★ Chapter 16 ★

After a long day at school, Jungkook then drove us home. As we reached the dorm, we took a quick change into a casual outfit and went to Bighit Building.

Like always, i sat on the couch and watched them singing,dancing,rapping and vocalling. To be honest, it was extremely boring doing and watching the same thing over and over again. If i was in water, i could have drowned.

Then Hyesoo came into my thought. If i could remember, the last date we have together was around few years ago. Such a long age. Even now after she came back from Australia, we still barely hang out together. That was all because of her too busy with her boutique. Yes, she ran a boutique.

Without wasting any more time, i sent her a message and told her that i want to meet up with her at the coffee shop near her boutique. Not so long after that, she replied a yes.

I then hopped up from the couch and ran into Bangtan room. As i crashed into the room, i was being welcomed by a crashed eyebrows Namjoon. He gave me a confused look as i didnt knock on the door before crashed in.

I giggled at his look and walked towards him.

"Namjoon-ah, can i have your permission to meet my friend?". I asked him with a wide smile drawed on my face.

He laughed at me and his face got darkened. This doesnt feel good at all.

"After what happened last night,you still think i'll let you go? Huh?". As he said that he then turned back and continued his work.

I should have expected this. Stupid me.But still, i cant let this happen. What if Hyesoo already wait for me there.

"But i told her already and she probably wait for me." I begged him and he turned back and faced me.

"Please Namjoon. Please please please." I pleaded.

He shook his head and stood up. He held onto my shoulder and stared straight into my eyes.

"You know right? I did this because i care of you. I dont want to expose you to any danger. We dont know what may happen if i let you go. Sometimes, you gotta understand that all of us here try our best to protect you." He explained softly.

I looked down frustratedly knowing that i have no more words to debate with him. Then i heard that Namjoon sighed."Uhh fine. I will let you go-"

"Really? Really?". I asked him not even wait for him to finish his sentence.

"Calm down. I'll let you go BUT not alone."

I smiled cheekily and winked at him."Okay... then i'll have borrow Jungkook for today." I said at him while giggling.

He then nodded and i threw my body at him, hugged him tightly."Thank you Namjoon. Thank you thank you thank you!." I uttered it happily and brushed his hair.

Soon after that, i walked out from Bangtan room and saw that the other members were laying their body on the cold floor panting so hard after finished their dance routines.

Ignoring the other members, i made my way to Jungkook. He looked up at me and closed his eyes. I smirked and sat down next to him. I poked his cheeks but he still didnt want to open his eyelids.

I was getting so pissed. Then, i pinched his cheeks so hard that made he groaned and sat up. He then carressed the spot softly and rolled his eyes at me.

I stared at him blankly who was so into the pain till he noticed it and stopped carressed it."What do you want?."

I lighted up with that question and i brought my face closer to his.

"I.Need.You.To.Give.Me.Company.To.Meet.HYESOO." I whispered at him.

He shot me with his stare and shook his head furiously."In.Your.Dream." He said and finished his sentence by giving me a flick on my forehead.

I then groaned in pain and elbowed him at his stomach.

"That was really hurt you jerk. Not just my forehead but also my heart." I said to him and rolled my eyes.

He mimicking my words and did the "L" sign. The members who saw it bursted into laugh and joined Jungkook did the same thing.

Not be able to bear the heartaches anymore, i stood up and crossed my arms on my waist.

"Fine. Dont need to give me company then. I'll go with GOO JUNHOE." I said to him sounded pissed and stormed out of the choreo room.

At least i tried.

"No.! Not even once i'll let you go with him." Said Jungkook as he held onto my hand. I then watched him blankly.

"Wait here for a second, im going to get my jacket and the car key." I chuckled at it.

That was fast. I never thought that this trick will succeed.

He then took his jacket and put it on his body. He also slung his bag onto his shoulder and put the car key in his pocket.

"Hyung, i guess i wont be able to attend tonight's practice." He said to his hyungs and the others gave a nod as a reply.

We then made our way to Jungkook's car.When i stepped in the car, Jungkook got a phone call and told me to start the engine first. So, without any second thought, i did it.

I watched him from inside of the car and his facial expression didnt really look good. Is there something happened?

Once he ended the call, he stepped in and pushed the pedal. There were only silence in the car during the ride along with the classic music.

"So,...are you mad with me?" I asked him with a hope that i can break this awkward silence.

"Why should i?" He answered me with a question.

I played with my fingers and looked up at him who currently focusing on the road."Because i force you to come with me?"

He laughed histerically at me and i scoffed.

"Really Hyena? Do you think im going to get mad over this thing? To be really and extremely honest, i really want to skip tonight's practice and thanks to you, i managed to skip it." He said with a laugh and my face drawed a smile by itself.

"I knew it." I said with a scoff and he still cant stop laughing.

Half an hour later, we reached the Cafe. "There! She is already wait for me inside. We are late!" I yelled at Jungkook with my hand pointed at Hyesoo who sat alone at the corner of the cafe.

"Be grateful that we already reached here." Jungkook said and stepped out of the car. And so did i.

I was about to open the cafe's door when i noticed that Jungkook was not following me and my eyes wandered for him but he was none in my sight.

"Probably he went somewhere because he dont want to interrupt my little date with my precious Hyesoo." I mumbled to myself.

Without any hesitation, i went into the cafe and walked towards Hyesoo who were so into her phone. As i pulled out the chair, then she only noticed me.

"Only realize it now that im already here?" I asked her giggly.

"You are late though." She told me and put aside her phone.

"Okay. Lets not waste any more time. I need to ask and comfirm something with you. I also need to tell you something." I said to her and she gave a nod.

A real talk was about to begin.
