-Thor Odinson: God of Thunder-

"It is always a pleasure to converse with you." The Captain laughs hearty and pats me on the shoulder.

"Same goes with you. Hey, what're you gonna do when you get back up there?" I smile. Questions about my homeland always enlighten me.

"I must tend to my duties as the son of Odin. I'm going to lock Loki up so that he may never destroy again. After I will travel to all nine realms and bestow a time of peace."

"Sounds like a lot of work you got on your plate." I chuckle.

"I believe so." Abruptly, a number of heavy footsteps echoed down the hallway. Steve and I turn to eachother in concern. Has my brother escaped again? Someone turns the corner. It was Eve. I sigh of a little relief. Why is she running so swiftly? Its as if she's trying to get away from something. But there is nothing behind her. She realizes our presence when she looks up.

A horrified expression meets with my puzzled one. Her arms come up to her chest, like she is bracing herself.

"Eve!" She tries to sidestep past me, but I catch her just in time, grabbimg her by the wrist.

"Thor, please let me go." She doesn't dare look at me.

"Eve, whatever is the matter? You look pale as a sheet." She tries to shake off my grip.

"I'm fine." The Captain gives me a look and lightly signals what he's planning, jogging down the hallway to see if theres something that might be going on. I can only hope not.

"Thor, please." I move her in front of me, her gaze still away from mine.

"Why will you not look me in the eye?" There is silence on her part.

"I don't want to talk about it." She pauses. "Not here." She starts walking down. Her powers kick in without her consent, and she pulls my body lightly till we reach her room. As we both enter she closes the door with the flick of her fingers. Her bed creaks when she sits down, as she pats her hand for me to sit beside her.

"I...went and talked to Loki." My eyes widened a bit. Everything makes absolute sense now.

"Tell me what he did." I practically ordered her.

"When I finished interrogating him, he turned it on me and asked me something I couldn't answer." She holds her head in her hands. "Hell, I still can't answer it." She looks me right into my eyes, piercing my heart.

Her expression, its full of confusion, but woe. Her red cheeks show how overwhelmed she is, and her hands are ever so slightly shaking. Her eyes become watery, her lip quivering as she tries to hold tears back.

"Th-Thor...you said that I'm Runa." She stuttered. "But I still can't believe it. It doesn't make sense on how I lost such a big and important part of my life. I tried so hard to remember something, anything really...but I've come up with nothing. I-I didn't want to tell you because you looked so happy." Her tears were threatening to spill from her eyes.

"But...the dream you had." I grab onto her shoulders. "Isn't that proof enough?" She lets out a shaky sigh, quickly wiping her eyes.

"Not for me it isn't. For me to fully accept this, I think I'll need all the answers. And since I can't get them from you or Loki, theres only two other people I can turn to." A pause. "I'm sorry I've upset you. And I'm sorry that I scared you and Cap back there." She places her hand the back of mine, slowly slipping both of them off herself and standing up.

"I, have to go." She opens the door.

"Wait!" Her head spins back around.

"Eve...if you would like more answers, I am sure I could help you find them." Her attention is fully on me now.

"How?"

"I or Loki may not have what you wish, but I am sure that I would know someone who possesses that knowledge." Her eyes light up.

"Where can I find this person?" I stand and walk to her.

"For that, you would have to join me and Loki...back up to Asgard." Her energy fades instantly when I propose my idea.

"I...um...I'll have to see a few people first." She becomes red once more, and I realize my proposal should be contemplated over before making a decision.

"Well, you do not have to decide now. I have an errand to attend to. After, I must return to Asgard. For now, please keep the thought in mind." I exit out of the room, giving one last remark.

"Till next time, Eve."

-Evelyn Watson...Runa...-

So many decisions I already had to make, and now the option to take a visit to Asgard? This is a day to remember. First things first, I have to go. Closing the door behind me, I quickly get out of the building and gain my bearings. I need transportation. Theres a parking lot not far from me, and I dash for Dianes car. She won't mind if I...borrow this. I hope. I gulped. I would just fly out of here but once I was near the city I would have to land. Anyway, this car's obviously locked. Maybe I can change that.

Focus....focus...

Click.

"Man...these powers are coming in handy." Quietly I open the door and take the seat up front. My few lessons of driving in empty parking lots back in high school are gonna have to kick in now. I close my eyes, and the car starts itself with no key. I close the door, nervously putting my hands on the wheel.

Wait a minute, if I can unlock and start a car with my mind...can't I drive it with my mind?

"Ok...back up." The gears shift to reverse as it starts to do as told, turning where I unconsciously wanted it to go. I stop it all by myself and put it into drive, the wheel steering itself out of the parking lot and onto the road. Would you look at that.

Now to see if I find my way to Brooklyn.

*Time Skip* -Evelyn Watson...Runa...-

I carefully pull into the driveway, checking the time of my arrival.

3:26 pm. Both of them should be off of work and they all should be home. That was one hell of a ride.

I open the car door and step out, instinctively turning the car off and closing it. It also locks on its own. The cobblestone walkway that leads to the white front door is so inviting. I stroll up and ring the doorbell. The chime it makes is something I haven't experienced before. It almost makes me jump. A youthful face I've been waiting to see opens the door, her happy smile bringing me joy as well.

"Mom, Dad, Eve's here!" Her voice is beautiful, full of curiosity and spirit. Two other figures come to my sight, as they welcome me back.

Nothing is as good as coming home.

-------------------------------------------------------AN: Would you look at that. Urgh, we keep getting closer to the end and it keeps making me sad that I have to end this story soon. I know I'll make a sequel though. Its going to get real dramatic in the next chapter my friends. As always, thank you and happy reading!
