Okay here is the last part of Book, then onto weekly updates instead of 3 or so times a week, hope you enjoy and hope you conitnue to read this, as it isn't the end, but the beginning of a new chapter in Harmony's life.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

We finally got to the roof and the Doctor helped me up and out before walking over to the satellite receiver dish.-

"What, it's morning already? How did that happen?" Amy asks as we get onto the roof of the museum.

"History is shrinking. Is anybody listening to me?" the Doctor asks then turns around to see Amy and Rory rushing over to us. "The universe is collapsing. We don't have much time left." he tells them and I just take out my sonic and sonic the satellite receiver dish off its pole tossing it to the Doctor who catches it.

"What are you doing?" Rory asks us.

"Looking for the Tardis." the Doctor responds as he helps me down and pulls me over to the edge of the roof.

"But the Tardis exploded." Rory states.

"Okay then, we're looking for an exploding Tardis." I say rephrasing what the Doctor had said.

"I don't understand. So, the Tardis blew up and took the universe with it. But why would it do that? How?" Amy asks form the center of the roof where she and Rory were.

"Good question for another day. The question for now is, total event collapse means that every star in the universe never happened. Not one single one of them ever shone. So, if all the stars that ever were are gone, then what is that?" the Doctor asks pointing at the large burning ball in the sky. "Like I said, we're looking for an exploding Tardis."

"But that's the sun." Rory says trying to explain to us and I just shake my head.

"Is it? Well, here's the noise that sun is making right now." the Doctor says and I sonic the satellite and it makes the Tardis noise. "That's our Tardis burning up. That's what's been keeping the Earth warm."

"Doctor, there's something else." Rory points out and I flinch hearing River's voice.

'I'm sorry, my loves.'

"There's a voice." Rory says and the Doctor takes my sonic from me making it so that we could try and hear the voice.

"I can't hear anything." Amy says shaking her head confused as to what voice Rory was talking about.

"Trust the plastic." Rory says pointing to his ears.

'I'm sorry, my loves. I'm sorry, my loves. I'm sorry, my loves.'

"Doctor, that's River. How can she be up there?" Amy questions confused.

"It must be like a recording or something." Rory says trying to think of a logical explination.

"No, it's not." I say shaking my head getting upset about this, not likening that she was in a time loop.

"Of course, the emergency protocols. The Tardis has sealed off the control room and put her into a time loop to save her. She is right at the heart of the explosion." the Doctor concludes and I shove him off.

'I'm sorry, my loves. I'm sorry, my loves. I'm sorry, my loves'

"Well give me the vortex manipulator or so help me I am doing it myself" I say to the Doctor and he sighs but grips my arm and types in the coordinates so that we could save River.

"Hi, honey. I'm home." the Doctor says

"Hello darling, having fun?" I ask her and she gives us a glare.

"And what sort of time do you call this?" River asks us looking at her watch and I shrug but grab her arm just as the Doctor uses the Vortex manipulator to get us back on the roof and quickly hug her.

"I'm sorry we took so long had some other things to deal with, but on the positive side we did get you out of there, even if it took us a little while longer" I say and she just rolls her eyes and I grin but kiss her cheek jumping back and skipping over to Amy and Rory.

"Amy!" River says happily then notices Rory and gets a confused look on her face. "And the plastic Centurion?"

"It's okay, he's on our side." the Doctor reassures her.

"Really?" River asks.

"Yeah." the Doctor says.

"I dated a Nestene duplicate once. Swappable head. It did keep things fresh." River says and I pout not liking her dating someone or something else, and she rolls her eyes at me giving me a look and I just cross my arms over my chest. "Right then, I have questions, but number one is this. What in the name of sanity have you got on your head?" River asks turning to the Doctor and his fez.

"It's a fez. I wear a fez now. Fezes are cool." the Doctor responds and River gives me a look and I just nod before snatching the fez off his head and tossing it into the air where River shoots it into pieces.

"Oh!" the Doctor yells trying to snatch it back from me but it was too late.

Then the Dalek rises up above the parapet. 'Exterminate!'

"Run, run! Move, move. Go!" the Doctor yells grabbing the satellite dish and using it as a shield and they get back into the museum

"Come on!" Rory yells getting us down and the Doctor shuts the top of the roof.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

"Doctor, come on." River says rather irritated holding her gun up at the entrance to the roof as the Doctor sonics it closed.

"Shush. It's moving away, finding another way in." the Doctor says then starts to climbed down the ladder that reached the top of the entrance to the roof. "It needs to restore its power before it can attack again. Now, that means we've got exactly…" he says jumping down and looking at his watch that was on his writs. "…four and a half minutes before it's at lethal capacity.

"How do you know?" Rory asks as the Doctor passes him grabbing my hand and tugging me down the stairs with him.

"Because that's when it's due to kill me." the Doctor responds and I flinch knowing that the future Doctor was in the Pandorica, not sealed of course but sitting there nearly dead attaching himself to the Pandorica with the vortex manipulator so he could do The Big Bang.

"Kill you? What do you mean, kill you?" River questions him confused about who was killing him not wanting him to be killed.

