Chapter Nine

9•••
You didn't intend to skip breakfast, but still received the brunt of father's reprove. He couldn't accept that you had overslept and resorted to convincing himself that you were just trying to rebel for some pathetic reason. Had he realized he was the reason you were so downcast, too weary to wake up, he would have just greeted you a good morning and dismiss you from his office. But, you sat and endured a fifteen minute lecture about the additional burden he thinks he has to carry. That is, you being you.
When you were freed from the suffocation, you went down to the stables to catch up with Lisa. She had been spending an awful lot of time with Sehun that you hadn't had the chance to catch up after your fight.
"Hi, Rosie!" she exclaims, waving her long arms above her head as you walk down the hill. She ties Luca's reins to the rail and jogs over to you.
"Taking him out for a walk?" you ask, when she is close enough to hear you.
She wrings her arm around yours as you walk together. "I was, but he got a little too excited when the squirrels came out," she turns to you with a mischievous smirk, "just like I am to see my own little squirrel!" to your surprise, she drags you down with your locked arm and tackles you on the grass,
"Lis!" you scold, but can't contain the giggles that escape at her clinging affection. She holds your arms down and you two laugh at the messy hair. "I told you not to call me that."
"You must prefer chipmunk then"
"Why you little—"
"My little chipmunk Rosie!" she jumps off of you and bolts down the hill. You jolt up and run after her, riddled with laughter at the childish chase.
Lisa always has her ways of turning somber days upside down. She already did it just in the way she said hello. "First one to the white oak tree wins!" she yells, darting into the trail of the forrest.
The sudden drive to win boosts your speed and you're slamming your feet on the earth as hard as you can to catch up. The trees are blurred as you zoom in the forrest, your haste rustling the leaves and bushes. Lisa looks behind her and smirks at you, still keeping her momentum.
She's not far off and the competitive nature in you closes the gap at the sight of the tree just a few meters away.
You run faster. "Loser owes a favor!" you holler, overtaking her in your speed.
"What the—"
"Ha!" you slam your hand on the hard wooden oak and slow down on your feet.
"How did you—" Lisa stops beside you, bending over her hands and knees to catch her breath. "How did you do that?"
You lean against the enormous tree trunk, panting for air yourself. "When have I ever lost against you?" you tease, sliding down to sit on the fallen leaves of the white oak tree.
"Way to rub it in my face," she mutters, plopping down next you and resting her head on the wood.
As you fill your lungs, you admire the sun's rays lighting up the forrest. The soft hum of crickets fills the air with the melodic chirps of the birds. Ironically, this is peace and quiet. So serene and calm. It's hushing the noise of yesterday.
You had thought to bring up Sehun with Lisa before you came down, but the rush of glee from the chase and the enthusiasm radiating off of your best friend, you now decide not to ruin this. And the picturesque scenes in front of you make you think of Jennie. You hadn't reached this far into the trail with her and you wish she were here. You're thinking of Jennie and you think to apologize.
"Tomorrow's the big day." Lisa says, "You ready?" she turns to you.
You're not sure what to say to that. You thought you were, but after things were said yesterday, you've questioned how prepared you really are. You've been questioning a lot of things lately.
"I adore Princess Jennie and her riding, don't get me wrong," she intertwines your hand with hers, "but she's no match for you, Rosie. You can win this, I believe in you."
You sigh deeply, "You're the only one."
"That's the not true"
You give your head a big nod, "Yes it is. No one seems to think I can win this."
She shakes her head, "If you call my dad, my brother, Jisoo, and the rest of the South no one then it is no wonder you think that way." she squeezes your hand for certainty.
You do not protest, not willing to let this carefree moment go away just yet.
•••
As it was time to head for history class, you parted ways with your best friend back at the palace. You met with Jisoo at the library where you spent hours diving into the textbooks, but hours on end writing the introduction to your coronation speech.
It's already dark, and you've only written one line of salutations.
"I mean, I could copy Richard Kim and his opening remark." you read back on his speech. It is one of the memorable ones, but that would only mean copying him to be as controversial as it could get.
