Time skip to Morning,

In Jin & Aesha's room,

Aesha slowly opened her eyes and For a few seconds, she looked around in confusion before remembering where she was

She sat up slowly on the bed and looked toward the couch where Jin had slept last night, it was empty and The blanket was folded neatly, the cushion were arranged perfectly like no one had even used it

Aesha : *blinked* Did he even sleep? *confused*

She pushed the blanket aside and stood up carefully, fixing her hair, Just then, the room door opened, Jin walked inside, phone against his ear, already dressed like he’d been awake for hours

Jin : Shift every issue to Hoseok’s account for now! I won't be able to attend meetings on time! *cold* And don’t call me unless it’s important!

He cut the call the moment his eyes landed on Aesha who rubbed her forehead lightly

Aesha : G-good morning! Why didn’t you wake me up? It’s late!

Jin placed his phone on the table and shook his head

Jin : Don’t worry about it! Everyone’s waking up late today as Yesterday was exhausting!

Aesha looked at him quietly while he adjusted his sleeves

Jin : No one’s even come for breakfast yet, so you can freshen up! Be Relax--

Aesha : But you're ready--

Jin : Actually Jk and Y/n have exams starting today! That's why I woke up on time! But you don't worry about it!

She nodded and turned toward the bathroom but paused midway

Aesha : But Did you sleep at all? *soft*

Jin looked at her for a moment before giving a small shrug

Jin : Enough! *smile* come downstairs when you get ready!

She nodded and disappeared into bathroom, Jin also took his mobile phone and came downstairs for arranging breakfast

After a while,

When Aesha  got ready, she walked downstairs quietly, still adjusting the sleeves of her outfit, As she reached the kitchen, she stopped slightly because Jin was there already cooking, moving around the kitchen like he’d done this a thousand times before

Aesha : You cook everyday? *shocked*

Jin looked back briefly before shaking his head

Jin : Breakfast? Everyday!  *smile* but Lunch and dinner occasionally!

Aesha looked at the plates and then looked at him

Aesha : you mean you single handedly cook breakfast for everyone! *shocked*

Jin : Yes! *nodded* Why?

Aesha : No I mean you don't have maids? *confused*

Jin looked back to her and then looked at the dining hall, Aesha also looked there and saw maids were arranging the table

Jin : I like to cook for everyone! *soft*

Aesha : O-oh! Okay! Can I help? *soft*

Jin : No, it’s fine! *smile* You can sit at the dining table!

Before she could reply, he handed her a cup of coffee and she looked at it for a second

Aesha : Thanks! *smile*

She walked toward the dining table and sat down quietly, watching the peaceful atmosphere which lasted exactly five seconds

Jungkook : HYUNG! *annoyed*

Jungkook came running downstairs like his life depended on it, still wearing loose trousers and a plain black Tshirt, Jin came out of the kitchen and looked at him

Jin : What are you doing? *angry* Jk! You'll be late---

Jungkook grabbed his own hair dramatically and came to him

Jungkook : My uniform! Where is it?! *worried*

Jin : *blinked* Obviously in your room? *confused*

Jungkook : No, there’s nothing there! *whined* Hyung, please help me. I don’t wanna be late on the first day of exams!

Aesha quietly sipped her coffee, and Jin sighed like this happened every day

Jin : Did you even check properly?

Jungkook : Yes! *annoyed*

Jin : PROPERLY? *angry*

Jungkook : May be N-no! *gulped*

Jin closed his eyes for a second, Then silently walked upstairs, Aesha looked at Jin and could hear Jungkook following behind him while still panicking

Jungkook : Hyung, if I fail, it’s your responsibility! I just lost in your wedding! *annoyed*

Jin : You fail because you don’t study! Don't blame me! *cold*

Jungkook : That’s unrelated right now! *annoyed*

A few minutes later, Jin came back downstairs holding Jungkook’s school bag in his hands, Aesha looked up curiously and Jin placed his things on the table