"Oh, shut up. Never mind. How can that Dalek even exist? It was erased from time and then it came back. How?" the Doctor asks as we walk into the upper hallway and I was holding the Doctor's hand knowing that he was going to be 'killed' soon.

"You said the light from the Pandorica…" Rory starts to say but the Doctor cuts him off.

"It's not a light, it's a restoration field. But never mind, call it a light. That light brought Amy back, restored her, but how could it bring back a Dalek when the Daleks have never existed?" the Doctor says trying to figure it out.

"Okay, tell us." Amy says just wanting to get straight to the point.

"When the Tardis blew up, it caused a total event collapse. A time explosion. And that explosion blasted every atom in every moment of the universe. Except…" I trail off and Amy finishes my sentence for me.

"Except inside the Pandorica." she finishes.

"The perfect prison. And inside it, perfectly preserved, a few billion atoms of the universe as it was. In theory, you could extrapolate the whole universe from a single one of them, like, like cloning a body from a single cell. And we've got the bumper family pack." the Doctor says pointing to Rory.

"No, no. Too fast. I'm not getting it." Rory says shaking his head not understanding.

"The box contains a memory of the universe, and the light transmits the memory, and that's how we're going to do it." I say trying to explain it better.

"Do what?" Amy asks confused on what we were going to do.

"Relight the fire. Reboot the universe. Come on!" the Doctor yells snapping his finger pulling me away from them.

"Doctor, you're being completely ridiculous, Harmony tell him he is being completely ridiculous." River says and I turn to the Doctor.

"Darling you are being completely ridiculous, though this is totally going to work" I say and River shakes her head.

"I didn't mean encourage him, Doctor, Harmony the Pandorica partially restored one Dalek. If it can't even reboot a single life form properly, how's it reboot the whole of reality?" River asks him and he turns around.

"What if we give it a moment of infinite power? What if we can transmit the light from the Pandorica to every particle of space and time simultaneously?" the Doctor asks her.

"Well, that would be lovely, dear, but we can't, because it's completely impossible." River says raising her voice at the 'completely impossible' part.

"Ah no, you see, it's not." the Doctor says and bops her nose. "It's almost completely impossible. One spark is all we need."

"For what?" River asks him.

"Big Bang Two!" the Doctor and I say simultaneously.

"Now listen." the Doctor starts to say but the Dalek shoots the Doctor and I quickly fall to my knees brushing the Doctor's hair out of his face.

'Exterminate! Exterminate!'

"Get back. River, Harmony get back now!" Rory yells and Amy hides behind one of the walls.

'Exterminate!'

Rory shoots at the Dalek and it powers down again.

"Doctor? Doctor, it's me, River. Can you hear me? What is it? What do you need?" River asks and I let go of him knowing what he was going to do as he activates the vortex manipulator and vanishes. "Where did he go? Damn it, he could be anywhere." River says starting to panic slightly getting up as I stand up as well.

"He went downstairs, twelve minutes ago." Amy says rather softly.

"Show me!" River demands.

"River, he died." Amy says and I cough as River gives me a look and shift on my feet.

'Systems restoring. You will be exterminated.'

"We've got to move. That thing's coming back to life." Rory points out still holding his gun hand out at the Dalek.

"You go to the Doctor. I'll be right with you." River says and I peck her lips.

"Don't you dare show mercy, give it hell for me" I whisper in her ear and she nods just as I go to follow Amy and Rory.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

I finally got downstairs where the Doctor's body was not there, although Rory's jacket was, and tried to get past them to go to the Pandorica room but Amy stops me.

"How could he have moved? He was dead. Doctor? Doctor!" Rory yells just as River joins us and Amy looks at me funnily.

"But he was dead." Amy points out.

"Who told you that?" River asks glancing at me and I rub the back of my neck.

"He did. And Harmony agreed with him" Amy points out and I dry laugh.

RIVER: Rule one. The Doctor and Harmony lie. They do it to protect the people they care about." River says and I just wave.

"Sorry, he gave me that look, the look of help me make them believe me, so I couldn't I mean I knew he wasn't dead, but it had to happen, just can we go to the Pandorica room?" I ask shifting on my feet glancing at the Pandorica room.

"Where's the Dalek?" Amy asks as River walks past her.

"It died" River says with no emotion on her face and she grabs my arm pulling me along into the Pandorica room where the Doctor is in the Pandorica

"Doctor!" Amy yells as we race across over to the Pandorica and I rush over to the Doctor's side.

"Why did he tell us he was dead?" Rory asks confused why he lied.

"We were a diversion. As long as the Dalek was chasing us, he could work down here." Amy concludes.

"Doctor, can you hear me? What were you doing?" River asks trying to get the Doctor to wake up as the light from the Tardis is getting brighter.

"What's happening?" Rory asks.

"Reality's collapsing. It's speeding up." I say turning to look at Rory then gesture to the room where all the exhibits seemed to be going missing "Look at this room."

"Where'd everything go?" Amy asks confused.

"History's being erased. Time's running out. Doctor, what were you doing? Tell us. Doctor!" River says trying to get the Doctor to wake up and his eyes open slightly, and I grab his hand squeezing it softly as he squeezes it back.