"You need to use this head of yours, Rosie." You flinch when your mentor taps your head with her pencil. "And if you're not going to write any more than two words then we should call it a night." she pushes back her chair and stands to collect the books and papers, "Plus, someone's been waiting for you since we started."
You look at the door where the pale yellow dress flashes by once again. It would probably be the tenth time that Jennie has come to the library to peak in. All the while you chose not to acknowledge it. You only kept your peripheral vision attentive to any movement by the door. Not because you don't want to speak with Jennie, but simply because you don't know what to say. You've been running out of words all day.
"How long are you going to keep her waiting?" Jisoo titters.
"No one is waiting." you take your pencil and slide it in the sharpener.
"Oh please, Jennie has been waiting for you to notice her and you know it." she states, ruffling your hair. "Don't tire yourself out. You've got a big day tomorrow." Jisoo kisses the top of your head and exits the library.
You stay, deciding to get a few more sentences in. Though, you can't quite focus on the paper longer than two minutes because you're snapping your head to the door just in case Jennie has come by again, because this time you might just talk to her. If she comes back, then it means she wants to talk to you too.
But you wait, and wait, and wait, and get up to leave when Yeri calls for dinner.
Jennie isn't at the table, either.
"The King and Queen of the North phoned Princess Jennie earlier and she's stayed in her bedroom since," Yeri relays the information to you.
You take your usual seat, "I'll wait, then."
"Oh," Yeri modestly recuses, "the Princess has requested for Joy to bring dinner up to her room."
A wash of disappointment showers on you. "Right," you've waited too long. "Make sure everything she needs is brought to her. Include an extra piece of dessert.". She may need it to boost her energy for tomorrow's glory.
•••
The weather is perfect.
Blue and white flags, hats, paper horns, and everything loud shout through the busy pathways onward the Grand Stables- the people cheer for the South Princess as if she has already won the Cup.
You look at the merry faces of your people behind the carriage window, and your faint reflection impresses the opposite.
You're overwrought to the bone and you can't even fake out of it.
Your stomach is upset, twisting and tugging on both ends to tie the tightest not. Your throat is just as closed in and you are careful not to breathe in too much because you might gag on thin air.
The main event hasn't even started and you're already about to hackle.
"On my big day," your father finally speaks a few words. He's been quiet since you greeted him good morning. You didn't mind though, because anything he could say might actually strangle all the courage you have left. "my father didn't even show up." he says, like it still upsets him to this day. Like it's a blessing he has come to see you race. "He didn't want to see me had I lost against King Tae-oh." he lets out a boisterous laugh, "A surprise it was to your grandfather..."
You shift uncomfortably on your seat, playing with the cufflinks to your blue and white polo. You don't know where this conversation could lead to. A boost of confidence or its demise.
"King Tae-oh..." Father clucks his tongue and shakes his head, another cocky chuckle to the King's name, "He wanted that race so bad.".
To lose is one thing, but had you been in King Tae-oh's shoes and lost the cup to your conceited, braggart father, you would have been furious. Though, it seems the Northern King has not held any indifferences towards him. He treats him with nothing but kindness- a true friend.
You're ashamed of the way your father speaks of the King.
"But we both knew he didn't stand a chance against me."
You're starting to understand why Jennie wants to win so much, despite her hatred for the sport. And even if she wishes to detach from her dad in certain aspects, she's still racing for the title he didn't win. Perhaps, she does want it as much as you.
"Straighten your polo, Roseanne, we're approaching the stables."
Your father exists first and he is led to the entrance where his photographs are taken by dozens of journalists. News reporters stand by with microphones in hand.
The nerves are rattling your bones as you wait for your turn, even if this is exactly what you've been expecting all these years.
Aimlessly looking around, you spot the Northern carriage coming to a stop behind you and you wonder if Jennie feels the same jitters as you.
You didn't get to ask at breakfast this morning, because she didn't show, as her and her parents spent their Cup preparations outside of the palace.