Aesha : What happened? Did you find--

Jin : In the Gaming room! *sighed*

Aesha covered her smile with her coffee cup and shook her head

Jin : See! This is the things I've to deal with! That's why I didn’t want the wedding this close to their exams, but dad didn’t listen! *annoyed*

Aesha looked at him quietly for a second and before the conversation could continue, Both heard a voice

Y/n : Jinnie Oppa! *soft*

They looked up and Y/n walked in holding a book almost the size of her face, already reading while walking carefully downstairs

Jin : Good morning, princess! *smile*

Y/n hummed absentmindedly without looking up

Y/n : Can you do my hair? *soft*

Jin chuckled, walked over, and kissed the top of her head before guiding her to sit beside him

Jin : At least look where you’re walking first! *shook his head*

Jin stood behind Y/n and started fixing her hair carefully, tying it  while she kept reading like this happened every exams

Jin : It's done! *smile*

Y/n touched her hair lightly and nodded in approval, Jin placed a plate in front of her immediately and Y/n turned a page of her book, Didn’t even touch the food, Jin stared at her for a second before sighing softly

Jin : Princess! Eat first! *soft*

Y/n nodded obediently but her eyes remained on the book, Jin gave Aesha a look like see what I deal with? Then, without another word, he picked up a spoon himself and held it near her mouth

Y/n opened her mouth automatically while reading and Aesha smiled when Junngkook finally jumped downstairs properly dressed in his uniform, And Aesha flinched when Jungkook dropped dramatically into the chair

Jungkook : It's my first day of exam! Hyung! I'm sure you made my favorite! *excited*

Jin fixed his tie himself while Jungkook imagined his favorite breakfast the entire time, Jin nodded and placed plate in front of him, Completely different from Y/n’s

Aesha noticed immediately as Y/n’s breakfast was light and healthy and Jungkook’s looked bigger, messier, and clearly made for someone constantly hungry

Jungkook : *winked* That's like my favorite Hyung! I love you! *excited "

Jin : Just eat! *rolled his eyes*

Aesha smiled looking at them when Jimin came downstairs looking surprisingly awake for once, He walked straight to the table and sat down lazily

Jimin : Morning! Everyone! Morning Noona! *smile*

Aesha : Good morning! *smile*

Jin passed him a plate too without even asking and again that was Different food

Jin : What's this surprise in the morning!? You woke up this early? *confused*

Jimin : Obviously! It's my baby's first day of exam! I wanted to wish her luck! *smile*

Y/n chuckled and Jimin placed a kiss on her forehead, looking down at his breakfast and smiled slightly

Jimin : You made pancakes? *excited*

Jin : *nodded* You complained yesterday there weren’t any!

Jimin : *nodded* Cool hyung! Thank you!

Jin nodded, knowing exactly who liked what, who skipped meals, who needed reminders, who pretended not to care, and Aesha understood This wasn’t just responsibility to him, This was love

Aesha just looked down and Jin looked at Jimin

Jin : Suga must be still sleeping at this hour! *annoyed*

Jimin : Hyung probably slept at 5 AM! He won't wake up early! *while chewing*

Jin : *sighed* Someone has to drop these two! I think I have to--

Jimin : I can! *excited*

Before Jimin could finish, Y/n immediately looked up from her book and Jungkook shook his head

Jungkook & Y/n : No!

Jimin : *blinked* Why?

Jungkook : Because You drive like a criminal! We know you do have contacts in police department! But that's dangerous! *gulped*

Jimin : Shut up! I never drive fast when Y/n sits in my car, right princess? *soft*

He reached for his juice and Y/n nervously smiled, Jungkook was about to argue but Jin sighed

Jin : Okay but drive carefully! *soft*

Jimin : Of course! *excited*

He internally smiled only thinking about one thing and that was Inaya, Maybe he could see her before the exam started, Maybe wish her luck, The thought alone had him smiling to himself and Jungkook noticed instantly

Jungkook : Why are you smiling like that? *confused*

Jimin : *choked on air* W-What? I'm not smiling! *nervously*

Jungkook : You're smiling! And blushing! *confused*

Jungkook pointed his spoon at him and Jimin coughed hard this time

Jimin : Shut up and finish your breakfast! *angry*

Jungkook shrugged casually bit again looked at him

Jungkook : By the way, how did you meet that Inaya? My class fellow! You and Taehyung hyung were talking to her like you know her too well! *confused*

Before Jimin could panic properly, Y/n suddenly looked up from her book

Y/n : Inaya Unnie? You mean Inaya smith?

