      «———Four years Later——»

‎'cut'

I exited to the operation room after the operation ended, i pull of my gloves and gown that i used at the operation and washed my hands. I head straight to my office resting my self.

I sighed heavily and throw my head at the top of the chair closing my eyes.

"Another sucessful operation ." i open my eyes as i heard a voice, it's jake my bestfriend he's a korean too, who used to live here in australia.

"Yeah, thanks God." i respond and he sitted at the opposite chair of mine.

"I heard from akira you're booking a flight to korea. is it true?" i close my eyes again sighing, giving him a slight node.

"It's been 4 years passed since i visited my family at korea and the last time we saw each other is at our graduation.." i paused a bit looking at him, he raised his brows waiting for what will i say next.

"Its been long too, that jeonghan and i are not in good terms."

"Earth of Seunghwa, where are you?" i cameback to reality as jake waved his hands to my face.

"What are you thinking?"he asked, giving me his infamous reaction.

"Nothing...just tired." i replied.

"Oh, i see.. you deserve rest tho, 6 hours operation is not a joke, and for me.. i'll be heading back to my office." i nod as a replied to him, the moment he exited to my office,  i open the drawer of my table to get some pills.

Red small box showed up. "uhh." i mumbled as i open box, it's the ring and necklace that jeonghan gaves to me. I didn't wear this one since the day my first operation started.

*Knock*

I put down the box and lifted my gaze. "Dr. Han the patients family wants to meet you." i put the box again to the drawer and stood up, grabbing my lab gown. I sighed slowly before i exited to my office.

I walk straight to the room of the patient knocking it before opening.

"Oh, Hi Dr. Han." middled aged woman stood up bowing at me.

"Hello, Mrs. Yoon." i bowed back and she smiled.

" Dr. Han thank you for the sucessful operation, we doesn't know where to go that day gangnam hospital at korea can't operate her." her voice became lower and i can feel she's about to cry. They are one of my foreign patient from korea, Gangnam hospital contacted us here saying that they have lack of people to perform the operation so they send this family yoon here in australia.

"Her brother loves her a lot, and will do everyrhing inorder to what makes her happy." she added and now tears falls down to her cheeks, i approached her giving my handkerchief and rubbing her back.

"Thank you." she mumbled.

"having this kind of  disease isn't predictable, and besides you don't have to worry anymore she'll be okay once she woke up." i said reassuring her, we talked for a good minutes until someone interrupted us.

"Yeobo?" both of us look to the door, revealing  of a middle aged man.

"Hi, Dr. Han." he greeted and so do i, he gives jihyun kiss at the forehead and caressing her cheeks while she's sleeping.

"My princess you're okay now." he mumbled enough for mrs yoon and i to hear it. I almost tear up seeing how mr.yoon loves her child, i miss my dad seriously. I glance at my watch that struck 12:04 in the afternoon, i still need to meet the director and eat lunch.

"Mr.Yoon and Mrs. Yoon, if you want to ask something regarding to jihyun's health, here's my number." i give her my business card and bids goodbye before exited to jihyun's room.

"HYUNG, i found it.".

"That must be her family too." i walk straight to the hallway, seeing lot of mans wearing a mask dashing off. I was making my way to the office not until...

" my love where have you been?i've been looking for you earlier. Good thing you're here already lets eat lunch i'm  hungry." jake whined clinging his one arm to me. This guy is seriously childish..

Jeonghan POV

I cant clearly think of any things happen in my entire life, my sister is now having a new heart i mean today is the day of her heart transplant. Jihyun have congenital heart disease, She already have several operation as she grew up and finally this year she'll be having a new heart.... i looked at the window thinking randomly.

" Is she okay?""Jihyun, dont leave oppa alone."" be strong."

Tears falls down to my cheek and i let out a heavy quiet breath enough for them not to notice.

"We're here." i wiped my tears as seungcheol spoke out, i unbuckled seatbelt putting on my mask.‎

"She'll be okay trust me." seungcheol says reassuring me.

All us go to the front desk to look for jihyun's room.

"3rd floor room 117 sir.".the nurse said, we take an elevator and look for room 117.

"Hyung i found it." I was about to run when dino stated that he founds it, but i couldn't run, I cant i saw a familiar figure walking at the other side she's a doctor obviously, judging sbout her suit.

