Security Problems

04:07, 5 August 2024

For the rest of Easter break I stayed in my room, Draco told me to and brought me what I wanted or needed such as food. I know that the manor is growing more depressed through Dracos memories, it's become an execution ground for Voldemort who just murdered a group of goblins.

Now we were back to school and everything seemed normal for how this year was going. The classes went back to their horrid teaching methods, I went back to keeping an eye on Burbage who I could tell was feeling very isolated.

I was about to release her in hopes Siriuss home would be a good place to hide before Harry supposedly came back to Hogwarts. Then I started to hope that all this would come crumbling down and Miss Burbage could be free.

.

Snape walked down the path between groups of students to the front steps of the Great Hall.

"Many of you are surly wondering why I have summoned you at this hour... It's come to my attention that earlier this evening...Harry Potter was sited in Hogsmeade." Students started to whisper. "Now... Should anyone, student or staff, attempted to aid Mr. Potter they will be punished in a manner consistent with the severity of their transgressions... Furthermore, any person found to have knowledge of these events, who fails to come forward. Will be treated, as equally guilty. Now then." Snape started to walked through the path of students, slowly with his hands in his pockets. "If anyone here has any knowledge of Mr. Potters movements this evening. I invite them to step forward." He stopped and looked around slightly. "Now."

It was silent before footsteps we heard, every student turned to them and gasped as they say Harry walk out of the crowds. (Bloody hell Harry.)

Harry glared at Snape. "It seems despite your exhausted defensive strategies you still have a slight bit of a security problem, Headmaster."

The Great Hall doors opened and the members of the order walked through. "Sirius." My eyes widened.

Draco grip on my hand loosened. "Go on." I looked at Draco, he nudged his chin to the group. "Go."

I gripped his hand. "Come."I pulled him through the crowds of students and walked to the doors.

"I'm afraid it's quite extensive." Harry added. "How dare you stand where he stood." I stopped walking and turned to Harry. "Tell them how it happened that night." Harry said louder. "Tell them how you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you, and killed him! Tell them."

I looked at Snape who took out his wand, McGonagall stepped in front of Harry and pointed her wand. (No.)

I let go of Draco and moved forward, Snape looked at me with dull eyes. {No.} He thought strongly. {Let them.}

I backed away and held onto Draco as McGonagall attacked first, and again but all Snape did was deflect. McGonagall backed Snape up, he deflected her spells towards the Carrow sibling, knocking them out. Snape turned into a black cloud and grabbed the Carrows wands before bursting out the window and flying away. (Snape...)

"Coward!" Someone yelled.

Everyone started to cheer and celebrate, McGonagall turned on the torches and illuminated the dim room. But then the room grew darker and Harry knelt to the ground.

People started to scream and cover their ears.

"I know that many of you will want to fight." Voldemorts voice droned in our minds. "Some of you may even think that to fight is wise. But this is folly."

I closed my eyes and used the connection to look into his mind. {It's in there. Hidden in the Room of Requirements. He can't find it.}

"Give me Harry Potter and you will be rewarded. You have one hour."

I looked at Draco, Draco squeezed my hand. {I'm with you.} I smiled softly.

"What are you waiting for?" We all looked at Pansy. "Someone grab him." She said as she pointed at Harry.

Students started to stand next to Harry, nonverbally defending him. (He has always had support...)

"Students out of bed." Filch ran into the hall. "Students out of bed. Students in the corridors."

"They are supposed to be out of bed you blithering idiot." McGonagall said annoyingly.

"Oh." Filch calmed down. "Sorry, Ma'am."

McGonagall walked down the steps. "As it happens Mr. Filch, your arrival is most overtime. If you would I'd like you to, please, escort Miss Parkinson and the rest of Slytherin house out of the hall." I frowned.

"Exactly where is it you'd like me to be leading them to, Ma'am?"

"The dungeons will do." McGonagall said with a slight smile, everyone started to cheer.

"Olivia!" I turned around, Sirius opened his arms.

"Go." Draco let go of my hand, I looked at him, he sighed and pushed me. "Go."

I smiled and took his hand back. "You're with me." I pulled Draco to Sirius and let go of his hand when I got close. "Sirius." Sirius smiled and I wrapped my arms around him.

Sirius rubbed my back. "How have you been, Olivia?" He broke the hug and looked at me with hands on my shoulders, then looked at Draco. "Didn't I warn you?"

"Sorry, sir." Draco replied, Sirius's brow raised at the name.

Students of the Slytherin house walked passed us as they followed Filch to the dungeons.

I smiled and hit his chest, Sirius looked at me. "Draco's been helping a lot so calm yourself. I'm happy." Sirius nodded with a soft smile.

"And where's my hug?" Lupin huffed, I smiled and walked to him. "Hello, Olivia."

I wrapped my arms around him. "Hello, Lupin." I broke the hug and looked in his eyes. "You have a kid!" I gasped, Lupins eyes widened. "And you married Tonks! Why are you here and not with them?"

"How-."

"My sixth sense turned out to be Legilimancy. I can read minds and if I touch your skin I can see your memories." Lupins eyes widened, I smiled. "Let's keep the skin contact to ourselves."

"Liv!" I huffed as Mione barreled into me with a hug, I hugged her back. "Are you alright?" She broke the hug and looked at me. "I wanted to come back and get you but we weren't sure-."

(Always so motherly.)"I'm alright." I chuckled softly. "Draco kept me safe in my room." Everyone looked at Draco, Mione gave me a smile. "Are you alright?"

She nodded. "Of course."

Ron stepped up with a soft smile. "Hey, Liv."

"Hey Ron." I looked between Mione and Ron, Miones eyes widened and hit my arm, I smiled. "It's nice to see you two."

"You look terrible."

I turned to my side. "Cedric!" He smiled and I wrapped my arms around him. "I'm sorry I never wrote back." I broke the hug.

"You had a good enough excuse." He looked behind me and raised his chin. "Malfoy."

"Diggory." Draco scowled, I smiled at him, he rolled his eyes. "Whatever."

"Shouldn't you be with the other Slytherins?" Harry came up behind me, I turned to him. "Or are you going to run like a coward just like Snape." I frowned.

""Harry."" Sirius, Mione, and Ron scolded.

"What is the matter with you, Harry." Sirius said sadly, Harry's glare calmed down.

"It's alright, Sirius." I moved back to Draco. "Harry is still blinded by hate to see the truth." I grabbed Draco's hand. "And he will feel the most guilt by it."

"And what do I have to feel guilty about?" Harry huffed. "You are the one who betrayed everyone."

"Potter." Draco warned, Harry looked at Draco.

"There will come a time when Harry Potter must be told something. But you must wait, until Voldemort is at his most vulnerable."

I looked into Harry's eyes. (The Diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw, The cup, The snake, Harry....)

"Mione?" I looked at her. "I need a vial." Mione brows furrowed. "I need a vial to hold a memory." I took out my wand, Mione opened her bag and took out a vial and handed it to me. "Thank you." I looked at the close friends of the Order still standing around. "Go on. Protect the boarders."

They smiled and left, I pointed my wand at my head.