Jungkook : *nodded* Yeah! You invited her to wedding, right?

Y/n : *smile* Yes! Because She’s so sweet, oppa! Are you friends too? *excited*

She looked at Jimin who straightened instantly

Jimin : No? *nervously* I mean..not really! Actually Tae introduced us--

Taehyung : Liar! *cold*

Jimin looked horrified and looked back when Taehyung walked downstairs casually, he dropped into the chair beside Jungkook, and grabbed a toast from his plate without asking

Taehyung : When did I introduce you two? *scoffed*

Jimin : T-tae! *angry*

Taehyung : What Tae? *smirk* they should know the full story!

Jungkook : Story? *confused*

Jimin : There is no story--

Taehyung : Oh, there is! *smirk*

Y/n : What story? *confused*

Taehyung : *smirk* Baby! You know Your dear Jimin oppa accidentally destroyed Inaya’s bicycle!

Jimin pointed at Taehyung accusingly and Jungkook burst out laughing

Y/n : W-what? *shocked*

Jungkook : Cool! Of all people, you hit the topper’s bicycle? *laughed* she'll remember it! *smirk*

Jimin : N-no that was mistake--

Y/n : She’s my favorite senior, How will I face her now? *worried*

Jimin : *blinked* Why are you embarrassed? Princess--

Y/n : Because you’re my oppa! *annoyed* and she'll misunderstand!  Oh god! *closed her eyes*

Y/n grabbed his wrist anyway and looked at Jimin

Y/n : You’re coming with us and apologizing properly! *pout*

Jimin : I already apologized! Baby--

Y/n : No! She won't talk to me! *worried*

Jimin : Okay okay! I'm coming! Please don't cry!

He hugged her and kissed on her forehead

Jimin : I’m only coming because you’re forcing me! Okay? *soft*

He lied but inner did he really wanted this, Y/n smiled proudly like she had already won, shefinally managed to drag Jimin toward the entrance while he continued complaining the entire way and Jungkook walked past them with his and Y/n's bag

Jungkook : Hey Hyung's princess! What about your bag? Huh? Am I your servant! Take it! *angry*

They left and Taehyung leaned back in his chair with a small smile still on his face after watching Jimin suffer for the past twenty minutes

But the second his eyes met Jin’s,The smile faded slightly, He looked away first, There was no fight but Just distance, Taehyung quietly stood up from his chair but before he could leave, Jin spoke calmly from behind him

Jin : Do breakfast first! *soft*

Taehyung paused, For a second, he looked unsure whether to refuse or not, then he slowly nodded

Taehyung : Okay! *soft*

Jin opened the fridge without another word and took out a strawberry milk bottle, placing it in front of him automatically, Taehyung blinked once and Jin asked casually while arranging another plate

Jin : Are you going to college today?

Taehyung : *shook his head* Now in new semester! *soft*

Jin nodded and was about to eat first bite when Their parents entered in the dining Hall and Almost at the same time, Hoseok and Namjoon rushed downstairs, Jin looked at his brothers as one looked stressed and one looked tired

Mr Kim : Good morning! *smile*

Aesha : Good morning Uncle! *smile*

Mr Jeong : Are we late? *smile*

Jin : No uncle! Please sit! *smile*

They sat on their places but Jhope just looked at Jin

Jhope : Hyung! I'm leaving! I'll eat at company--

Jin : No need! And I told my manager to postpone the meetings so please sit and take breakfast! Namjoon you too!

