I finally finished my shift at the DX, I got mobbed with girls, I mean it was fun but sometimes I get tired of the same thing everyday.

As i was getting home, I saw the same girl I saw all week sitting on the window sill, but she always looked at the sky. This time she was crying, so I called out to her, I didn't think she would actually talk to me, but I didn't want to keep yelling so I told her to add me on Snapchat to text instead of yell and she responded.

We have been talking for a week about random things, we haven't actually met in person but I'm fine with it.

"Who you talking to Sodapop? I haven't seen you attached to your phone smiling like that" Darry asked me

"Someone" I said simply, and kept texting her

"Who is someone?" Ponyboy asked me

"A human" I laughed, as she sent me a cute and funny pic of her making a cute face.

"He's laughing Darry, Sodapop Only laughs at his phone  if it's the group chat, memes, or a funny video" pony Said

"You're right" Darry nodded, I shook my head and rolled my eyes as they talked about me

"Hey you want to get some apples from the store with me?" She texted, I started laughing

"Sodapop what's so funny?" Darry said annoyed and confused

"Apples? Sure" I texted back

"Ok bet, come out" she texted

"Okay I got to go get apples" I said laughing and looking in the mirror before I left

"He's checking himself out before he leaves and he is getting apples this isn't normal Darry"

"I know Ponyboy"

I walked out and saw her standing in front of her house waiting for me, she looked like a Greek goddess.

" so we are getting apples?" I said smiling

"And some spicy chips" she giggled

"You know I haven't seen you in person only you sending snaps, and texting me" I said as we walked together

"Well hello then" she smiled, she looked so pretty

"Hello" I laughed and kicked a rock "when you said you look like a 15 year old I didn't really think that but now that i see how tall you are I do believe it"

She looked at me with her mouth shaped like a circle

"I'm short I get it, but I'm just 5'5" she said defending herself

"No comment" I said, she laughed and pushed me playfully.

We talked about random things until we got to the market.

"How many apples?" I asked grabbing a bag

"5 red apples," she said looking at the red apples "1" she put one in the bag " 2,3,4, y 5" she said in Spanish

"That's talent right there" I said to her

"What counting in Spanish" she looked confused

"Yeah, all I know is uno dos tres, and hola and buenos no cheese" I said trying

"Noches, not no cheese" she laughed as we both walked to the chip section

"Well don't blame my americanizum"

"Amerianizum isn't a word" she giggled

"Well im not good a Spanish"

"No, you don't say" she said sarcastically, I rolled my eyes and chuckled

"Okay so I have a choice between extra or flaming" she said holding the 2 chip bags

"They are too spicy" I shook my head

"Ooo there is flaming turbos" she smiled and grabbed it

"I can already feel the spicy in my throat" I gulped

"It isn't that bad" she laughed

"It's so spicy"

"No it isn't" we both walked to the cash register

"Flaming turbos? Those are spicy" the cashier said

"Thank you for agreeing with me sir" I said

"I took a whiff of the bag and my nose already burned" he shook his head

"You are over exaggerating" she looked at us like if we were crazy

"That will be 8 dollars and 56 cents"

"Here you go" she smiled and gave him 9 "keep the change" she said and we both started walking back

"Let's eat" she said sitting on the side walk that was in front of our houses

"I'm not eating that" I said shaking my head

"Come on Sodapop try one" she ate one and covered her mouth "it isn't spicy" she said talking normally

"No" I shook my head again,

"come on Soda come on" she said waving it around my face

"I'm still not eating it" i chuckled

"Yes you are" she started getting closer to me, to put the chip in my mouth.

I got up and started running and laughing, she started running after me laughing as she held the chip in her hand.

She jumped on me and I fell on my front lawn. She shoved the chip in my mouth and she was laughing historicity,

"Oh god this is so spicy!" I said loudly and she was laughing "I need water!" I yelled

"Here" she giggled and gave me a water bottle, I drank it and I felt the burning even more in my mouth then before

"What the hell!! It's so spicy!"

