As days passed, the group hang out often and the so-called awkwardness disappeared between them. Hoseok didn’t stop going to the café for Taehyung and giving him flowers. They would sometimes have dinner together and chat for hours. We can say that Taehyung tried his best to move on from the past.   Hoseok helped him a lot with his sunshine behavior. Taehyung had serious talks with him but the funniest side of Hoseok made him forget things. But he is still not clear about relationship things. He has a few trust issues and those issues make Hoseok’s action in vain. He is not demanding or pushing things toward Taehyung, he knows the other suffered through a lot. he knows the younger is mending himself to become stronger and Hoseok is willing to wait. he has a hope that Taehyung does understand his feelings for him and will answer clearly about it one day. Taehyung played along with Hoseok at first but soon, he realized that Hoseok is serious about him. he is aware of the fact that he shouldn’t hurt him by raising his hopes. he can’t deny that he was overwhelmed by the attention and care from Hoseok. He is confused about his feelings like before. But he’ll figure it out and clear things soon. About Namjoon and Jimin, they confessed after a month after the first meeting. They are faster than others. they even invented their ship name called “Mini Moni”. (Sorry, my mind is lazy to think of new names) They are the lovey-dovey couple that everyone envies. Now, the year-end holidays are approaching and the snowfall indicates that Christmas is not so far. It’s time for them to celebrate with their families and visit their hometowns. Everyone decided to spend Christmas in their hometown except Taehyung. He was betrayed by his friend Jimin. They booked tickets for Daegu but Jimin said that Namjoon wanted to see his parents and changed it at the last minute. Of course, Jimin did it intentionally. He planned to send Taehyung with Hoseok to Gwangju. his friend is oblivious about his feelings toward Hoseok. so, he set up a plan to knock some sense in Taehyung about Hoseok’s feelings. He plans to cancel Taehyung’s ticket at the last minute so that he won’t try to get one and take Namjoon with him instead. Then he told Hoseok to take Taehyung with him and try to create an impact on his friend. And now Jimin is suggesting his friend go with Hoseok. But Taehyung denied it and he would spend here in Seoul. now they all added Taehyung in a group chat to convince him to go with Hoseok,

Taehyung placed his phone aside and stared outside the window. --it’s not I hate him but meeting his parents is kinda nervous. I always reject their son’s confession. Will they like me? I’m not used to meeting elders. What if I disappoint them? ---

He mumbled and heard his phone’s notification sound. He knew who it was and smiled slightly.

He laughed after seeing the last message and kept the phone on the nightstand.

___ On Friday, Taehyung checked his bags and arranged them in the living room. Jimin left Daegu yesterday. So, Taehyung is alone in his home. After a few minutes, Hoseok arrived at his home. “Hi TaeTae, I missed you” “We met yesterday hyung” “it’s okay I missed you” The younger shrugged and dragged his luggage outside the house. Hoseok stood outside and waited for him. Taehyung went to the kitchen and checked the oven, stove, and other things. Suddenly he ran to the restroom and checked if he left any taps on. he switched off the lights and locked the house not forgetting to twist the knob twice. Then they both made it to the railway station on time. Hoseok is happy that they got seats beside each other. After settling in their reserved seats, Taehyung put on his earphones to listen to the radio. Hoseok watched the latest k-drama episodes he missed out. Now, Taehyung is listening to a podcast with his eyes closed and he took a bite of his sandwich. Suddenly he choked on the food when he heard, ~ I wanna mention this new artist Jungkook, whose music went viral with his magical voice. His debut song, “begin” and “euphoria” blew up on social media and gathered a huge fanbase in a short span. I wonder how can a man have such a soulful voice? He is talented, young, and handsome and girls are swooning over him. I like him too ~ 

Hoseok gave him water and patted his back. He switched off the radio and chugged the water. “what happened Tae? Did you see ghosts while dreaming?” “it’s worse than that” Taehyung replied in a hoarse voice. “oh wait, did you see me in your dreams?” “how it’ll be worst to see you” He blurted out. “hehe so you like me right” Hoseok asked nudging the younger’s shoulder. “Oh god” He rolled his eyes. “anyways just be careful while eating” “ok” “you said it’ll be nice to see me now” Hoseok grinned and continued his drama. “how am I gonna deal with him?” Taehyung internally screamed.

After 4 hours, they reached Gwangju. Hoseok inhaled the Gwangju air and nodded in satisfaction. “Why are you acting weird?” “I’m here after 3 years.” “Alright, I’m tired. Let’s go” “yeah” Also, it’s 9 pm and they both are walking to hoseok’s home. Taehyung is slightly scared. “why can’t we go in a cab?” “it’s merely a 5 minutes-walk Tae.” Taehyung frowned and followed him closely. It’s not too far and they already reached his house.

Hoseok knocked on the door. a girl opened the door and was shocked by seeing Taehyung. “oh my, you look so handsome. How come you become his friend? You look so unreal.”