Suho takes the door handle from the outside, two pounds on the staff- you straighten your back and smile- the cameras turn to you, a firm announcement, "Royal Highness, Princess Roseanne of South Marcadia."- the door opens.
The moment passes by in bright flashes, green and purple spots to your vision- "Smile, Princess!"- you do, waving at the people, quiet greetings here and there- you barely take a breath because your throat is as dry as it could be. It's scratching at you- a spew of worry, fear, uneasiness, the two toasts of breakfast are rising up and up and up— "Over here, Princess!" you gulp down the lump and relax, you tell yourself.
You wave one last time before Suho opens the doors to the opening hall. "Let's go to the stables." you utter, turning down another corridor instead of heading to the deck to greet the guests because you know you won't handle shaking hands with everyone you might just let down after today.
When you come out of the double doors to the walk of framed champions, you find Jisoo and Lisa at the end where the opening to the course awaits you. Your two best friends smile at you and the support- just knowing that they're here- they outweigh the anxiety in you.
You run to them and crash into their arms.
They catch you in a tight group hug.
"I told you she's shaking like a leaf." Jisoo says, making you and Lisa laugh at the truth.
"You have no idea how happy I am to see you two." you say sincerely, taking the first deep breath of calming air.
"Well, who else was going to prepare Orange's gear?"
"Hey." Jisoo nudges on Lisa's ribs, making her groan in pain.
"I was kidding!"
You laugh again, pulling away from the two who exchange side eyes but smile back at you.
"The opening ceremony will start shortly as soon as Jennie joins you at the stables." Jisoo says and that is your cue to make your way there.
"I will be standing by the side-lines, Your Highness." Suho speaks and you nod in understanding. He leaves, but with no fail to sneak a glance at Jisoo.
She purses her lips and turns away from him, "And I'll be at the deck." she hugs you once more, "Best of luck, Rosie."
You thank her, separating as you head to the stables with Lisa. Like at the pre-meet, you bow and say greetings to the North and South competitors. Then, you find Orange dashing as ever in his newly customized saddle.
"Care of Sir Joo-young, of course." Lisa points her jazz hands at the expensive black leather, matching with your new paddock boots.
You step up to your stallion, stroking his face gently. His beady eyes stare at you and he speaks encouragement. Its a look that comforts you knowing that Orange is the one in this race with you all the way to the finish line, and he always has been. He always will be. "You and me, big guy." you nuzzle close to him in your appreciation.
Lisa hands you your helmet and gloves. You slide them on, looking out to the deck where you spot your father speaking with the King and Queen of the North and you find Jisoo and Rufus amongst the familiar faces standing by for the opening ceremony. You look to the course and you see Chanyeol speaking with the judges and staff members taking part in preparations.
You click your helmet strap and turn to your left to Lisa, and find her in a conversation with Sehun.
You turn to Jennie's assigned stable and jolt back in surprise because she is already standing beside you, staring out into the course with a natural curve to her lips. She holds Kuma in his reins- she's geared up in red and gold, ready and lined up for the horn.
"Ladies and gentlemen,"
The rest of the competitors line up behind you. You open Orange's gate and lead him out. Your mouth runs dry as the announcer speaks through the microphone and the twist to your stomach returns.
You glance at Jennie and she's looking at you fondly. Features soft and heartened- always there to calm you down.
"Let us welcome the competitors of the Marcadian Equestrian Cup!"
The stable gates open and the crowd claps for the line up.
You return the warm expression to Jennie.
"Good luck" she says- genuine.
"And you.", because you're both going to need it.
•••
Its burning through the gloves.
The crisp leather of the saddle scrapes through your jeans and to your leg, leaving sharp stings.
Fingers cramping, ankles numbing, sweat trickling—
"Princess Jennie takes the lead!"
It's the final round. The third horn blows once Jennie's stallion bolts past the line— past you— but you're not far behind. You're almost just right beside her.
You lift yourself taller on your stead, leaning over— faster faster faster, you holler, building on speed and momentum. You're soaring through the course, the cheers wisp in your ears just as the wind gusts behind you.
