'T!

Maggy: You should be happy! HE LIKES YOU BACK!

You: This... This can't be happening... Maggy! Did you tell him I liked him! DID YOU!?!

Maggy: Please don't be mad. I'm sorry it slipped out.

You: Oh my Goku! This is bad. Dude I told you I like him as a brother now. Not like that anymore. At first yes but now he's just like a brother.

Maggy: I'm sorry, I thought--

You: THAT I WAS GONE FOREVER!!! Shit!... This is bad.

Maggy: Why is this bad!? You both like each other, so what's the problem.

You: I fell in love with someone else!! And I told you I had mixed feelings for Jake in the beginning and now I know I just like him as a brother.

Maggy: Oh my God! Who is it!? TELL ME!!

Your thoughts: 'WHAT DA FAQ DID I JUST SAY!?!?!? AM I REALLY IN LOVE WITH SEBASTIAN!?!? OH MY FUCKING GOKU!!!! CALM DOWN!!!'

You: I said too much... Goodbye forever Maggy... And tell Jake to move on because he will never see me again. No one will. *you hang up* Shit man!

Your phone rings and you ignore the call. You sighed and wiped your tears away. You were still a upset and little did you know was that someone was outside your window eavesdropping. He heard the conversation and flew away the minute you hung up.

You: No, this is my new life. I need to get rid of this phone. *you turn off your phone* I think I remember seeing a river nearby here.

You quickly run out the door and down the stairs. You go outside and you see Pluto and Finny. Finny sees you and waves at you smiling.

Finny: Hello Miss (y/n). *waving*

You: Hey! *smiling and waving back* I'm going to the river for a bit okay, I'll be right back!

Finny: Okay be careful! *grooms Pluto*

You run to the forest as fast as you can until you reach the river. You take your phone out and you hold it tightly.

You: I need to get rid of this. I can't..I can't... I have a new life! Come on! Throw the phone! *you find it hard to throw the phone* COME ON!!!

You try you best to throw it but you just can't. As you keep trying to do so, Sebastian was behind you. Of course you had no clue.

You: Quit being weak! Throw the phone! If you love Sebastian then throw the damn phone! And I'm talking to myself! Great! Okay... 1... 2.... 3! *you finally throw the phone* THERE! There! There... *sigh*

Sebastian: (y/n)....

You freeze and stop any movement.

Your thoughts: 'Ssshhhiiiitttt'

Sebastian: ... You love me? *he felt his heart racing*

You: I uh... *you turn around to face him* well you see.... I... uh..

Sebastian: *steps closer* You what?

You: I... I... Oh boy.... um.. I... Sebastian I---

Before you could repeat yourself or try to settle things Sebastian kissed you, right on the lips. Your eyes went wide, shocked that he would do this but they slowly began to close as you melted right into the kiss. Sebastian wrapped his arm around your waist, pulling you closer, and deepening the kiss. Sebastian pulled away from the kiss after a minute or two and allowed you to breathe. You were dumbstrucked, you couldn't believe what just happened, you were lost in words.

Sebastian: I love you to. *picks you up bridal style* Let's go serve you brunch, shall we? *smiles*

You: O-okay. *you nod and blush*

Sebastian chuckles and kisses you once more as he takes you back to the manor. Once you and Sebastian were back at the manor, Ciel was waiting for you in the dining room.

Ciel: Good afternoon (y/n).

You: Wazzup!

Ciel: I beg your pardon?

You: That's another way to say hello and what are you doing.

Ciel: I see, please sit down.

You: Alright. *you sit down*

Ciel: How are you feeling?

You: Fine.

Ciel: Good.

Sebastian serves you both brunch.

Sebastian: Today's brunch we have poached salmon with a spinach and zucchini salad, and for a refreshment we have Earl Grey tea.

You: Awesomeness!

Sebastian: I assume it's to your liking.

You: Yeah. *you begin to eat*

Ciel: Thank you Sebastian, you are dismissed. *begins to eat*

Sebastian bows and leaves the room as you and Ciel continue to eat. After a few minutes you both finish eating and Sebastian walks in with the mail as he picks up the dishes.

Ciel: A letter from the queen. *sighs* It better not be another ball. *opens it and begins to read it*

You: If it's another ball I'm out. *puts arms up in defense*

Sebastian leaves to wash the dishes and comes back once Ciel finished reading the letter.
