CHAPTER I. MEET THE NEWBIE

Y/N is an ordinary and single woman that haven't dated a guy for a long time because of the bad experiences she had with her past relationships and all the men that she dated before didn't touched or had sex with her because she really wants to do it when they are married but the men that she had dated in the past wants to have sex already with her but whenever she refused many times to them, Y/N ended up to be cheated by them because it was like purely they just want someone to fulfill their sexual needs. She has a friend named Sejin who was already married and they meet in a cafe...

"Y/N, how's life?" Sejin asked.

"As always, I am still single and living a happy life." Y/N said and smiled at her.

"Seriously Y/N! don't you really want to date someone again? Why don't you try to date Eric your co-employee in your office and it seems you two are close." Sejin said.

"Sejin, Eric is just my close friend in work and I don't have any plans to date him ok? You are nagging me again about dating someone." Y/N said.

"Girl! We are not getting any younger and I don't want you to be alone for the rest of your life!" Sejin said.

"Is there something wrong being single?" Y/N asked.

"I mean Y/N, it's ok to be single for now in our age but being single for a long time will not make your life happy at all remember that ok? but I encourage you to try to date someone again. I know your experience with men but those are all in the past now. There might be someone can understand you and cherish you now." Sejin said and Y/N sighed.

"I don't know Sejin! but please don't nag me too much to that thing ok? If I am ready again to open my heart, I will inform you don't worry!" Y/N said.

"Ok! I will respect you Y/N. I have to go now because I will meet my husband now." Sejin said.

"Ne! Take care Sejin! Have fun with your bonding with him!" Y/N said and smiled at her.

"Ok! Bye! Take care too Y/N!" Sejin said and she went home and then someone called her and it was Changmin.

THEIR CONVERSATION...

Changmin: Hey Y/N!

Y/N: Hey Changmin! Why did you call me? Are there any problems in the office?

Changmin: We have a newbie and his name is Lee Juyeon but he is only a part-timer. It means he will not be able to go to work everyday and you will be the one who will train him.

Y/N: Oh! Ok! Is he going to work the whole day?

Changmin: No Y/N, he will just work half-day.

Y/N: Why is he going to work half-day only?

Changmin: he also has other work that's why he just applied for being a part-timer in the company.

Y/N: Oh! it seems he is a busy man.

Changmin: Yup! But he didn't mention what was his other work.

Y/N: Oh! I See! Thanks for the information! I have to do something now! See you tomorrow and take care Changmin!

Changmin: Thanks, Y/N! Take care and see you tomorrow too!

END OF CONVERSATION.

After having a conversation with Changmin about the new employee.

"I wonder what was his another work/business? Oh well! I shouldn't think that since he is only a newbie" Y/N thought.

IN SEJIN'S HOUSE...

Sejin went home with her husband, Jaebeom and they talked about Y/N.

"So, how's meeting with Y/N today? Did she already have a boyfriend?" Jaebeom asked.

"As usual, she still don't have a boyfriend." Sejin said.

"Oh! I see! But does she have any plans to date someone right now?" Jaebeom asked.

"I am thinking of a plan and I can do it for her birthday. I guess." Sejin said.

"Oh! It seems that's interesting yeobo(honey!)" Jaebeom said and smiled at her.

"Yes, it is! It will be a big surprise for her!" Sejin said and winked at Jaebeom and they laughed.

NEXT DAY...

Y/N went to the office and set-up for work and someone approached her.

"Good morning Y/N! Here's a energy drink for you! I heard that a newbie is coming to your department." Eric said.

"Good morning! Yup! Changmin informed me yesterday also, I will be the one who will train him and he is a part-timer. Thanks. Eric for this energy drink!" Y/N said and smiled to him.

"No problem Y/N! So can we have lunch break later?" Eric asked.

"Sure! Since you are only my friend here!" Y/N said.

"Ok! I have to go back to work now! See you later! Have a nice day Y/N!" Eric said and smiled.

"Ok! Have a nice day too Eric!" Y/N said and smiled back at him. Then Eric walked back to his working station and while she continues to work, 2 persons approached her and it was Kevin who was working in human resource department and another man was beside him.

"Good morning Y/N! This is the new part-time employee you are going to train for today and I hope that Changmin also informed you that he will just work for half-day. Please introduce yourself to Y/N. " Kevin said.

"Good morning! I am Lee Juyeon! you can just call me Juyeon. I hope we get along!" Juyeon said and smiled at her.

"Wow! What a handsome and hot newbie he is! I really should train him well for today since he will be going to work until lunch break only." Y/N thought.