You catch a glimpse up at the deck and you pass the stern face of your father in a second. It's a second too long to foresee the disappointment on his face. You grip tighter and drive Orange faster— win win win father's voice echoes— but you're not picking up anymore speed.
Your chest is burning, hands ready to give out, eyes trained on your competitor's back- you don't think you can win this. It's dawning on you faster than your stallion's gallops but you can't accept this defeat just yet. With the last ounce of confidence you have, you swallow down your doubts and hold on tighter.
The course starts to curve- you steer left and pull, hoping to overtake Jennie in the inner lane, but she maintains her lead.
The finish line is so close, but she's closer.
You think about losing and you're thinking about Rufus and you're just so sorry.
"Come on!" Jennie flashes her head at you, catching you by surprise— her eyes unsettled— "Out run me!" she yells.
You don't know if Orange is running faster or if Kuma is slowing down but you're gaining on Jennie and she's only a few steps ahead. Your heart is pumping hot blood through your veins, your mind forcing your body not to loosen the grip but you're getting tired.
"Out run me, Rosie!"
You don't think you can.
"The Princesses are head to head!"
You lock eyes with Jennie and she shakes her head- she knows what you're thinking.
"They're nearly by the line!"
"Go faster goddamn it!" She yells—
And she crosses the line.
You come in second.
The horn blows— you've lost the Cup.
"You've seen it first, Marcadia! Your Royal Highness, Princess Jennie of the Northern region takes the win..." the rest of the world fades in your ears. You lose touch of your senses. The burn of your hands disappears, the ache of your limbs numb- you don't feel a thing.
You can only hear your ragged breathing.
Your stallion slows down for you, halting right by the deck.
You look at Jennie and she's sorry- you know by the way she looks at you.
The crowd is cheering up on the deck, and in your absence of mind, you look up to watch your father walk away. You don't get to see his face before he leaves from sight. He watched you lose the Cup.
King Tae-oh and Queen Ara descend the stairs to the course, the biggest grins spread on their faces as they approach their daughter. And Jennie is still looking at you.
But none of this is about you anymore, so you jump off your stallion- "You did amazing, Rosie" you just nod your head at Lisa, not quite brave enough to look her in the eyes.
You lean in close to Orange's muzzle, running your fingers over to relax him from the tight race. "You did so good, buddy." you kiss him lightly, feeling sorry for his exhaustion- feeling sorry for pushing him so hard. "You're okay, it's okay..." you repeat, to convince him that he didn't let you down or to convince yourself that it's neither your fault- perhaps, both.
"I got him, Rosie" Lisa takes the reins and you let her take your helmet and ripped gloves too.
Your hands are bright red, chafed, and a raw patch of scraped off skin marks the bottom of your left palm. It's fresh and sore, but you can't feel the sting.
Your legs walk you to the Princess as your mind disconnects completely. You've lost the Cup and you replay that last moment over and over again- when Jennie was telling you- begging you to beat her, when you were only a few inches behind, when you accepted that this just wasn't meant for you.
It hurts terribly. That this wasn't meant for you.
The world becomes blurry through the tears forming in your eyes, but you blink them away because this is not about you. You walk with your head high, back straight, and you plaster a smile. The photographers are around.
"Over here, Princess Jennie!"
You gulp down the lump in your throat- your lungs filling with ache and dejection and this time you need the air to stop you from choking up.
"Rosie—"
"Jennie, hold it up high" King Tae-oh stops her short of coming over to you, posing in front of the cameras with the golden trophy.
You stand by the foot of the stage, watching them bask in the glory. Jennie's won the Cup for her father and he's beaming with pride for his daughter. Her mother stands beside her, overjoyed for the accomplishment.
Tears of your loss come back, starting with the tightening of your chest to the prickle in your eyes, but you blink them away once more— you're happy for Jennie.
She's worked just as hard for this and she won by all means of her hard work and skill. She's made her parents proud and redeemed her family name.
"Roseanne!" Queen Ara beckons you to come up on stage for a photo.
