A little while later Rory opened the Pandorica with the sonic screwdriver and we were released from the chairs and I jumped up and out of it as the Doctor gave Rory a look of confusion.

"How did you do that?" the Doctor asks confused.

"Harmony gave me this, you were there, but were taking too long according to her." Rory says holding up my sonic screwdriver and I look at him in confusion.

"But, it's supposed to be his…what?" I say reaching in my own sonic from my pocket only for the Doctor to snatch it out of my hand.

"No, she didn't." the Doctor says holding up my sonic.

"You did. Look at it." Rory says holding out my sonic and the Doctor touches my screwdriver to Rory's and they spark.

"Temporal energy. Same screwdriver at different points in its own time stream. Which means it was Harmony who gave it to you. Me and Harmony from the future. We've got a future. That's nice." the Doctor says grinning then noticing the fossilized Dalek and points at it "That's not."

"Yeah. What are they?" Rory asks as everyone who was in the chamber when the universe ended has been fossilized.

"History has collapsed. Whole races have been deleted from existence. These are just like after-images. Echoes." the Doctor says tapping his finger on one of the fossils. "Fossils in time. The footprints of the never-were.

"Er, what does that mean?" Rory asks confused and I sigh.

"Total event collapse." the Doctor starts to say and I finish for him.

"The universe literally never happened." I say making an emphasize on literally.

"So, how can we be here? What's keeping us safe?" Rory asks wondering how we were still fine.

"Nothing. Eye of the storm, that's all. We're just the last light to go out. Amy. Where's Amy?" the Doctor asks and look at Rory who's posture instantly changes to a look of defeat and I hug him.

"Not your fault, really it's not your fault" I say to him and the Doctor just looks at me confused and I just grab both of their hands and pull them back up to the surface knowing where Amy was.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

The Doctor uncovered the blanket that was covering Amy as Rory was really upset.

"I killed her." Rory says sounding broken for killing the love of his life.

"Oh, Rory." the Doctor says looking up at him then back at Amy.

"Doctor, Harmony, what am I?" Rory asks us.

"You're a Nestene duplicate. A lump of plastic with delusions of humanity." the Doctor says and starts to sonic Amy with my screwdriver that he hadn't given me back yet.

"But I'm Rory now. Whatever was happening, it's stopped. I'm Rory." Rory says trying to convince himself that he was and the Doctor was just egging him on.

"That's software talking." the Doctor says looking at the results from my sonic and tossing it back to me as I catch it putting it back in my pocket, however still rubbing Rory the wrong way causing him to start to get annoyed with the Doctor.

"Can you help her? Is there anything you can do?" Rory asks.

"Yeah, probably, if we had the time." the Doctor says and I hold my hands up.

"Nope, not getting involved do not drag me into this" I say shaking my head.

"The time?" Rory yells out more irritated.

"All of creation has just been wiped from the sky." the Doctor says while stepping over Amy's body. "Do you know how many lives now never happened? All the people who never lived? Your girlfriend isn't more important than the whole universe." the Doctor says and Rory grabs his shoulder turning him around and punches the Doctor causing me to flinch at the sound.

"She is to me!" Rory yells to the Doctor as the Doctor fixes his jaw and I rush over to him.

"You okay?" I ask and the Doctor just laughs.

"Welcome back, Rory Williams! Sorry. Had to be sure. Hell of a gun-arm you're packing there." the Doctor says jokingly as he hits Rory on the chest. "Right, we need to get her downstairs. And take that look off your plastic face. You're getting married in the morning." the Doctor says pulling me with him as we go back down to the Pandorica.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

The Doctor and I place Amy in the Pandorica strapping her in one of the seats while Rory watches as we put her in.

"So you've got a plan, then?" Rory asks us.

"Bit of a plan, yeah. Memories are more powerful than you think, and Amy Pond is not an ordinary girl." the Doctor says taking her head in his hands. "Grew up with a time crack in her wall. The universe pouring through her dreams every night. The Nestene's took a memory print of her and got a bit more than they bargained for, like you. Not just your face, but your heart and your soul." the Doctor says and mind-melds with Amy. "I'm leaving her a message for when she wakes up, so she knows what's happening."

