𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍| 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐰𝐨 "𝐍𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞."- ༜ -

- "You went back for the cat?! What were you thinking?! Katniss yelled.

"I wasn't gonna leave him behind! I couldn't live with myself." Prim said sadly while katniss hugged her.

"I know, Prim." The poder sister replied.

"Blast doors are now sealed."

"Let's go." Gale said, suddenly the feel the blasts of the bombs. inside the bomb shelter everyone huddles together in terror as they are being bombed above.

"Prim, talk about something. Anything." Katniss spoke calmly.

"They promoted me at the hospital. I forgot to tell you. They're training me to be a doctor." Prim said proudly while petting her cat.

"They'd be stupid not to." The girl on fire joke but being interrupted by another terrifying bomb blast. "I'm going to find Finnick" she said reviving a nod from her younger sister.

"Hey. Can I sit?" Katniss asked the golden boy.

"Yeah." He sighed while the girl sat next to him noticing that he's looking at a photo of Sage.

"Snow's using Annie to punish you. He's taunting us with them. I didn't understand until just now watching that stupid cat." The girl said referring at the brother and sister bond they have.

"After your first Games, I thought the whole romance was an act. We all expected you to continue that strategy. But it wasn't until Peeta's heart stopped and he nearly died that I knew I'd misjudged you. You love him. I'm not saying in what way, maybe you don't even know yourself. But anyone paying attention can see it." He replied while admiring the photo in his hand.

"How do you do it?" An exhausted katniss asked.

"I drag myself out of nightmares and there's no relief in waking up. But it's better not to give in to it. It takes ten times longer to put yourself back together than it does to fall apart." He spoke softly, calm something she never believe to see coming from him.

"Katniss? Katniss? Come with me." Boggs whisper to take her to the control room where President coin was.

"We took their best shot, didn't we?" Coin said while looking at the young girl.

"Yeah." She murmured.

"Your mother and sister okay?" Coin asked receiving a nod from the girl in front of her. "I need you to do something for us. I need you to tell Panem that we survived an attack by the Capitol with no casualties, that we remain fully operational."

"Okay." She sighed.

"You should know something. We had eight extra minutes of civilian evacuation because of Peeta's warning. I won't forget that." The old woman pointed out while walking out of the room.

"So Katniss, it's "13 is alive and well and so am I." Katniss? Katniss. Never one to waste it in rehearsal, I know." Effie told the distric 12 victor while her propo team waited to start filming as they walked outside to see the huge amount of damage and the ground covered in hundreds of white roses, making Katniss pick up one.

"Why would they drop these?" Gale asked confused while looking at all the white roses in near his feet.

"For me." She breathed.

"Ready to go, Katniss? We're gonna do this, just like District 8. Tell me about the roses." Cressida asked while filming with her camera, but katniss was still in shock to make a word leave her mouth. "Tell Snow 13 is alive and well." She insisted.

"He's gonna kill Peeta." Katniss whispers while realizing the truth.

"Let's try again. Can you speak up? We don't have a mic on you." Cressida spoke while getting a little bit irritated.

"13 is alive and well and so am I." Cressida instructed katniss again without success.

"He's gonna kill Peeta. I can't." The Girl on fire said with a knot on her throat.

"Katniss?" Cressida asked concern of the young girl.

"You can do it, Katniss." Gale encourage.

"I can't do this." She keep repeating.

"13 is alive and well and so am I." Cressida insisted again more irritated than last time.

"He's just gonna keep... He's never gonna stop." Katniss murmured to no one in particular.

"Katniss." A mad Cressida said.

"Cressida, we should cut the cameras." Effie recommended while haymitch went to embrace katniss.

"As long as I'm The Mockingjay." The 18 year old girl said.

"It's okay, Katniss." Haymitch tried.

"No, he warned me. He warned me about this. He's doing this because I'm The Mockingjay. He's punishing Peeta to punish me. No. No, I can't do this." Katniss said louder with tears on her eyes. "Don't make me do this!" She yelled while stepping inside district 13 with mix emotions.

"Let her go." Boggs said while nodding his head.

- "I gotta get out of here." Katniss said with her knees up on her chest and tears streaming down her face.

"So this is the end, huh? I suppose you're just gonna hide down here forever?" Haymitch jokes while finding her on her hiding spot.

"I can't be The Mockingjay." A panicked katniss said. "Let's let Sage be the mockingjay, she still alive. She can do it"

"Not The Mockingjay, just Katniss. You know, you're the only real friend I have down here. I don't suppose they gave you any kind of medication." Haymitch said while looking at her with a small smirk on his face.

"You're unbelievable." She laughed.

"Okay, but I meant what I said. I... Look, the reason I'm here is to let you know they're rescuing Peeta." He sighed. "They also trying to rescue Sage. She is to exposed at district 4."

"What?" She blurt out.

"The dam went down in District 5, took out most of the power to the Capitol, knocked out their signal defense. Beetee's inside their system now wreaking all kinds of havoc. A window is open to us. How much longer? I don't know. I guess until the Capitol can get the power back on." He replied.

"And President Coin?" Katniss asked.

"You know, I can never fully support that woman in light of the prohibition they have going on around this place, but Plutarch got word that Peeta and the others are in the Tribute Center. And with the power out, Coin sees this as an opportunity. She knows that Peeta is the Capitol's weapon, the same way you and sage are ours. And as opposed to having you two pointing at each other, she's going to get them." He spoke.

"I have to go help." She said while standing up ready to go but being stop by haymitch.

"Hey, hey, woh, kiddo. Wait. Come on. What, are you just gonna jump out of the vent and go storm the Capitol? Besides, it's already underway. Six soldiers went in. Volunteer only. And guess who was the first brave soul to sign up." He spoke.

"Gale." She murmured.

- "Okay, sit down" sage told Morgan and Nil that we're on the girls bed a couple of hours after Caspian was born. "Put your arms like this" she said while gesturing their little arms like hers. "And you are gonna hold him like this, keep his little head steady okay?"

"Yes mama" mil said while holding little Caspian on his arms admiring everything about the newborn.

Caspian Odair born in the middle of the rebellion on district 4. He was tiny and handsome with beautiful light green eyes just like his mother with a tiny bit of blue that was earned form his father, even though he didn't have hair yet you could see brown pieces of growing hair on his head with golden lights. He was the most beautiful creature Sage ever saw.

"He is beautiful mama" Morgan said while passing her little finger on the bridge of his nose, just like sage did with them.

"Let's get ready to bed" Sage told the twins while placing Caspian carfully on her arms and putting him in Nil's crib that was next to her bed.

"You are going to be fine" sage spoke softly to him while giving him a kiss on his little forehead and drifting of to sleep.
