They walked up the stairs of the penthouse.

Isa: maybe inside thier house, or..

Isa: the car!

Isabelle ran to the car and tried to open the trunk.

Isa: violet, are you able to make a lockpick?

Isabelle didn't look at her, and she took out her hair.

Violet: yeah, do you guys have any metal?

Isa: no but I have small buttons on my jacket.

Isabelle took off her jacket, now in a white shirt.

She tore off a button and gave it to violet.

Violet put it in the keyhole and tried to turn it.

Violet: it works!

They opened the trunk to find klaus and duncan inside.

They climbed out.

Klaus: you found us!

They hugged isadora and violet.

Isabelle folded her jacket.

Klaus let go of violet and walked up to isabelle.

Klaus: I'm proud of you.

Isa: I barely did anything..

Violet: you thought of looking in the car.

Klaus kissed her on her cheek.

Klaus: you should run away with us.

Isa: I cant..

Duncan: yes, you can, we can all run away, right now, before olaf comes.

Isa: no, I cant. Please get away, run. I'll catch up, but I have to stay with him. I'll find you again, trust me.

Violet: are you sure?

Isa: yes, go!

The Baudelaires and Quagmires started running. They didn't look back, only once, watching isabelle get into the car.