The Doctor then steps out of the Pandorica and I take out my sonic sealing the Pandorica with it.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What are you doing?" Rory questions me as the Pandorica closes completely.

"We're saving her. This box is the ultimate prison. You can't even escape by dying. It forces you to stay alive." I say summarizing the Pandorica.

"But she's already dead." Rory points out still feeling guilty for killing her.

"Well, she's mostly dead. The Pandorica can stasis-lock her that way. Now, all it needs is a scan of her living DNA and it'll restore her." the Doctor says gesturing as to put his hand on the Pandorica which is what little Amelia Pond was going to do.

"Where's it going to get that?" Rory asks clearly confused about how it would be able to happen.

"In about two thousand years." the Doctor and I say at the same time, though the Doctor looked at his watch.

The Doctor takes River's vortex manipulator from her bag and straps it to his wrist looking at me and I just nod but he shakes his head when I reach for mine and I groan.

"But I want to use mine, I haven't gotten to use it at all." I complain under my breath.

"She's going to be in that box for two thousand years?" Rory questions not understanding on why it would take so long.

"Yeah, but we're taking a shortcut. River's vortex manipulator. Rubbish way to time travel, but the universe is tiny now. We'll be fine." the Doctor says strapping it on.

"So hang on. The future's still there, then. Our world." Rory asks confused on how that was possible.

"A version of it. Not quite the one you know. Earth alone in the sky. Let's go and have a look. You put your hand there, you too Harmony. Don't worry. Should be safe." the Doctor says but Rory shakes his head.

"That's not what I'm worried about." he says worried about Amy being in the Pandorica alone for 2,000 years.

"She'll be fine. Nothing can get into this box." the Doctor says and I shake my head.

"Well, you two got in there." Rory counters.

"Well, there's only one of me and one Harmony. I counted." the Doctor responds.

"This box needs a guard. I killed the last one." Rory says thinking and starting that he would be the guard.

"No. Rory, no. Don't even think about it." the Doctor says trying to get Rory to change his mind.

"She'll be all alone." Rory counters

"She won't feel it." the Doctor argues.

"You bet she won't." Rory counters his argument.

"Two thousand years, Rory. You won't even sleep. you'd be conscious every second. It would drive you mad." the Doctor states.

"Will she be safer if I stay? Look me in the eye and tell me she wouldn't be safer." Rory demands.

"Rory, you…" the Doctor trails off.

"If it was me in that box, would you wait those 2,000 years for me?" I question the Doctor who opens his mouth to say something then closes it.

"Yes. Obviously, I would never leave you alone for a second if I had a choice." the Doctor says cupping my face in his hands rubbing his thumb across my cheeks "And to answer your question Rory, yes Amy would be far safer with you there" the Doctor says

"Then how could I leave her?" Rory asks looking at the Pandorica like it was very important, and it was it held Amy the love of his life in there.

"Why do you have to be so…human?" the Doctor says rather irritated that Rory was willing to give up 2,000 years of guarding Amy.

"Because right now, I'm not." Rory responds and goes to walk around to the other side of the Pandorica while the Doctor puts in the right coordinates.

"Listen to me. This is the last bit of advice you're going to get in a very long time. You're living plastic, but you're not immortal. I have no idea how long you'll last. And you're not indestructible. Stay away from heat and radio signals when they come along. You can't heal, or repair yourself. Any damage is permanent. So, for God's sake, however bored you get, stay out of…" the Doctor starts to say and I grab his arm just as we vanish into the time where we would meet up with Amy, Rory, and little Amelia.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

We had appeared right in front of the Dalek immediately the Doctor pushed me behind him "Trouble. Oh." the Doctor says then turns around noticing the younger and older Amy and Amelia "Ah, two of you. Complicated."

'Exterminate! Weapons systems restoring.' the Dalek says

"Come along, Ponds." the Doctor and I yell me grabbing little Amelia's hand and the Doctor grabbing Amy's hand as we run off.

'Exterminate!' the Dalek yells as we run to a Middle Eastern montage where the Doctor takes the fez from a dummy and I groan as I was trying to avoid the fez, but wasn't quick enough.

