Chapter 4 ~ Walkie Talkie Man

Alex's POV"Dumb asses in the tank...cozy in there?"

The walkie talkie! Oh my gosh!

Both me and Rick look at the walkie curiously,studying it very sternly.

"Someone there?" I grab the walkie "You don't have much time, the Geeks are still feeding on that horse."

Nelly! Poor girl! I feel guilty, like we killed her.

"What do you have on you?" The voice on the talkie is faded but I can make it out. "An Ak407, grenade, and -"    "That bag you dropped yup, that doesn't matter now, you wanna get out of here a live? Follow my directions. When you get out of the tank go left, down that street is an ally to your right! Hurry you don't have much time!" He explains. I drop the talkie and make my way to Rick.

"Can we actually do this?"  "We have no choice to." Rick begins "Ready?"  "Yup!" I lie.

I open the hatch and see the second most horrible thing today...Nelly.

I feel a hand touch my shoulder, I jump but calm down when I realize its Rick. He saw me look at Nelly and by the way he looked, he felt guilty too.

"Let's go!" I take Ricks hand as he offers me it, making an effect to pull me down. Shooting a couple walkers down we made it to the street, with a heard following us. We turn the ally. Rick raises his gun at a guy who quickly appeared "Woah! Not Dead!" He screams "C'mon!" The man runs off, we follow behind. Rick starts shooting again at the walkers who keep on coming. "Stop before you attract the whole city!"

The man leads us up a ladder.

We stop to take a breather admiring the walkers piling up.

"Glenn."

"Rick."

"Alex."

We exchange names.

Glenn still out of breath looks up a really tall ladder,  "Bright side it'll be the fall that kills us." We start to climb

Now we are on the roof. Now we are on solid ground. This and that till we finally reach doors. "T-Dog! Geeks!" Glenn screams in a talkie. Two people come out with bats killing the walkers. Glenn leads us in.

As we walked in a sharp pain went through my back as a gun is held to my head.

"You bastards!"