Rm : Sorry hyung! Buy I have to cover the entire company because Suga hyung is busy--

Jin : No need to do his work! *angry* he'll do it when he wakes up!

Rm nodded nervously and looked at Jhope before sitting on his chair

The parents sat at the table naturally while maids immediately stepped forward to serve them

Aesha just smiled at her parents being happy and talking with Mr and Mrs Kim while Jin didn’t move toward his parents, Aesha noticed Jin didn't ask what they wanted, Didn’t personally serve them, Everything with his parents was formal

Aesha stared quietly while Jin moved around the table naturally, fixing his brothers' plates, pouring drinks, making sure everyone had what they usually liked, Jhope complained the toast was too dry so Jin added jam himself, Namjoon said the coffee was too hot and Jin silently switched the cups, when Taehyung wanted more strawberries,Jin pushed the bowl toward him without asking, It was so automatic Like he had memorized everyone completely

Meanwhile, the parents simply ate quietly while the maids handled everything for them, The contrast felt strange to Aesha,Cold with the parents, Warm with the siblings, she knew Jin raised his siblings practically but this was too much

Mr. Kim noticed Aesha's gaze on Jin who was fussing over the younger ones and sighed slightly

Mr Kim : They’re old enough to eat on their own! Jin!

Aesha looked at Mr Kim and looked at Jin back who just nodded but still forced his brothers to eat properly

Mr Kim : Where's Suga? *confused* is he still sleeping or what? *angry*

Suga : What do you want from me now? *cold*

Suga's voice suddenly echoed through the dining area and Everyone turned, He walked downstairs already dressed, looked ready for work, not like someone who got married yesterday

Namjoon and Jhope immediately exchanged looks and turned to him

Namjoon : You're awake? *shocked*

Suga ignored him and walked straight to the table, sitting beside Jin naturally like always, Mr. Kim looked at him immediately and raised his eyebrows

Mr Kim :Where's Aria? *confused*

Suga picked up the coffee Jin silently passed to him before answering

Suga : Still sleeping! *cold*

He looked at Mr. Jeong who looked slightly concerned while Mrs. Jeong immediately stood up

Mrs Jeong : I-I’ll wake her--

Suga : She got hurt last night by Glass pieces! Let her sleep!

Mrs. Jeong slowly sat back down again, Meanwhile, Taehyung almost choked on his milk  Namjoon looked down immediately to hide his expression and Hoseok stared at Suga in disbelief, Because the way he said it Sounded strangely normal.

suga noticed all three staring at him and narrowed his eyes slightly

Suga : What? She broke my expensive wine bottle! And doing idiot stuffs, she stepped on that glass pieces! *cold*

They nodded and Suga looked at the food which Jin passed him and quietly took a bite anyway, Aesha noticed it immediately as None of the brothers argued with Jin for long

Mr. Kim watched the table silently before speaking again

Mr Kim : Ihave work prepared for both of you! So you have to go to the company later--

Suga didn’t answer, Instead, he looked toward Jin whocalmly placed his cup down before finally speaking

Jin : We’re not going today! *cold*

Mr. Kim : *frowned* Excuse me? You're the CEO but still working under me! *cold*

Jin : *rolled his eyes*  we know! But by now the media and entire company already know about the wedding! So it's not safe! *cold*

Namjoon : *nodded* Jin hyung is right! We already handled most announcements!

Jhope : and we're suffering today! Even if they don't come to the company! *annoyed*

Mr Kim : Marriage doesn’t stop work--

Jin : we don't stop work! It's Just hobi and Namjoon will handle everything and also unnecessary attention creates problems! If we go today, media will surround the companies. Reporters will follow them everywhere!

He gestured slightly toward Aesha and upstairs where Aria was sleeping

Jin  : Neither of them needs that on the first day! *cold*

Suga : And honestly, I don’t have the patience for cameras today! Or people! *rolled his eyes*

Mrs. Kim looked at her sons for a long moment before finally sighing, he didn’t look fully convinced But he didn’t argue further either, Jin immediately changed the topic and stood up

Jin : Hobi! check the investor meeting files before noon!