"What are we doing?" Amy asks.

"Well, we are running into a dead end, where I'll have a brilliant plan, that basically involves not being in one." the Doctor says and I roll my eyes.

"What's going on?" I hear Rory ask him just flashing a flashlight around so that we couldn't see his face.

"Get out of here. Go! Just run!" the Doctor yells pulling us behind the Pandorica.

'Drop the device!' the Dalek says to Rory telling him to put down the flashlight.

"It's not a weapon. Scan it. It's not a weapon, and you don't have the power to waste." the Doctor says to the Dalek to not attack Rory.

'Scans indicate intruder unarmed.' the Dalek says and I just grin knowing that it was Rory who definitely was armed as Rory drops the flashlight and is dressed in a museum guard uniform.

"Do you think?" Rory asks as he shoots the Dalek with his Auton hand weapon.

'Vision impaired! Vision…' The Dalek stops and we run in the Doctor scanning the Dalek with his sonic.

"Amy!" Rory says noticing her.

"Rory." Amy says and then rushes over to Rory hugging him tightly around the neck.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I couldn't help it. It just happened." Rory says nearly close to tears but Amy cuts him off.

"Oh, Shut up." Amy says and kisses Rory.

"Yeah, shut up, because we've got to go. Come on." the Doctor says after pulling me with him trying to get them to stop kissing and get a move on.

"I waited. Two thousand years I waited for you." Rory says getting rather emotional.

"No, still shut up." Amy says kissing him rather enthusiastically.

"And break. And breathe." the Doctor says looking at them weirdly as little Amelia comes up to us. "Well, somebody didn't get out much for two thousand years." the Doctor says and I elbow him giving him a glare.

"Let them have their moment" I say just as Amelia tugs on my sleeve and I look down at her.

"I'm thirsty. Can I get a drink?" she asks.

"Oh, it's all mouths today, isn't it." he says rather sarcastically and puts the fez on her head but she instantly takes it off shoving it back into his hands and he notices the light from the Pandorica. "The light. The light from the Pandorica, it must have hit the Dalek." the Doctor says and the Dalek's weapon starts to move.

"Out! Out! Out!" I yell to them grabbing the Doctor's hand and pulling him out as well as grabbing little Amelia's hand.

"So, two thousand years. How did you do?" the Doctor asks while I lock the door as best as I could with my sonic screwdriver knowing I was going to be giving it up soon, as the Doctor was going to be taking too much time.

"Kept out of trouble." Rory responds and the Doctor looks at the fez trying to figure out where to put it and ends up putting it on his head.

"Oh. How?" the Doctor asks.

"Unsuccessfully." Rory responds and the Doctor rushes over grabbing a mop and I grab onto his arm taking the mop in my hand but the Doctor wouldn't let go of it. "The mop! That's how you two looked all those years ago when Harmony gave me the sonic." Rory says pointing at us who we were pointing the mop at Rory.

"Ah. Well, no time to lose, then" the Doctor says looking at me and I nod grinning as he puts in the right coordinates and sends us off.

"Rory! Listen, she's not dead." the Doctor says pointing at Amy's body. "Well, she is dead, but it's not the end of the world." the Doctor says and Rory give us a look of bewilderment and the Doctor hits the vortex manipulator again and we were back at the museum.

The Doctor then puts the mop through the door handles to the Anomaly exhibition. "Oops, sorry." the Doctor says and goes to put the coordinates in again just as little Amelia asks a question.

"How can they do that? Are they magic?" she asks just as we disappear and arrive back at Stonehenge.

"You need to get us out of the Pandorica." I say just as we appear again to Rory who gives us a funny look and I toss him my sonic, before the Doctor can even get his out as mine was in my hand.

"But you're not in the Pandorica." Rory says catching my sonic with a look of confusion on his face.

"Too slow darling, we are in the Pandorica, well not now, but…" I start to say but the Doctor cuts me off.

"But we were back then. Well, back now from your point of view, which is back then from my point of view. Time travel, you can't keep it straight in your head. It's easy to open from the outside. Just point and press." the Doctor says and hits the vortex manipulator before I could explain that we needed Rory to put the Sonic in Amy's pocket.