"Good morning! I am Kang Y/N! you can just call me Y/N. " Y/N said and smiled back to him.

"I think I should get going, Train him well Y/N ok? Because there's limited time for you to train him everyday." Kevin said.

"Ne! Don't worry Kevin! I will try my best to train him before lunch break." Y/N said.

"Ok! Bye! Have a nice day Y/N and Juyeon Fighting!" Kevin said and smiled at them.

After Kevin left them, Y/N starts to train Juyeon and while he tries to do the work that Y/N taught him...

"Juyeon, why did you just applied as a part-time employee only here?" Y/N asked.

"I have other work schedule to go after having part-time job here." Juyeon said.

"Oh! If you mind telling me what is your another work?" Y/N said.

"I am sorry Y/N, I can't disclose what's my other work to you. But the human resource department knows my other work but I told them no to tell others too. I hope you understand." Juyeon said.

"Oh! Ok! It seems you are really busy man huh?" Y/N said and Juyeon laughed.

"I think so! Don't worry Y/N, you will know as time goes by." Juyeon said and winked at Y/N.

"I really hope so Juyeon. But it's ok! I think I don't need to know your other work/business." Y/N said and Juyeon smirked.

"Ok! If you said so Y/N! I have to continue this now, you might scold me for not finishing this on time because I will leave at lunch break." Juyeon said.

"Haha! Don't worry, because it's your first day working here, I will let it slide first." Y/N said and smiled at Juyeon.

"Ok! Thanks Y/N!" Juyeon said and smiled back. Then as they continue to work, Y/N can't stop staring at Juyeon.

"Why is he so handsome and his eyes are really charming but have a killer gaze at the same time." Y/N thought and Juyeon noticed it.

"Y/N, what are you looking at? You are staring at me too much and it disturbs me." Juyeon said and laughed.

"OMO! He noticed me! I shouldn't have stared at him like that!" Y/N thought.

"Oh! Sorry about that Juyeon! I should go to Chanhee now to get some files from him. I will be right back ok? Y/N said.

"Ok! I will wait for you Y/N!" Juyeon said and smiled. Then while she will go to Chanhee's working station.

"I had a lame excuse to him gosh!" Y/N thought and as she reached Chanhee's working station.

"Good morning Y/N! What brings you here? Do you need anything?" Chanhee asked.

"I am going to get some files from you so that I can show it to Juyeon, our new part-time employee." Y/N said.

"Oh! Ok! I heard that his other work outside the office is confidential." Chanhee said.

"Ne! He didn't tell me too. Oh! Well, I think we don't need to know about him if he really is a private person." Y/N said.

"You have a point Y/N! These are the files to work on. Have a nice day Y/N with Juyeon!." Chanhee said.

"Ne! Thanks Chanhee! Have a nice day too!" Y/N said and went back to Juyeon and she noticed that Juyeon went to the bathroom and she saw that Juyeon had so many messages in his mobile phone.

"Wow! It seems he have so many business to work on and he will meet after his part-time job here." Y/N thought and that time Juyeon went back to the working station.

"Juyeon, you have so many messages and calls in your mobile phone, and it seems you have many clients to meet after this part-time job huh?" Y/N said.

"Oh! Yup! But sometimes I still have time for myself a vacation." Juyeon said.

" I am sorry to ask you this, are you single too?" Y/N asked.

"Ne! I am single Y/N, why do you ask? Are you also single?" Juyeon asked.

"Yup! I am also single for a long time." Y/N said and looked at him.

"Oh! I see! I thought you are dating someone." Juyeon said.

"Why do you say that?" Y/N said. "Well, you are attractive Y/N and yet you didn't date someone now?" Juyeon said and looked at her.

"OMO! Did he just said I am attractive?" Y/N thought.

" Honestly, some guys are asking me out but I refuse their offer because I am not that fond of dating someone now and I want to take my time now in opening my heart now to someone because of my past experience." Y/N said.

"Oh! I am sorry to hear that Y/N! But I understand how you feel Y/N!" Juyeon said .

"No it's ok Juyeon! They were just my past relationships." Y/N said and smiled at Juyeon and he smiled back and as times goes by, it was time for Juyeon to go leave the office because it was their lunch break.

"Y/N, these are the files that I finished and I have to go. See you tomorrow and Take care!" Juyeon said.

"Ne! Thanks, Juyeon for today! Aren't you going to have lunch first before going out in the office?" Y/N asked.

"I can have lunch while going to my client because I have schedules aligned for today." Juyeon said.

