Chapter 15

"Promise me you will always call and text" I say as I walk next to Lee in the airport.

"I promise Roo, don't worry." He chuckles.

"I can't help it. What if you see another girl prettier than me" I grab his arm.

He suddenly stops and turns to me, holding my shoulders and looking serious. "Don't you ever think that. You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen!"

He then suddenly kisses me then pulls away. I stand there, my face red. He then wraps his arms around my shoulders and pulls me along with him. His manager called this morning to tell him he should prepare to fly out. So he packed everything and offered to drive to the airport.

"Also promise to take pictures of everything you have done" I remind him.

"Everything will be fine Kyla" He assures me.

We see his Graham waiting patiently on the other side of immigration. He sees us and waves to us, indicating that Lee had to say goodbye.

"I know that look, this is not goodbye Kyla" He cups the left side of my face and tilts my head up.

"I know, but I will really miss you" I begin to get teary.

"Always remember that I love you"

"I love you too" He then bends down to kiss me. It was a loving kiss but it didn't last as long as I wanted it too. We then hug each other tightly before pulling apart.

"Tell Wolf I said bye for now" He gives me a soft smile.

"I will, text me when you land. So I know"

"I will. I love you Roo"

"Love you too Bear" he smiles and gives a small wave before walking in immigration to Graham.

I mouth to Graham, 'Look after him' and he nods with a small smile. I smile back and walk back to my car feeling a little, if not, very sad.

I hop into the car and drive home in silence, missing Lee already. Missing everything about him. I am glad I stole one of his t-shirts to remember his scent. I didn't want to forget what it was like to have Lee around. I then began thinking about everything we had done in the past 6 months.

I probably had to thank my friends the most for this. If it wasn't for them, alerting me of the Comic Con that was happening here, I wouldn't have met Lee at all. Not only would I be disappointed, I would probably end up saving all my money to travel to where ever he was going next just to see him.

I think about how I went from being the awkward fangirl of Lee to his girlfriend. I still don't see what I have that made him fall for me. Was it my personality? My looks? Everything? That is one thing I needed to figure out.

I arrive home and head straight to my bedroom, the one Lee and I used to share. His side of the bed still smelled of him and I wanted it to stay that way. He left his deodorant here which was a good thing so I could smell it when I missed him. Now that I think about that, I find it slightly creepy. Anyway moving on.

"Hey Wolf" I smile softly as he jumps up on the bed and keeps me company. I decided to read fanfics about Lee to keep me happy, even if I reread them over and over again. Ever since he left this morning, the house became quite lonely. If Wolf wasn't here, I would be definitely lonely. I kept checking the time every 5 minutes, waiting for the time when Lee lands and texts me.

After what felt like minutes reading multiple Lee fanfics, I look at the time to see it was 5pm. Wow, time flies by when you're having fun. I then groan. Lee won't land in America until I think tomorrow morning. I decide to go to sleep early, pulling Wolf next to me so I don't feel so lonely.

Lee: Morning Roo! Just landed safely in LA.

Me: Hey Bear, glad to hear! :)

Lee: Filming starts today, miss you

Me: Have fun, miss you too

I sigh, feeling bored. I never felt bored when Lee was here. I decided to call my friends and maybe go out shopping so I don't feel lonely here. I ring up Keely first.

"KYLA! YOU CALLED?!" She shouted in my ear.

"Geez mate! You'll definitely make me go deaf one day" I joke as I run my fingers through Wolf's fur.

"That's my goal" she giggles.

"Thanks, I hope you won't achieve that goal"

"But I can always try"

"Yeah no"

"So why'd you call?"

"I called cause I'm bored and there is nothing to do"

"Aha, so you miss Lee do you?"

"Yes"

"Well, I can fix that matey!"

"Matey? Really? Wow, appreciate the nicknames"

"Well I know Lee calls you Roo. So I decided to give you one too"

"What's wrong with my own name?"

"It's so lame" she laughs.

"How rude" I gasp.

"I know, sorry. Anyway, I'll call Molly for you while you change. I know it takes you a while"

"Okay thanks, see ya lata mate!" I joke.

"Sure thing matey!" She laughs.

"We sound so stupid"

"I know right?"

"Yeah, see you"

"Yup!"

I end the call and laugh at how stupid we are. I remember we used to joke about titles. I would call Molly and Keely Dumb and Dumber and I would be the 'and'. Well I guess we sometimes still do that. I wonder how Lee is doing.