You smile, a little less forced, as you join them in front of the guests who have come to watch. They clap for you and the Princess, but others glance around for the missing King.
Jennie's smile falters and worry washes her face, but you recover it with your own gleam, "Congratulations, Jennie." you extend your arm, "I'm very happy for you." you promise you really are.
When she holds your hand, your walls collapse- like they always do with Jennie- she sees the tears in your eyes- the cameras flash, they get they're pictures- you pull away.
"I'll see you at the palace."
"Wait, please"
She's stopped again, attention drawn to the reporters in line for interviews.
You walk away quietly, vision still blurry, but you're strong enough to keep the tears from falling. Lisa walks beside you, onward the stables and your best friend knows not to say a word because you're going to cry these salty tears, even if it is only your name she utters.
You remain strong until you're safe within the walls of your bedroom, where reality strips you off all the might you wore as amor.
•••
She calls your name three times, before turning the knob and opening the door. You tell your body to shift on the bed, face her- say hello, congratulate her again- but you lie still on the bed, gaze pinned to the window.
The weather is not so perfect anymore. Heavy drops of rain pour down the gloomy sky, depriving you of the heavenly sunset that should be painted at this time. It's almost as if the gods are mocking you, a ridicule for being so selfish- wallowing in your shame when today is Jennie's victory.
And you tried hard to remain content with the outcome. You tried, but could not ignore what a gut-wrenching disappointment you are to everyone who believed in you. Your eyes well even more because as much as Jennie wanted to win, she still tried to give it to you without notice of throwing it all away, and when she crossed that finish line you saw no ounce of triumph on her face.
The bed sinks behind you. The air is so quiet that you can hear Jennie's breathing just above the raindrops. She caught you in a well of emotions, just as you were about to cry them out again and now you grip the sheets tight, hold your breath because you do not want to cry in front of Jennie.
But you feel her touch on your shoulder and your tears spill.
"Look at me," she whispers. You can sense her peering over you. "Please, look at me, Rosie", she guides your chin to face her and you just can't hide away from her anymore.
She cups your cheek and wipes your tears with the pad of her thumb, so gentle and tender like you'll break if she holds you any tighter.
"Jennie—" you choke up, "my father..." and you can't even speak as you cry.
"I know..." she says, etched in sympathy. You puff your chest because it's bubbling in this wave of sadness, "It's okay..." she says, "I'm here, I'm right here..." voice quiet and meek.
You stare up at her through glassy eyes, like you're asking her to make it all better. Take away the guilt, tell me I did my best- show me- you want to say.
She knows how to make it all better because she's looking back and forth at your lips, but she's second guessing herself. She opens her mouth to speak, but closes it when no words escape.
You shift to lie on your back, clasping your hands to the back of her neck to let her know that it's okay- make it all better.
She leans closer and you pull, because you want her to.
Her forehead rests on yours and you sink into the mattress. She rests a hand on your side, caressing you through the fabric as she seizes your gaze. Then your eyes close once her lips cascade on yours.
You let yourself go.
Your mind wanders and the woeful thoughts seem unreachable. The heaviness of today lifts from your chest the more Jennie kisses you.
She crawls over you without separating from the sweet, slick kiss, lowering herself, and you separate your legs to a familiar position. With all her delicacy, she parts your lips, letting you pour all your emotions into her and you feel the comfort, the assurance of Jennie fill you with clouded sensibilities.
The motions change and she's kissing you deeper- a little rougher. Her tongue takes control and you moan as she tastes you. You're getting hotter from the inside, moving your hips against hers as she starts to rock back and forth.
This is all too familiar- the kiss, the grinding, the crave- the thought to stop.
Jennie's hand slides down to your waist, and you shudder when her thumb meets your skin, hooking under the waistband of your pants. She rests one leg over yours and the heat shoots down to your sex.
Her knee moves against your core with each grind of her hips on your thigh. She's moving quicker, harder- she feels it too.
Jennie moans against your lips, then she trails down. You gasp when she sucks on your pulse- you press her closer to you, throwing your head back to give her more access.