"Oh! Ok! Take care and see you tomorrow Juyeon!" Y/N said and she waved goodbye to Juyeon and he waved back. Then after Juyeon left, Y/N went to the cafeteria and had lunch break with Eric.

"Hey Y/N! How's your training to the part-time employee?" Eric said.

"Well, he's a fast-learner and his name is Lee Juyeon. But he just left now." Y/N said.

"Why? Does he only work just for half-day?" Eric asked.

"Ne! Because aside from being a part-time employee here, he has other business to take care of." Y/N said.

"how did you know that he has other business/work?" Eric asked.

"While he was in the bathroom, his mobile phone keeps vibrating because of the messages and calls from his clients." Y/N said.

"Wow! Do you know his business he is working on? Eric said.

"Nope! He don't want to tell me because its confidential, but the human resources department knows it but he also told them not to disclose anything about his other business." Y/N said.

"He is really a private person. But I think it's not a bad business right? Because if the human resource department knows it, then he will not be hired if it was an illegal business." Eric said.

"Yup! You're right! I am really curious what was he working on outside the office." Y/N said.

"Why? Are you interested to Juyeon?" Eric asked.

"It doesn't mean that If I am curious about him I am already interested to him, ok?" Y/N said and Eric laughs.

"Chill Y/N! I am just asking you and you are now defensive. I thought you will finally date someone!" Eric said and laughed more.

"Aish! Hajima!(Stop it!) I am still not ready for any commitment." Y/N said.

"Ok! I will stop teasing you now to Juyeon." Eric said and still laughing. Then they went back to work and because she is dying with curiosity with Juyeon she decided to ask Kevin via message about his profile.

THEIR CONVERSATION...

Y/N: Good afternoon Kevin! I have something to ask you.

Kevin: Good afternoon too Y/N! What are you going to ask?

Y/N: It's about Lee Juyeon the new part-time employee.

Kevin: What are you curious about Juyeon?

Y/N: I am really curious about his other work aside from being a part-time employee here.

Kevin: About that Y/N, I am really sorry but I can't really give you the answer because we are not allowed to disclose his other business/work. The important thing is that Juyeon has no illegal business/work doing ok? So, no worries!

Y/N: Ok! I understand Kevin, Thank you for your little information. I have to work now.

Kevin: No problem! Thanks for your cooperation Y/N!

END OF CONVERSATION.

As time goes by, it was time for them to go home and Eric is always driving Y/N home while going to Y/N's place, they saw Juyeon he met someone in a hotel and...

"Eric, look it's Juyeon the new part-time employee he's meeting someone. I think it's his client" Y/N said.

"Oh! Until this night he has business? What a busy guy he is huh!" Eric said.

"You're right! It seems that every day he has tight schedule." Y/N said and then Eric continues to drive and they reached Y/N's house and...

"Thanks, Eric always for driving me home! See you tomorrow!" Y/N said.

"No problem Y/N! Bye! See you tomorrow too!" Eric said and they waved goodbyes then Y/N went inside her apartment.

Then Y/N decided to call Changmin about Juyeon.

THEIR CONVERSATION...

Y/N: Good evening Changmin!

Changmin: Hey! Y/N! How's your training to the new part-time employee?

Y/N: Juyeon is a fast learner and do you have any idea about his other work?

Changmin: I have no idea, because I heard too that human resource department don't want to disclose also his other business outside the office.

Y/N: Oh! Ok! I thought you know also.

Changmin: But I heard also that Juyeon have sort of certification for his other work.

Y/N: Wow! A certification?

Changmin: Yup! But I don't know in what field he has the certification.

Y/N: Now I know why he has so many clients.

Changmin: How did you know he has many clients?

Y/N: I saw in his mobile phone earlier that it keeps vibrating because of the messages and calls he is receiving.

Changmin: Wow! Juyeon is really popular huh?

Y/N: Yup! He also told me that he has aligned schedules in each day.

Changmin: Oh! I see! It seems you two are getting close huh? What about Eric?

Y/N: It's just normal for me to get close to a newbie. Eric and I still are close friends.

Changmin: Ei! You've been so close to him for a long time but still, you aren't dating Eric?

Y/N: Changmin! Can we just stop about that dating topic. I am not still ready to be in a relationship again.

Changmin: Oh! I see! Ok! I am sorry about that Y/N! I have to sleep now. Good night and see you tomorrow!

Y/N: Ok! Good night and see you tomorrow Changmin!

After their conversation, Y/N went to sleep and tries to stop thinking about Juyeon's business.