That girl practically yelled. “Are you mocking me?” Hoseok snapped back.Taehyung controlled not to laugh. “noona to you” That girl smirked and let them inside. “Taehyung, this is my sister Jiwoo. Call her noona” (I couldn’t think of another name) Taehyung nodded. Hoseok went to the kitchen to see his mom. “mom I’m home” Hoseok’s mother saw his son and gave him a bone-crushing hug. “ah, I missed you so much, my son.” “me too mom. release me, I can’t breathe” His mom released him and pinched his cheeks. “you became too thin” “he was never fat mom” Her sister said grinning at his brother. “leave her Hoseok, where is Taehyung?” “he is in the living room” “oh how sweet, he came to see us.” “yes mom, you know he looks so handsome in person” His sister added. Then his mother hurried to living room leaving Hoseok dumbfounded. Taehyung was sitting on a chair looking at the decorated shelf. “oh my Taehyung, welcome home. she is right, you look so handsome.” She sat with him and so did his sister. Taehyung stood and bowed slightly. “aah see, he is such a polite kid.” She pointed at her daughter who shrugged off. Taehyung smiled nervously and sat down. “I thought you were excited to see me” Hoseok pouted slightly pulling a chair  sitting beside Taehyung. “of course, I’m excited Hobi” His mom patted the other’s shoulder. “Okay you guys talk, I have to prepare dinner.” “I’ll help you mom” Hoseok stood up and followed his mom. Then Taehyung was left with Jiwoo. “so Taehyung, don’t you love Hoseok?” She asked curiously as Hoseok said about everything. He blinked and his mind glitched not knowing how to act. “Sorry, I know I shouldn’t but curiosity kills me you know” “I – it’s… I’m not clear about that” “so you do consider his efforts right” “yea-  yes.” She nodded and thought for a second. “Hoseok may be blunt. But he is the most clueless and oblivious person you’ve ever seen. If you hint at him indirectly, he never gets it in this life. If you have interest, just tell him straight. It’s my piece of advice for you.” Taehyung listened to her and showed a thumbs up slowly. --- she is so cool --- He thought. Then Hoseok’s dad returned from work and they had dinner. He didn’t feel left out and noticed how they are all kind and sweet. He liked Hoseok’s family very much. he wished he would visit them often. Hoseok showed him the guest room. as soon as he entered the room, he threw himself on the bed and closed his eyes. He sighed in relief while drowning in his thoughts. --- everything was fine until I heard that name. but I didn’t feel sad like before. I didn’t feel anything. He just seems like a stranger to me.  I moved on from him. so, I succeeded. Good Job Taehyung.---He patted his back and praised himself.

And the thoughts of that singer were replaced by his fan.

--- I can’t help but he is adorable and a Lil bit annoying. His efforts paid off, He accomplished making my heart beat for him. should I give him a chance? Will I be able to handle this now? I… I’ll try but I'm not clear though --- Sooner, he slept hugging the pillows.

In the morning,Hoseok marched to Taehyung’s room and stood in front of the sleeping prince. “Taehyung ah wake up” … He didn’t even hear Hoseok. The older one pulled the blankets but the other hugged the pillow instead. He violently shook his arms but no use. “TaeTae, I said we can go out today. Wake up” A deep lazy voice muttered “5 more minutes”. “no wake up or I’ll pour water on you.” Taehyung sat up fully awake and sent daggers at the older. “you are so annoying” “thank you, get ready quickly. We can eat breakfast and go out.” Then he winked and left the room. The younger ran his hand through the messy hair, “he makes me wanna change my decision now” Then he made his way to the restroom. After having breakfast, they both are standing at a bus stop. Hoseok is thinking hard about where to go. he was too excited and forgot to plan about this. “hyung” “yeah” “where are we going?” “Uhm… let’s go to the temple.” Taehyung gave him a weird look. “There are many temples here. It won’t be boring you know” “whatever” Then they took a cab to the temple. They both were silent and Taehyung wanted to test if the other is oblivious. So, he memorized some most common pickup lines from google to tease Hoseok. it’s lame but it’ll be interesting to see the reactions. He called Hoseok and grinned widely. “Why are you acting like me now?” “I’m not. Can I ask you something?” “hmm” “did it hurt when you fell from heaven?”

(yes, I’m stealing it from that army. Credits to the proper owner.) Hoseok looked confused and tilted his head. “I didn’t fall anywhere. I’m not hurt see.” Hoseok replied proudly and showed his arms. Taehyung placed his left hand in his mouth not to laugh. “are you for real? This is so easy hyung” “what easy? You asked me if I’m hurt falling from heaven. I replied no, that’s it” The cab driver chuckled slightly at Hoseok’s answer.

“ok hyung, what will be in heaven?” “maybe god” “no, it has a ring” “a god with a ring?” “other than god, it has wings.”

“god’s pet. Wait did that pet get hurt?” Taehyung sighed.

“yeah, it fell from heaven and fractured its leg. It is getting rehabilitation.” “How did it survive? Isn’t it too high? Did the story end well?” The other regretted the idea of asking this. “you are hopeless hyung” Taehyung mumbled glancing at the curious guy beside him.

“My stage name is J-Hope. I’m not hopeless” He answered, his mouth turned into a triangular shape. --- noona was right though ---

“so, what is the answer?” He asked hesitantly. “nothing hyung, leave it” He patted the other’s head. Then they reached the destination and Hoseok paid for the cab. the driver received the money and replied with a smile, “he told you are an angel. I guess you get it now” Hoseok eyes widened and looked at Taehyung who is looking at the long stairs in horror. “Did he just flirt with me? am I dreaming? Oh god”

Hoseok mumbled to himself and slapped the other’s arms. “what are you looking at?” “are you serious? We wanna go the uphill this time” “yeah Tae, the scenery will be amazing at the peak.” The younger hummed in response. “I understood what you said.” Taehyung saw the other’s shy face and chuckled. “it’s gonna be fun hyung. You’ll see that.”