"Big. Bang. Two." he says softly barely conscious.

"The Big Bang. That's the beginning of the universe, right?" Rory asks trying to remember if he was right.

"What, and Big Bang Two is the bang that brings us back? Is that what you mean?" Amy questions the Doctor.

"Oh." says finally getting what he was planning on doing as I just stroked the Doctor face and she looks at me and I nod making her eyes go wide.

"What?" Amy asks confused on why she had said 'oh'

"The Tardis is still burning. It's exploding at every point in history. If you threw the Pandorica into the explosion, right into the heart of the fire..." River trails off to Amy and Rory turning to face them

"Then what?" Amy asks wanting to know what happens.

"Then let there be light. The light from the Pandorica would explode everywhere at once, just like he said." River breathes out and I turn to look at her a sad simile on my face.

"That would work? That would bring everything back?" Amy asks trying to comprehend it all.

"A restoration field powered by an exploding Tardis, happening at every moment in history. Oh, that's brilliant. It might even work." River says and takes out the sonic scanning the vortex manipulator that was connected to the Pandorica. "He's wired the vortex manipulator to the rest of the box."

"Why?" Amy asks confused.

"So he can take it with him. He's going to fly the Pandorica into the heart of the explosion." River says her eyes wide and I just rests my head against the Doctor's who's breathing was rather slow but I kept my eyes closed trying to not let the tears fall.

A while later Amy and Rory were talking to each other and the Doctor was finally awake , well sort to f awake and wanted to talk to Amy, then talk to me.

"Amy, he wants to talk to you" River tells Amy and I watch from the Pandorica.

"So, what happens here? Big Bang Two? What happens to us?" Amy asks clearly not happy about this at all.

"We all wake up where we ought to be. None of this ever happens and we don't remember it." River says looking from Amy and Rory to me sadly and I bite my lower lip not knowing what was going to happen to me, as I have no idea where I ought to be, if I would end up with the Doctor or if I would end up with someone else or worse I would be shoved back home and that is when I stopped listening to their conversation only started until Amy walked to the Pandorica and wend to move but the Doctor grabbed my hand.

"Hi." Amy whispers trying not to cry.

"Amy Pond. The girl who waited all night in your garden. Was it worth it?" the Doctor asks her though very softly as he lightly squeezes my hand.

"Shut up. Of course it was." Amy says knowing that this was all worth it in the end.

"You asked me why I was taking you with me and Harmony and I said, no reason. I was lying." the Doctor says

It's not important." Amy says not wanting to talk about that.

"Yeah, it's the most important thing left in the universe. It's why I'm doing this. Amy, your house was too big. That big, empty house, and just you." the Doctor tells her anyway.

"And Aunt Sharon." Amy correct as to not being alone.

"Where were your mum and dad? Where was everybody who lived in that big house?" the Doctor asks her.

"I lost my Mum and Dad." Amy responds automatically.

"How? What happened to them? Where did they go?" the Doctor questions her and she stops to think but can't figure it out.

"I…I don't…" Amy says starting to panic about not remembering where her parents go.

"It's okay, it's okay. Don't panic, it's not your fault." the Doctor says trying to calm her down.

"I don't even remember." Amy says tears starting to fall down her face.

"There was a crack in time in the wall of your bedroom, and it's been eating away at your life for a long time now. Amy Pond, all alone. The girl who didn't make sense. How could I resist?" the Doctor asks and I just rest my head on his shoulder rubbing my thumb across his hand.

"How could I just forget?" Amy asks confused on how she could forget her parents.

"Nothing is ever forgotten. Not really. But you have to try, it's subconsciously there." I tell her trying to help her along.

"Doctor! It's speeding up!" River calls out to us just as Amy puts the Doctor's sonic screwdriver in his pocket.

"There's going to be a very big bang. Big Bang Two. Try and remember your family and they'll be there." the Doctor tells Amy and I squeeze his hand still confused about what was going to happen to me.

"How can I remember them if they never existed?" Amy asks confused.

"Because you're special. That crack in your wall, all that time, the universe pouring into your head. You brought Rory back. You can bring them back, too. You just remember and they'll be there." the Doctor says.

"And what about me, where will I go, why can't I just stay with you?" I ask him and he cups my face gently in his hands.

"You will be fine, I have no idea what is going to happen, but you will be fine, we have plenty more adventures to go on, so much more running, and you can't, I have to do this on my own" he says and I kiss his lips gently as he wipes my tears away from my face and lets go of my face turning back to Amy as I grip her hand.

"You won't." Amy says in distraught.

"You'll have your family back. You won't need your imaginary friend any more. Ha! Amy Pond crying over me, eh? Guess what?" the Doctor asks.

"What?" Amy responds with a question.

"Gotcha." the Doctor says just as the Pandorica closes.

"Back! Get back!" River says grabbing my arm as I feel more numb as the Pandorica takes off. River gets a text message.

"It's from the Doctor." River says.

"What does it say?" Amy asks.

"Geronimo." River and I say at the same time and the tears cloud my vision and soon there is a bang and everything goes black.
