Chapter 17: New

Another week has went by and Kasarah and Minghao are now dating.

*Flashback to Yesterday*

Minghao: So I've been thinking and I finally know what I'm going to do. He said with a smile

Kasarah: Ummm, what do you mean? She looked confused

Minghao: I mean... Ever since I got here I've been feeling like you are the perfect person for me.

Kasarah: I-I don't know what to say...

Minghao: I know this was out of nowhere but, do you want to go out with me?

Kasarah: Minghao... I've only known you for a little bit of time.

Minghao: Can't we just try it out. If you still don't like me after two weeks we can stop.

Kasarah looks at him and smiles sweetly.

Kasarah: I guess I could give it a try.

Minghao: YAY! He yells as he jumps up and down

Kasarah has begun to feel warm and happy inside. She hasn't felt like this in a long time since she hasn't been talking to Hobi. She always felt happy with Hobi but she feels a different kind of happiness with Minghao.

She has never had a guy jump in excitement just because she agreed to be his temporary girlfriend. She does like Minghao but she doesn't know if she's over Hobi yet.

A/N P.O.V.

Y/n just got home from school and is sitting on the couch with her siblings. They all decided to have a meeting once a week with just them, to talk about there feelings. They all thought it was cringy at first but now they are going to try it out.

Y/n: Steph, Hobi and I talked about this before and we think you should share first.

Steph: Why me!? She looked at them confused

Hobi: Because... you don't really have a lot of problems.

Steph: How do you know that I don't have a lot of problems. I could have more than you! She furrows her eyebrows

Hobi: What problems could you have? Is Yoongi fucking you the wrong way!?

Y/n: Hey Hey Hey! Stop It! She looked at them with an angry face. What is wrong with you guys?! This was supposed to make us closer, not get us mad at each other!

She looked at Hobi then to Steph and sat back on the couch.

Y/n: Okay Steph now talk or you won't get the chance to later on.

Steph: Fine. I'll go first. She relaxes and also sits back on the couch.

Steph: My grades are dropping and I know it's because of Yoongi but I don't want to tell him anything.

Hobi and Y/n stayed quiet and looked at each other then back at Stephanie.

Hobi: Oh, well you could make time for your studies and for Yoongi.

Y/n: Yeah, what he said.

Steph: I guess i'll try it out. Who's next?

Y/n: I'll go.

Steph and Hobi fix there gaze on Y/n while she begins to speak.

Y/n: Jin used to say that I didn't focus enough on our relationship and I really want to, but I feel like I have to make sure everyone around me is happy, just so I could be happy too. She says while she plays with her fingers

Steph: I think you should stop putting other people first. Do what you want to do, not what people tell you to do.

Y/n: Thanks for the advice... she looked at them and smiled

Hobi: Okay, my turn. He sits up and puts his hands on his knees

Hobi: There are times where I'll be okay and have fun and make people smile but... I feel like after Kasarah, nothing is the same. It's like the sun isn't bright anymore. Things don't taste as good. I don't feel as good. He looks down

The girls stay quiet for a second then Steph clears her throat.

Steph: You should move on. She says hesitantly

Hobi quickly looked up at Steph

Hobi: Move on? He raises an eyebrow

Steph: I know that sounds bad but just hear me out. If you move on, maybe things will go back to the way they were.

Hobi: I don't think that will work.

Steph: Jus-

Hobi: Steph if it worked I would have probably tried it already... nobody is like her. She was the one for me.

Y/n: I don't mean to make you feel worse but, I think you should know that Kasarah and Minghao started dating yesterday. She looked down

Hobi: So... She moved on...

Steph: So you do too.

*Doorbell Rings*

They hugged Hoseok and made sure he was fine before going to open the front door for the arriving guests.

Y/n: Hey guys.

She smiles at Namjoon, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, and Taehyung

Namjoon: Hey girly. He returns the smile

They walk in and go straight to the living room. Jin stays behind with y/n and begins to talk to her

Jin: Hey can I have something to tell you. He says with a straight face

Y/n: Is it good or bad? She looks at him confused

Jin: It's not good or bad. He smiles

Y/n: Okay then let's go to my room

As they walk upstairs Steph looks at all he boys and realizes she doesn't see Yoongi

Steph: Hey guys, where's Yoongi Oppa?

Namjoon: Hyung said he had something to do, so we left without him.

Steph: Oh, okay.

She didn't know where he would have to go. He would have told her.

Meanwhile upstairs...

Jin walks in the room in front of y/n and she shuts the door after she walks in.

They sit on her bed.

Jin: So there is this one girl that I always see staring at my handsome face.

She covers her mouth trying not to let the laugh come out.

Jin stares at her with an annoyed face and continues to talk

Jin: I am handsome. Besides that, she somehow got my phone number and won't stop texting me.