"Drink milk" she laughed and fell on the floor laughing, I ran into my house and grabbed the gallon of milk and started chugging it

"What the hell soda?!" Darry yelled

"So spicy" I said trying to breath

"Who gave you spicy food?" Ponyboy asked me

"A human" I said wiping my mouth and going back outside

"Darry it's the same human as this morning" I heard Ponyboy say, I heard them walking towards me but I was already outside by the time they tried getting to me

"You got something right there" she said pointing to my wet shirt and giggling like a little girl

"I told you it was spicy" I said sitting next to her

"It literally isn't, like I'm almost done with the bag" she showed me the bag and there was crumbs left

"How did you?" I said shocked

"I said it wasn't spicy" she crumbed the bag and sucked on her thumb and index finger

"I had to waste a gallon of that" I said still a bit triggered

"Goodness," she said looking at me weirdly

"Well you should come over tomorrow on taco Tuesday, Darry makes tacos and adds salsa on it and it's so spicy"

"Well count me in," she smiled and then looked at her phone "my mom says I have to go back inside for dinner, bye it was nice  seeing a actually human of you" she smiled

"Same, and you are prettier in person" I said smiling  back

"Well thank you, but I should go in before my mom throws a shoe at me" she giggled and hugged me "see you tomorrow"

"See you tomorrow" I smiled and waved at her as she went into her house smiling.

I sighed and thought about her smile, I went inside and sat on the couch looking at the wall.

"What's with him?" Steve said snapping at my face

"Yeah he looks brain dead" two laughed

"It's the human, who was the human Sodapop who was it?" Ponyboy said getting in my face.

"What human?" Steve said confused

"That human is our neighbor" I said to them

"Who the guy that I always see cause we come at the same time?" Ponyboy asked me

"No" I shook my head And I felt my phone buzz, I opened it.

"Great now he's stuck to his phone" Darry sighed

"Ale tell my friend that turbos aren't spicy" she said in the video "turbos aren't spicy" he brother said "told ya, eat that! Can't wait for tomorrow byeeeee" she said in the video making me smile

"Who was that?!" They all said the same time

"Your freaking Hispanic I'm white af" I texted back

"I loved your reaction to the turbos" she said

"I know you kinda tackled me to the floor" I put a laughing emoji and then she put one.

"Okay I actually have to go now" she said, I turned my phone off and smiled at the ground and looked up and everyone

"We heard a girl and a guy" Steve said crossing his arms

"Darry, one of our neighbors are coming to eat tacos with us tomorrow," I told darry

"Who is this person!?" Ponyboy said freaking out

"Goodnight guys" I said going to my room. Once I got to my room I realized I left my phone In The living room

"Who's Athena? Heart heart" Steve asked

"A Greek goddess" I said grabbing my phone from his hands

"Wait as in New girl?" Ponyboy asked me

"Yeah" I nodded

"She's so pretty, how did you get her?" He said shocked

"I saw her crying and I don't like seeing girls cry so I gave her my snap and we started talking" I shrugged

"What the heck Sodapop she is hot she's hotter then cherry!!!" Ponyboy complained

"And she's 17" I laughed

"And?" He got up and crossed his arms

"Your 14" I laughed some more

"Okay you have to show me a picture of her, she sounds hot" Steve said

"Her insta is athena_rosa" Ponyboy said going on his phone then everyone did the same thing

"What the fuck?!" Steve yelled out

"She's hot " two said drooling

"And she is like really sweet too, like one day I bumped into her and she was like it's okay, and grinned and left." Ponyboy smiled

"Ponyboy I talk to her everyday" I laughed

"What the heck!!!!" He grumbled

"She's fine" dally said

"Dally don't think of taking my shot away from me" I said looking at him

"No promises" he said shaking his head a smirking

"And you know what makes her hotter?" Ponyboy asked Us

"What?" Steve asked

"She's from Cuba" Ponyboy nodded

"What the fuck, she's Latina!" Two yelled out

"Yeah" Ponyboy nodded

"Okay stop obsessing over her, good night" I got up and went to my room to sleep.

I hope I do get shot with her, she's everything. Even though I just met her.