Jhope : Yes hyung! Don't worry! *cold*

Jin : *turned to Mr Kim* I'm in drawing room! When you want to talk, just call me! *bowed*

He left from there and everything felt again quiet, Suga also took the last sip of his coffee and left behind him

After a while,

When Mr Kim came to drawing room, suga was standing leanimg against the wall while Jin stood properly near the table, Mr Kim sighed and sat on couch

Mr Kim : Do you both know about Hoseok’s girlfriend? *cold*

Jin and Yoongi exchanged a quick glance Then Jin answered calmly

Jin : Not personally. But I know about her! Why? *confused*

Mr Kim : *nodded* I met her yesterday in the Wedding!

Neither brother spoke But something in their father’s tone already felt wrong, After a moment, Mr. Kim sighed and leaned back on couch

Mr Kim : I don’t think she’s fit for this family! *cold*

Suga : What do you mean? *confused*

Mr Kim : She has no background powerful enough to stand beside Hoseok! She’s not suitable! So I want you to convince him to leave her!

Suga scoffed quietly first and Then straightened properly

Suga : I'm not gonna do that! I saw him yesterday and He’s completely serious about her--

Mr Kim : And that’s exactly the problem! Hoseok thinks emotionally So someone needs to think practically! *cold*

Suga : *scoffed* No you don't understand--

Mr Kim : I’m giving this responsibility to you! Jin! *cold*

He turned to Jin ignoring suga's words and Jin’s eyes slowly lifted toward his father

Mr Kim : Make Hoseok understand! *cold*

Suga : *angry* Look Dad--

Mr Kim : *to Jin* I know he listens to you the most! By the time I return, I don’t want that girl connected to this family anymore! I'll start looking for a suitable girl for Hoseok! *cold*

Jin’s jaw tightened slightly but didn't say a word, Honestly He didn’t want this responsibility because he knew Hoseok, he didn’t want to be the person standing between his siblings and happiness but at the same time Years of habit made one thing difficult for Jin, Disobeying his father directly, he just closed his eyes and gave a small nod, Not because he agreed But because he didn’t know what else to do in that moment

Mr. Kim : *smile* I expected this only from you!

A rare proud smile appeared on his father’s face and he stood up calmly like the conversation was finished

Suga scoffed under his breath and walked out first, Jin followed silently behind him and Outside, guards were already loading luggage into the cars for the airport

Their mother and the Jeong family waited near the entrance

Jin : So you’re leaving now? *confused* Stay for an hour! JK and Y/n will be back soon, At least meet them before going! *Worried*

Mr Kim : *shokk his head* We can’t delay anymore. If we miss the schedule, tomorrow’s meetings will be affected! *cold*

Jin’s jaw tightened slightly and he looked down thinking Always meetings, Always schedules, Always work, Never them, His fists slowly clenched beside him anyway

He knew something his parents never seemed to understand, Jungkook and Y/n still waited for them, Still got excited when they visited, Still wanted normal parents despite everything And yet Their parents always left first, Mrs. Kim stepped closer with a soft smile and held his hand

Mrs Kim : We trust you, Jin! You’ll take care of your siblings well, and honestly, they’re more comfortable with you boys than with us anyway! *sad smile*

A bitter smile appeared on Jin’s face and he looked at his mother

Jin : You’re supposed to be here, so they can become comfortable around you! *cold*

The room went still and Aesha looked at Jin immediately, There was no anger in his tone but somehow That made it hurt more, Mr. Kim simply adjusted his coat like he didn’t hear the deeper meaning behind the words and Mrs. Kim’s smile faded slightly, but she still didn’t answer

Because what could they say? It was true, Aesha stood quietly near Aria, watching everything carefully as This house was built around the siblings, Not the parents, Only Jin remembered other’s schedules, meals, habits, moods, he practically raised the younger ones himself andd now she understood why