"Right, let's go then." the Doctor says pulling me up the stairs then realizes that I don't have my sonic now.

"Wait! Now I don't have my sonic. I just gave it Rory two thousand years ago." I complain and the Doctor realizes that I don't have it and holds up a finger to Amy, Rory, and Amelia and types in the coordinates to go back to Stonehenge.

"Oh, and when you're done, leave my screwdriver in her top pocket. Good luck." I say to Rory who gives me a look of 'what the, what do you mean' look right before we vanish.

"Right then." the Doctor says and retrieves my screwdriver tossing it to me where I grin and peck his lips.

"Thanks darling." I whisper in his ear.

"Off we go! No, hang on. How did you know to come here?" the Doctor says pointing at Amelia and leaning down to her level and Amelia shows him the brochure and the post-it note.

"Ah, my handwriting on this" he says holding up the brochure. "And this one's Harmony's" he says holding up the post-it note with my handwriting on it. "Okay" He grabs a new brochure and post-it note from the information desk, grabbing my hand and vanishes us while placing the pen in his mouth and getting the right coordinates and writes what he want son the brochure and hands me the pen where I write what need to be said on the post-it note, while he places the brochure in the mail slot. He then steals the drink for Amelia just as I put the post-it note on the Pandorica and we reappear with the drink he took from Amelia earlier.

"There you go. Drink up." the Doctor says handing the drink back to Amelia.

"What is that? How are you two doing that?" Amy asks us and the Doctor looks at the Vortex Manipulator.

"Vortex manipulator. Cheap and nasty time travel. Very bad for you. I'm trying to give it up." the Doctor says and I glare at him.

"It is not nasty it is helpful when it is needed, and you better not break mine like you did with Jacks" I say covering my pocket that held my vortex manipulator and he shakes his head.

"If I could I would, but it can't be broken because you know how to fix it" he says and I give him a confused look but he wasn't looking at me anymore he was looking at Amy.

"Where are we going?" Amy asks him as we continue up the stairs.

"The roof." the Doctor and I responds just as a second Doctor appears further up the stairs, minus the fez as River had destroyed it, and falls down them. His clothes are smoking and I bite my lip rushing over to him.

"Doctor!" I yell moving the hair out of his face knowing what he was going to be doing soon

"Doctor, it's you. How can it be you?" Rory asks confused on how it could be him as the Doctor squats down to where I was and scans himself with his sonic.

"Doctor, is that you?" Amy asks her voice soft.

"Yeah, it's me. Me from the future." the Doctor says and Future Doctor suddenly wakes up and whispers in the Doctor's ear, then falls back again making me flinch knowing that he wasn't dead, but was faking it and kiss the future Doctor's forehead softly.

"Are you…? I mean…is he…is he dead?" Amy asks though having trouble saying it.

"What? Dead? Yes, yes. Of course he's dead." the Doctor lies and looks at me while I just nod with him. "Right, I've got twelve minutes. That's good." the Doctor says pulling me up the stairs with him.

"Twelve minutes to live?" Amy asks. "How is that good?" she yells out and the Doctor turns to her.

"Oh, you can do loads in twelve minutes. Suck a mint, buy a sledge, have a fast bath. Come on, the roof." the Doctor says and starts to go back up.

"We can't leave you here dead." Rory points out.

"Oh, good. Are you in charge now? So tell me, what are we going to do about Amelia?" the Doctor says and they turn around noticing that Amelia is no longer there just the drink was there.

"Where did she go?" Amy asks confused on where she went.

"Amelia?" Rory yells out calling for her.

"There is no Amelia. From now on, there never was. History is still collapsing." the Doctor says walking down a few steps.

"But how can I still be here if she's not?" Amy asks confused on how that would work.

"You're an anomaly. We all are. We're all just hanging on at the eye of the storm. But the eye is closing, and if we don't do something fast, reality will never have happened. Today, just dying is a result. Now, come on!" the Doctor says grabbing my hand and pulling me up while Amy and Rory hang back and I knew that Rory was covering the Doctor's 'dead' body.

"Move it! Come on!" I yell to them as they rush off following us.