Her hands are all over you- her warmth spreading all across your body from every place she touches— she untucks your polo and you groan when a hand slides in.
She stops right under your lace bra, cupping the underside— you want to tear it off— Her hand slides to your back, pulling you closer, fingers under the bra line— tear it off — fiddling with the hook—
You open your eyes when Jennie lifts her head.
You're both out of breath, flushed in heat and desire, and she's stopped moving. You glance down at her cleavage, the knee between your legs, her arm around you, she's still holding the hook of your bra— god this is too much but its just not enough.
"I-I don't..." she exhales, closing her eyes before letting go of you.
"What's wrong?"
She pulls your polo straight to cover you, and sits on the edge of the bed, shaking her head, "I shouldn't..." she says, frustrated and you think its because she wants to, but "Not like this".
You swallow hard. You sit against the head board and bring your mind back from the thoughtless place it wandered. Jennie turns to you with an apologetic expression and you understand that this, she is sorry for. You're vulnerable and upset and she thinks this is taking advantage of it.
Only it's not, because you're still burning from her touch- you don't want to stop but your morals are just as scattered as the words trying to come out of your mouth.
"I'm sorry, I went to far" she stands up and strides to the door,
"W-Wait" you say, but don't know what you would do if she stays.
"You had a long day, you should rest."
"Jennie" you don't know if she should stay.
She opens the door and turns back to you, "I'll be in my room if you need me." then leaves without giving you another say.
You run your fingers through your hair and take a deep breath to pull yourself together. Shut down the flutters in your stomach and the tingling that always comes with Jennie— tell yourself that this is too much— it was only right to stop.
You sink in bed, still buzzed from the thrills of Jennie— you're not allowed to love her.
It almost seems impossible to convince yourself.
•••
Not a creak, not a sound, not a breath above the still air. Only your presence is known to the corridor. Your presence unnoticed to anyone wandering around the palace. You look back one last time to be sure.
No one has seen you leave your room.
You stand outside of Jennie's.
Without a second thought, instincts taking flight, you knock on her door. You pull your night robe closed, crossing your arms to contain the willies, afraid that she might shoo you away.
"Come in" thank god.
Cautiously, you turn the knob and peer inside. Jennie has just put down the telephone and she turns around from her vanity chair, and stands immediately once she sees you. She's in her own night robe, hair down over her shoulders, and natural beauty in perfection.
You slip in her room, taking in the fresh tangerine aroma emitting from the steamy bathroom. You close the door.
Jennie looks at you intently, waiting for you to say something. A hint of worry surrounding her aura for what you just might say.
But you don't voice out a word. Your body takes control, experiencing that familiar heat on your skin now that you're here with Jennie.
You undo the ties to your robe.
Jennie doesn't remove her gaze from you. She just watches.
You don't really know what you're doing, but you open it up. You drape the clothing off your shoulders, down your arms and onto the floor. You stand in just your silk night gown.
It's just as good as naked in it's thin material.
After a long moment of wordless stares, Jennie takes her steps toward you, inching her robe off and dropping it to the floor— you catch your lip between your teeth at the sight of her. You stare shamelessly at her tank top- her frame exceptionally carved. You glance down at her slim legs exposed by just a thin fabric of lingerie.
The butterflies are overwhelming- lifting you from the ground and bringing you closer to Jennie, meeting her halfway. The steam is radiating off of her just as much as the bathroom. And you think you're melting standing this close to her, narrow eyes right in front of yours and lips only inches away.
You just can't help yourself.
You crash your lips on hers and she doesn't hesitate to kiss you back. You cup her face, switching around to press her to the door. There's a powerful tug at your core as you find control this time.
Your tongue finds it's place in her mouth again, savoring her to the fullest extent. She moans- loud- and you wince when she bites.
The control doesn't last long as she lures you to the bed, sucking on the bottom lip she nipped. She lays you down gently and you pull away- only for a second to scoot up on the mattress and pull her on top of you.
The pent up desire is brewing- spiraling into something you won't be able to control the longer Jennie kisses you. You want her so bad, it's a crime.
