𝐴𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑎 𝑅𝑜𝑠𝑎

I haven't talked to the boys in like 3 weeks, I've been with Andrea and Jonathan, we are best friends, and I think Jonathan got over his crush on me, which I'm happy about cause now I don't have to worry much. Also prom is so soon and by so soon I mean in like a few days and I got asked to go with Trevor, he's cute and nice so I'm gonna give it a shot.

Today is going to be a good day I could feel it in my veins! I got ready really cute today, I wore this cute bra that was black and laced but like I could also wear it out so it's good, then a oversized gray zipped up sweater and over that a over sized washed out jean jacket. I put on some leggings and converse and did my make up and hair.

I unplugged my phone went down stairs to grab some breakfast and go to school.

"Buenos día princesa" my mom said kissing my cheek

"Buenos días mami" I smiled

"Tan feliz?" She said looking at me and wiggling her eyebrows

"Va ser un día maravilloso!" I smiled

"Y eso?" She asked me giving me a bowl of cereal

"Es viernes, y también Andrea y Jonathan mi enviaron a una festa!!! Bueno ni una festa, vamos a juntarnos con unos amigos del football americano, el equipo que Alejandro, el también va estar, y vamos a ver una película creo pero lo más seguro que voy a llegar tarde, te escribo" i told my mom in Spanish

"Mantente segura" she pointed at me,

"I know mami, ya voy a llegar tarde, byeeee" i said kissing her cheek and running out the door

As I was running to school I heard a car pull up. I looked at who it was and it was Sodapop, Darry, Steve, ponyboy, Johnny, and two-bit.

"Need a ride?" Darry offered, A ride wouldn't hurt right?

"Um sure"

"Hop on" Darry smiled, I opened the door and I sat next to Johnny and ponyboy.

"We haven't seen you in a while" Johnny sad sadly

"Well um, I don't know" I said looking down at my shoes

"You know after you left a few weeks ago, Dally hasn't come that often. Usually comes drunk or high, but not that often anymore and when he comes he mumbled things to himself and it just isn't normal" Ponyboy told me.

"Oh, that's interesting" I nodded,

The whole ride there was quiet and awkward it was weird.

"Thanks for the ride" i kissed Darry's cheek and got out of the car, then I realized that I kissed his cheek and Americans don't really do that, but I'm Latina so I do that all the time. I walked into class a bit late and my teacher of course noticed.

"Late again Rosa?"

"Sorry, kinda had trouble getting here" I awkwardly giggled and sat next to Andrea.

"Why you late?" She whispered

"Curtis brother saw me running to school so they offered to drive me here, and it was a bit awkward" I whispered back

"Oof" she smiled

"I know" I nodded

"Did you see dally yet?" She asked

"No and I don't want to, ponyboy said that he hasn't been acting like himself lately, drinking and getting high and doesn't go to their house as often"

"don't you think you should forgive him?" She asked

"Why would i?" I said crossing my arms

"He might look all tuff, heartless and hard headed but, don't you think that your words kinda hurt him?"

"I never really thought about that because I was too busy crying and being mad at him for manipulating me and using me as a toy" I said back

"You have to see if he is okay"

"I don't know, it's better if we are apart"

"Well you both aren't really going to be that apart tonight" she mumbled

"What?!" I said loudly, the whole class looked at me, and I smiled and waved

"Question Rosa?" The teacher asked me

"Oh no just so shocked with the math problem, I can't believe you got such a small solution with a Big problem" I nodded

"Nice save" Andrea whispered

"Well yeah it is shocking isn't it" mr, Ryan nodded and kept teaching

"Andrea What do you mean by I'm going to see dally tonight?" I asked irritated

"Well Jonathan and I and the football team kinda decided to go to bucks bar and have some drinks you know, have some fun" she whispered hoping I wouldn't yell

"Ugh!" I slammed my head on to the desk and everyone looked back at me again

"Another question rosa?" Mr, Ryan asked again

"No just shocked and annoyed with the math problem" I said with my head still on the desk.

"Okay" and he continued the lesson.

The day went by quickly and it was finally time for me to hangout with everyone.

We went to the football field and hung out with the football players and cheerleaders. It wasn't bad I didn't really care of our labels, we are all human and that's what matters.