"....love where have u been?.."

"damn."  i walk straight not bothering to look again.and headed to jihyun's room.

"The operation went successfully!" seokmin said greeting me to the door. I look at jihyun st the bed resting peacefully and go to mom and dad.

"Eomma, Appa!.".i hugged both of them and go to jihyun.

"Aigoo, thanks god it goes well." i brushed her hair admiring her beautiful features.

"Yes, i'm glad too." mom says.

"Thanks to the doctor who do a good job." she added.‎

"Is the doctor operated jihyun noona, is that doctor i've saw at the hallway?" dino asked.

"Uhm yeah she is, she's a cardiothoracic surgeon and also, shes a korean." some of them nod and some of them gasped, i didn't bother to butted to the conversation i'm busy admiring my sister.

Seunghwa's Pov

"I did booked a flight to korea too." he mumbled while munching his food, i stop eating my foods putting down the spoon and crossing my arms.

"What made you think to go to korea, we both know your family is here in australia." he smiled and lifted his head looking at me.

" i forgot to tell you that they went to korea last week, and also next 2 weeks will be chuseok day. Thats why i need to go to korea." he answered , i continue eating my food and shrugging what we talked earlier.

"You are now 27 years old, what are your plans?" i raise a brows looking at him.

"What do u mean?" i asked, obviously im trying to figure out does he mean by that.

"Any plans of getting married?" i almost choke my tea hearing it.

"What the-

"Chill,i'm just making sure you wont live alone forever." he says as he sips his tea.

"What do you think about that neurologists doctor who keep on asking you out, but you keep on rejecting it too, lowkey saying that busy." he chuckled stating that one.

I shook my head looking at him. "I dont like him seriously, i mean his ideal man of everybody while for me?he's not." i answered.

"I see, even that doctor at the cardio department you rejected too."

"Not gonna mention that anesthesiologist and orthologist." he added sipping his tea again, looking at me teasingly.

"Uhm, what about you and melissa, you both should get marry too." he stop sipping his tea and putting it down on table.

"I prefer to be single forever if it's melissa." he rolled his eyes looking away, he really hate melissa the architecture who have big fat crush on him. Melissa once hurt him, thats why.

Anyways i still have to meet the director later." we both stood up and headed back to the hospital.

"Ohmygad im sorry." i look at jake who's been fully soaked because of the tea.

"Oh its okay." he replied, the guy give him some handkerchief wiping the tea all over his gown.

"Dr. I'm really sorry i didn't mean it." the boy bowed repeteadly to jake.

"You're a korean?" jake asked and pulling off his lab gown revealing his long sleeve tux.

"Uhm yes." we can't fully see his face because of the mask and cap.

"I see, thanks for this handkerchief." jake says, and both of us headed to each office.

3rd person POV

As jake and seunghwa busy talking, Vernon who's been ordered to get some tea bumped Jake and causing it to throw the tea all over his gown.

Vernon bowed apollogetically to the Dr, and good thing dr. Jake accepted it.

"Excuse me nurse, may i know where should we pay for hospital bills?" joshua asked some nurses at the front desk..the nurses told him where is the place he asked.

"Oh damn, he look so hot."

"Gad, he's so freakin attractive."

"Dr. Han is so lucky for having Dr. Jake."

Nurses at the ground whispers as they saw the whole thing happened.

Joshua averted his gaze to the area where the people keep looking at.

"Seunghwa?" he asked himself looking at jake and seunghwa. They start taking an elevator. He rushes, run fast as he could so he can assure if its seunghwa.

Joshua POV.

"Why does the director wants to meet you?"

"I don't know." i was shock hearing them speaking korean.

"It's must be her." thats what i thought. I'm here beside the buttons of the elevator in front of them.

"What if he offered you to marry Dr. Jay his son?"

"Omg, i would rather bury myself than marrying his son."

"That filthy child."‎ i can't see her reaction between that statement. Well now i'm sure she's seunghwa judging by her voice. The elevator door opened so the three of us hopped out.

"What about both of us get marry instead?"

"Are you out of your mind jake?" she walk fastly.

"Yah Han seunghwa, i'm just kidding." i stop walking, and look at them.

"Its nice to see you again Han Seunghwa." i sighed before headed to  jihyun's room.