Because their parents chose distance so naturally That the siblings learned to survive without expecting affection from them, Jin finally spoke again after a long silence

Jin : The cars are ready! *cold*

Mr. Jeong nodded once before turning toward his daughters

Mr Jeong : Take care! *smile*

Aesha hugged her mother briefly while Aria only gave a small nod to her parents, Everyone started moving toward the entrance except Suga who stayed in the living room

When their parents left, and Jin came inside and Suga turned sharply toward Jin

Suga : What did you just say to dad? *angry*

Aesha and Aria both looked confused from the entrance but Jin sighed tiredly

Jin : Don’t create a scene! *annoyed*

Suga : A scene? You just agreed to ruin Jhope's relationship and I’m creating a scene? *scoffed*

Jin : Lower your voice--

Suga : How can you even do this to your own brother? *angry*

Jin : I’m not against their relationship! *angry* I just want to clarify if she’s actually good for jhope or not! And You’re misunderstanding me! *angry*

Suga : No hyung, I understand you perfectly! *angry* You always do this! Always ruling everyone’s lives!

Jin : Suga--

Suga : No listen to me first! *angry* What if you don’t like her? Huh?  Then what? Jhope should leave the girl he loves because Kim Seokjin doesn’t approve? *sarcastic* You never change! Hyung!

Those words made Jin’s face fall slightly and Suga looked away

Suga : You always think you know what’s best for everyone but it's not always true! You can't be right everytime! *angry*

He took a step near him and Aesha gasped, she looked at them and turned to Suga

Aesha : S-suga--

Suga : IT'S OUR MATTER! *angry*

He yelled on Aesha but Jin held his collar and yanked him in front of his face

Jin : ENOUGH! I didn’t do anything wrong till now! So don’t ever try yelling at me or her like this!

For a second, The old authority in Jin’s voice returned naturally But this time, Suga didn’t back down, Instead, he stepped closer and glared at him

Suga : Fine! Do whatever you want But let me make one thing clear too! If that girl isn’t dangerous then I’ll support this relationship no matter what! *cold* if she genuinely loves hobi, then I’m standing with him and I’m challenging you! *scoffed*

Suga stared at Jin for one long second but Jin turned around coldly

Jin : Come, Aesha! We need to go! *cold* We don't have whole day for this nonsense!

Aesha immediately stood beside him and before leaving, She looked back once at Suga, She realized something that The biggest danger inside this family wasn’t mafia enemies, It was the love these brothers had for each other Because they loved so deeply, That every disagreement became a war

On the other side,

At Y/n and Jungkook's school,

Outside the school dorm building, Jimin stood near the car trying to act normal but Failing badly, One hand stayed in his pocket while the other held a small gift bag carefully, He kept checking the dorm entrance every few seconds, looking way too nervous for someone

Beside him, Jungkook watched with complete judgment and scoffed

Jungkook : She’s not even that special, why are you sweating? *annoyed*

Jimin : I’m not sweating! *annoyed* Mind your business!

Jungkook crossed his arms dramatically and scoffed

Jungkook : Hyung, I’m telling you. She’s not a normal girl! She’s a witch; I didn’t even know she existed in my class before Y/n started talking about her, That’s suspicious! *annoyed*

Jimin : *blinked* You don’t know half your class! *disbelief*

Before Jimin could reply,  Y/n came running out first, happily pulling Inaya behind her by the wrist, Inaya looked slightly confused from being dragged outside so suddenly, but the moment her eyes landed on Jimin, She paused and Jimin straightened immediately

Meanwhile Jungkook rolled his eyes like this entire situation embarrassed him personally, Y/n pushed Inaya slightly forward and Jimin instantly looked at her

Y/n : You know him right? *pout* he's my oppa and he didn't break your bicycle intentionally! Sorry unnie!

Inaya : W-what! Why are you--

Jimin : Princess, why are you apologizing? I did mistake then I'll apologize! *soft*

Then he turned toward Inaya properly and cleared his throat awkwardly

Jimin : It was my fault So… I’m sorry!