Your gown hikes up your thighs and Jennie runs her hand on your skin, going higher and higher— you dig under her tank top and it comes off just as fast as your dress is thrown to the floor.
Jennie sits on her knees— "God, Rosie you're so—" she gawks at your bare self.
And you, you're mesmerized by her. Your mouth is watering and face turning red because she's just so naked in front of you.
She lowers herself again- you're skin to skin— Jennie plants kisses on your stomach then up to your breasts— "Jennie..." you moan when she licks. You wrap your arms around her as she fondles you, taking a hardened nipple in her mouth and pinching the other, "Ohhh...".
Your mind is taken by pleasure and you relish in the way Jennie makes you feel- you've never felt this way before.
"Beautiful" she whispers, and you can't swallow down a moan. She's all over you- hands touching, squeezing— going closer to the radar.
You get louder when she cups your clothed center. You shudder under her- dying for her to touch you bare and she knows. She presses her fingers on your damp folds like she might just push in with the obstruct of the soft fabric.
"Please Jennie—" you cup her face to stare at her burning orbs- touch me touch me touch me—
You grip the sheets when she pulls aside your panties, and finally touches between your legs. "Fuck Rosie" she curses and it makes your eyes roll back.
She rubs on your clit, fast and steady off the bat. "Oh god" you're a mess, moving your hips against her because you need— you want—
You lose your breath when she plunges inside you- two fingers deep- "Oh Jennie" you groan as your walls tighten around her.
"Are you okay?" she asks and you force your eyes open.
"Yes" you exhale, kissing her roughly, "you feel so good".
Slow and deep, Jennie pumps inside you- hitting your tight walls in all the right places and you moan to each thrust. Fisting the sheets tighter every time she hits particularly hard. You bite your lip when she moves quicker, lust boring into you as she fingers you so well.
"Fuck you're tight"
A whimper escapes you at the crude language. You were never fond of dirty words but you're trembling to hear them off of Jennie's tongue.
She rides your thigh and you can feel how wet she is through her underwear- how wet she is for you. The drive to feel her brings your hand down, tugging the fabric to the side. She moans your name when you find her clit. It feels so good to touch her like this— hear your name like this.
Her wet folds grind down your thigh while you knead her— while she pounds her fingers in you.
Everything is just so hot and messy and just so good- you're shaking in sheer pleasure. You don't want it to end but the heat pools in your stomach and you're panting heavier the closer you are to your climax.
"Harder" you breathe out, moving your hips, asking for more. And she curls her fingers as she drives into you- her hand slaps against your folds just as loud as you are for her.
You rub her clit harder- grope her breast and squeeze. "Oh my god—" She throws her head back, riding your thigh with more pressure and the way she clenches tells you she's edging too- "Don't stop"
You don't.
"Don't— don't stop" her muscles are tensing, core pulsing—
"Jennie— Jennie" your walls close in on the heat of her fingers. Your head is spinning, stomach coiling— "Jennie I'm" just so close to—
The orgasm crashes on both of you and she drowns your release in a hard kiss.
You gasp for air when Jennie swears into your shoulder as she releases right after.
The surge of ecstasy doesn't stop- you shake and tremble and Jennie, on top of you, she's still moaning against your skin.
You stay like this for quite some time- holding each other as you come down from the high.
It's something you've never felt before. You didn't know you could feel something as good as this- you're enthralled in the fact that it's Jennie who can do this to you and you never want to do this with anyone else.
She pulls the covers of the bed over the two of you, "Did I hurt you?" she asks, lying down right beside you, propping herself on her arm. You shake your head. "Are you okay?" she caresses your cheek, just looking at you with so much care.
"Perfect" you whisper, admitting the truth that is Jennie. You trace the sweetest curve of her lips with your thumb, memorizing every perfect feature of her face.
You only ever want to feel Jennie.
And that's too much to hope for because this kingdom is too big for the both of you— you won't stand a chance.
But god you've fallen so hard.
You don't want to hold back. You don't think you can.