"You are so pretty" cherry, bobs girlfriend said

"Thank you" I grinned "you are also beautiful" I said to her

"God you are so nice" she hugged me and I giggled

"Your brother's really cute" one of her friends said and then the whole cheer squad agreed

"My big brother cute? I mean he ain't bad but I don't see it, I see him as the boy who drools, burps, makes stupid and funny faces and hangs out with me" I laughed

"Aw he must be so cute when he sleeps" another girl said and they all nodded

"Alejandro!" I yelled out

"What?!" He yelled back

" Ven para acá" i said calling him over

"Que pasa?" He asked as he jogged over to me

"Las niñas están a lo máximo contigo" i laughed

"Qual esas chicas?" He said looking at them and winking at them

"Qual otras" i smacked his head

"De le que son bonitas, pero yo he visto mejor, pero DONT tell em that" he laughed and left back to his friends

"What he say?" They all crowded me

"He said you guys are really pretty" I laughed

"Oh my gosh!!!!" They squealed

"Did you see him wink at me" one girl said

"He winked at me not you" another one argued

"No he winked at me" another said, they all started arguing as I rolled my eyes and laughed

After about 3 hours or so we all started heading to the drive in and then to bucks.

The movie was really boring not going to lie, the only fun thing was that Jonathan spilled coke all over his shirt and then it became a some What food fight but I didn't get dirty.

We all got to bucks bar and it smelled like alcohol and cigarettes, it reminded me of dally but I tried getting him out of my mind.

Everyone was dancing, I mean I danced for a bit but then I got bored cause I wanted to dance to some other song, so I sat on the bar stool and there was this guy drinking and rambling to the bar tender, and I didn't have anything better so I listened.

"This girl man, she is messing with my mind, I can't fucking do anything, I hurt her, and I don't know what to do? She's on my mind all the fucking time, I try getting drunk and then hook up but I can't fucking do shit! She's messing with me and all I can think is her, her beautiful hazel green eyes, her rosy lips, her brown hair, her sweet fucking voice, but then she She gets feisty she's hot, not saying that she isn't cause she is, she's got this curvy ass body buck, and she just ain't like any slut in this fucking town" he said to buck I think cause he called him buck

"Sounds like Dallas Winston is falling in love with a broad" my jaw dropped, Who is he falling in love with?

"Hey you need a drink doll?" Buck asked me, I couldn't say anything I was thinking "you ordering anything or just gonna sit there looking hot" he chuckled, I gulped and just sat there "hey Dal she your type?" He said

Dally turned around and we both looked at each other

"Athena" he said looking at me

"Oh god" I mumbled and got up

"Wait, DONT go" he said grabbing my wrist, I looked at my wrist and then at him. I felt my heart speed up as I looked into his sad eyes.

I went on my tippy toes and hugged him tight, and he didn't hug me immediately but he did.

"Your face" I smiled and ran my fingers on his cheek that had little hairs meaning that he hasn't shaved his face yet.

"This ain't gonna make me sound tuff or any shit like me but I'm sorry, I didn't think, after that night when I saw how much I hurt you I realized how much the fuck you mean to me" he said

"Your still a dick for doing that" I said to him

"I know, I'm just used to doing that" he chuckled.

"I forgive you" I smiled and put my forehead on to his.

"You are driving me insane" he said under his breath

"You you both obviously know each other, dally care to explain?" Buck asked him

"Athena that's buck, buck that's Athena, from Florida" he said looking at him as we both sat on the stools

"Oh,"buck nodded

"You know you are driving him insane" he said

"Really?" I said "cluelessly"

"All he does is ramble on and on about you" he said cleaning some cups.

I looked at dally and he shook his head and looked down as he smiled, I never really have seen him smile, but man was it amazing to.

"Shut up buck" he chuckled

"He kept saying that he could bare seeing you cry, that it hurt his heart that was made out of stone" buck laughed

"Buck" dally said annoyed

"Is that so?" I said looking at dally, he shook his head and shrugged like a little kid would

I talked with him for a bit, and I liked it, it was great, but sadly the night had to end.

"I should get going," i said looking at my phone

"It ain't that late" dally said taking a sip of his beer

"Dally it's 2 am" I giggled

"Ah shit, it is late" he said shocked, I looked around the room and no one was in the bar.

"Goodness I'm tired" I yawned and dally got up to hug me goodbye, I was so tired I swear I could fall asleep at any moment

"Goodnight Athena" he said

"Good...night,,,,,,,Dawly" I mumbled as I hugged him and immediately fell asleep

"Gosh what am I going to do with you Babygirl" he said picking me up and walking up the stairs and into his room as he set me down on his bed and I felt his arms wrap around me.

The night wasn't as bad as I expected it to be.