Inaya : *shook her head* B-but you already apologized--

Jimin carefully held out the gift bag toward her and She looked down at it in surprise

Jimin : You refused to let me replace your bicycle, So I thought… maybe just take this instead! *smile*

Inaya : No! you didn’t have to--

Y/n : Please take it! He was stressing over it since morning! *chuckled*

Jimin : Yaah princess! *disbelief*

Jimin looked horrified while Jungkook burst into laughter, Inaya tried to hide her smile before finally taking the bag carefully

Inaya : Thank you! *smile*

Jimin instantly relaxed a little and Inaya turned to leave but suddenly stopped and She slowly looked back at Jungkook, Jungkook noticed immediately and scoffed

Jungkook : What? *angry*

Inaya : *crossed her arms* Do you know we have exams today?

Jungkook : No, I came here for sightseeing! *sarcastic*

Jimin smacked the back of his head immediately and glared at him

Jimin : Behave! *angry*

Jungkook rubbed his head dramatically and pointed at Inaya

Jungkook : But look at her question, hyung. What am I supposed to say? *angry*

Inaya : *rolled her eyes* Oh, duffer. I asked because exams mean uniforms!  And Uniforms include shoes too! Our black school shoes!

Jungkook frowned and Inaya slowly pointed downward, Jungkook looked down casually Then froze, He was wearing bright black-and-white Crocs, Jimin looked down too and Then all three stared at Jungkook together

Jungkook : WHAT THE--

Jimin : Hey! *angry*

Jungkook : Sorry! *gulped* I can’t go inside like this! Hyung! *worried*

Jimin covered his face with one hand immediately and Jungkook held his collar

Jungkook : I DON’T HAVE EXTRA SHOES IN MY LOCKER! Hyung!

Jimin immediately pushed him back and glared at him

Jimin : Leave my clothes! *angry*

Y/n : What if teacher will see this, she won't allow you--

That made Y/n smile finally and Inaya stood quietly beside them, watching the interaction without interrupting, The way Jimin’s entire personality changed around his sister surprised her a little, He looked softer Completely different from the rude, frustrated guy from that bicycle incident

Jungkook was still spiraling mentally about the Crocs when Jimin sighed and grabbed him by the back of the neck, physically turning him toward Y/n

Jimin : She’s wishing you luck! *cold*

Jungkook: Oww! Okay okay! Thanks ! Best of luck! *gulped*

Y/n smiled proudly and Inaya laughed softly, Jimin's eyes shifted toward her automatically And for a second, He just stared Because this was probably the first time he’d seen her laugh properly, Her smile reached her eyes slightly, softening her whole face and Jimin completely forgot Jungkook was still attached to his arm

Jungkook rolled his eyes and came our of his grip and Jimin awkwardly cleared his throat, giving a small wave to Y/n and Inaya

Jimin : Good luck both of you! *smile*

Jimin looked at Jungkook and sighed deeply

Jimin : Yeah… I’ll need it!

Inaya laughed softly again before disappearing inside the school building with Y/n and Jimin Sat down on the nearby bench with the dumbest smile on his face

Meanwhile Jungkook paced around in stress when A car stopped harshly near the gate, Taehyung stepped out and Without saying anything, he threw a pair of black school shoes directly at Jungkook’s chest

Jungkook caught them dramatically like his life had been saved, he quickly changed his shoes right there and ran toward the building yelling

Jungkook : Thank you Hyung! I love you! *excited*

Jimin and Taehyung just smiled and inside the exam hall, Jungkook entered just in time before the teacher closed the door

He exhaled dramatically and looked around for his seat but he froze when he saw His seat was directly beside Inaya

Inaya looked up from arranging her pens and blinked once, Jungkook scoffed immediately and rolled his eyes before dropping into the chair beside her

Inaga ignored him and continued arranging her things, Jungkook looked around instead, searching for his friends and At the very back, Felix and Sehun were sitting together already laughing about something, Jungkook stood up and pointed at them in betrayal

