Chapter 16

"We are set for the raid, all patrol ready, all snipers ready, in t minus 60 seconds, we will catch Douma" I smiled looking at the building

After 60 seconds, we went in, we cleared every floor, captured many people, no Douma though

Me and Giyu saw a little staircase at the first floor and rushed down, what we saw was Douma on a motorcycle

Luckily there was another motorcycle and we chased after them

We started chasing and informed them about what was happening and patrol is starting to go out to see any possible exits

Douma started to throw random stuff at us and a smoke grenade, there was an intersection and we almost lost them

Giyu told the others where we were heading and patrol started going our way

Eventually, Douma started shooting at us. We retaliated and shot one of his tires. It was bullet resistant though so there were minimal damage, same goes for us though

Eventually we shot his driver and he fell, making him fall too, "This is over Douma, put your hands up" he stood up

We let our guard down and Douma shot Giyu "No!" I shouted before shooting him too

I rushed to Giyu, "No, please no!" I shouted for help at the walkie-talkie. He held my hand "I love you" I started crying before I saw he wasn't bleeding

He started laughing "Fuck you, like actually" we stood up before we said that he was fine at the walkie-talkie "You know we have bullet-proof vests right?" He told me while I lightly punched him at the shoulder

"I know, I was just caught up in the moment and-" He cut me off by kissing me. He broke the kiss and said "We did it" before we kissed again

"You got to kill a leader of a drug ring and you know what I did, I busted a little drug transaction" Mitsuri complained at us before we three laughed

"He was your stalker right?" I nodded, she started chuckling "Karma's a bitch" We smiled before getting more drinks at the bar

"What you guys did was so cool though!" She squealed and we laughed "Hopefully you'll get those too" she frowned "I doubt that, I don't have a partner"

"I can be your partner" I stated in which she gave me a smile "Really? What about Giyu?" Giyu shrugged

"I don't need a permanent partner anymore, I've become more decent in communicating" Me and Mitsuri high-fived