He clicked his tongue dramatically and sat back, Two hours later when The exam finally ended, the teacher collected papers, and the room exploded with noise

Jungkook stretched tiredly before turning to his friends for snacks and they started arguing about food, when Jungkook suddenly noticed movement beside him

Inaya was opening the gift bag Jimin had given her and Curious, Jungkook glanced over but widened his eyes as Inside the box was a watch, Not just any watch but His eyes widened instantly when Inaya carefully lifted the limited-edition customized watch from the box, looking genuinely surprised

Before she could even process it, Jungkook suddenly grabbed it from her hands and Inaya stood up immediately

Inaya : Hey! *angry*

Jungkook stared at the watch in complete disbelief

Jungkook : How could he? How could he give this to you? *scoffed* Do you even know how expensive this is? *angry*

Inaya : You--

Jungkook : This thing costs more than this whole campus! *angry*

Felix and Sehun immediately came closer after hearing shouting and Felix blinked at the watch

Felix : That’s the one? *excited*Your brother finally got it?

Jungkook : YES! THE ONE! After THREE YEARS, three years of requests, waiting lists, investments, and crazy bidding!

Inaya : It’s just a watch? *confused*

All three boys gasped and Jungkook repeated like she committed a crime

Jungkook : Just? *scoffed* Do you know how rare this is? Hyung literally obsessed over this watch for years! *angrg*

Inaya : Then why did he give it to me? *scoffed*

Jungkook : *scoffed* Exactly my point! You don’t deserve this! My brother doesn’t even let me touch this properly and suddenly he gifts it to someone he barely knows? *scoffed* He literally invested three years into getting this!

Felix and Sehun looked at each other quietly now, noticing Jungkook getting genuinely irritated, Jungkook looked back at Inaya and took a step near her

Jungkook : And You think everyone can just wear this? *cold* this isn’t meant for someone like you!

Inaya glared at Jungkook and Some students nearby had already started listening.

Jungkook : You don’t even belong in that world, This watch costs more than most people’s houses! *smirk*

Felix : Jk? Stop it--

But he ignored him.

Jungkook : You should’ve just refused it! *cold* You don’t deserve something he worked this hard for!

His words hurt inaya And it showed for a second in her eyes, still she stayed standing straight but Around them, a few girls immediately sided with Jungkook

Girl1 : I mean… Jk's kinda right! *smirk*

Boy1 : That watch is literally impossible to get!

Boy2 : She should just return it!

Girl2 : Inaya probably doesn’t even know the brand! *laughed*

The whispers slowly spread, Jungkook wasn’t even trying to embarrass her intentionally anymore But every word kept making it worse

Inaya looked around once at the murmuring students before looking back at Jungkook quietly, She could’ve argued, Could’ve fought back easily

Physically, she was more than capable of shutting him up but she didn’t, Instead, she just looked at the watch one last time and Then at him

Inaya : Keep it! *cold*

Before Jungkook could say anything else, Inaya picked up her bag and walked out of the classroom

The whispers followed her all the way outside but Jungkook rolled his eyes like he’d won the argument and slid the watch carefully into his pocket.

Felix : That was harsh! Jk--

Jungkook : So what? *annoyed* don't teach me what to do!

Jungkook ignored him and walked out of the classroom, At the entrance gate, he found Y/n waiting with her books in hand and Jungkook smiled

Jungkook : How was the exam? *smile*

Y/n : Too good! What about you?

Jungkook : Will pass--

Before Y/n could ask further, a familiar bike stopped near them and suga stepped down and Jungkook walked closer

Jungkook : Hyung? Why are you here? And where's Jin hyung? I thought--

Instead of answering, Suga casually tossed a set of bike keys toward him and Jungkook caught them automatically.

Suga : Take Y/n home! Don't ask too much!

Jungkook : Okay! *annoyed*

Suga : And I'm going out! Just call Jin hyung for lunch!

Jungkook nodded and sighed dramatically wearing helmet, when Y/n climbed onto the bike behind him carefully
